I currently dog walk a sweet 5 year old Boxer-mix weekly, but I’m excited to add more animals to my schedule. I build a bond with the pets in my care and am always looking for ways to personalize my approach to best fit their needs! -I also volunteer weekly as an animal care assistant at the Animal Humane Society! I am working part-time so I have lots of time to spend with your pet! I am available on weekdays for walks & drop-ins! Ensuring that they receive their regular feedings times, potty breaks, medications, walks, play-time etc.! Aside from usual clean-ups (accidents/messes), I also do my best to tidy up as I go.

About: I’ve owned dogs and cats my entire life, and can’t think of anything more joyful than having animals around to play with and love on. I work full time from home, and have flexibility to take lots of breaks during the day. We love going on walks, hikes and have two children who also love to help out! We are set up with a crate and/or dog beds if needed, as well as all the other gear that goes along with having furry friends around.

About: Hi all, my name’s Amanda and I’m currently located in St. Louis Park, MN! I have a female redbone coonhound named Marzen and love all animals! My dog-sitting experience includes long and short stays with dogs and cats. Animals love me and I’ll do my best to take care of them, just for you. Just tell me what you need me to do, what their norm is, and then you go and enjoy yourself! I’m a flight attendant, so my schedule is all over the place. So, just reach out and ask if you’re in need of some assistance and I’ll see what my schedule allows. I provide exceptional service and will leave your home and animals in perfect condition. I’ve got my own puppy, Marzen, who is high energy and attention-seeking. She keeps a routine just like you and I. However, my daily/weekly routine is never the same as I travel for work. I’ll be sure to keep your animal in the routine you’ve set in place, in your home. I do have a fenced in yard, suitable for small and large dogs, if they need to come to my home for a puppy play date. My dog is incredibly friendly and high-energy, so she’d be happy to keep them company. If all I’m doing is taking your pet on a walk or coming in to feed a couple times a day, then I’ll be sure to leave your home in the exact same condition as how I found it.

About: I've fostered all kinds of dogs since high school - from senior couch potatoes, to high-drive working breeds, to shy puppies. I raised my German shorthair Togo since he was nine weeks old, and I also help take care of my partner's 10-year-old dog who takes daily medication. I love getting to know a dog's unique needs and personality. I work from home part-time as a translator and writer, so I have a lot of flexibility to tailor my schedule to your dog's needs. My daily schedule involves doing enrichment and exercise activities with my own dog throughout the day (sniffaris, training sessions, running, games, etc.), and I'd plan on doing the same with your dog too. I have a fenced-in yard and a very playful (but kind and respectful) host dog who would love to give your dog company. I might go out for up to two hours at a time to run errands or work from a coffee shop, but otherwise I'll be around.

I lost my 15-year-old dog last year, and that kind of loss changes how you see pet care, and it's exactly why I take this seriously. Every animal in my home gets real attention, a consistent routine, and the kind of care I'd want for my own. My home is a calm, adults-only environment with a fully fenced yard to ensure safe outdoor time, and my neighborhood is a quiet tucked away pocket near Cedar Lake. While I try to board pets only from the same home, there can at times be exceptions (mostly holidays). While my main living area is on one level, there are stairs required to get into the home via the front door. I also welcome & love cats. I've been fostering through Pet Haven for over a year, so I understand what a cat actually needs in a new space (spoiler: it's not just food and good vibes), and how to introduce pets to a decompression space and other pets they are not familiar with. I keep my roster intentionally small so I can give every animal genuine attention, not assembly-line pet care. You'll get photos and updates throughout, so you can actually enjoy your time away. If you want someone who treats your pets the way you would, please send me a message! I'm currently in between jobs, which means I have maximum flexibility for mid-day walks, drop-ins, and check-ins. I only confirm stays I can genuinely support. I build the routine around the pet to the best of my ability. I'll ask you what your animal's schedule looks like at home and do my best to mirror it. I know consistency matters! I treat communication as part of the service. You won't wonder how your pet is doing. At my home: As often as possible I try to start every stay with a meet-and-greet so your pet arrives already familiar with the space and with me. I'll ask you in advance about their routine (feeding schedule, walk preferences, any quirks or triggers) and I follow it to the best of my ability. My home is calm, adults-only, and has a fully fenced yard for dogs. For cats, I set up a dedicated decompression space so they can settle in at their own pace. I typically do not take overlapping bookings unless the pets are from the same household, but there are sometimes exceptions. At your home: I follow whatever directions you leave. I'll send photo updates so you know things are normal, and I'll flag anything that seems off rather than wait until you're home. For cats especially, in-home sitting is often the lower-stress option, and after a year of fostering, I know how to read a cat who's fine versus one who isn't.
