About: Spending time outdoors and staying active is a huge part of my life — I'm a fitness trainer by profession, so daily walks, runs, and playtime are second nature to me. Whether your pup loves long strolls or your cat needs a calm companion while you're away, I’m here to help. I grew up in a home where caring for animals was a part of daily life — both of my parents are veterinarians. Because of that, I’ve been comfortable around dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments from a young age. I understand how to read their body language and give them the care and attention they deserve. Your pet’s safety, happiness, and well-being are always my top priorities! I am available all weekdays 10am-5pm. However, I am very flexible if needed just let me know any special requests! I will be the most to be accommodating. I have great confidence taking care of your animals since I have grown up around them! For walks, please have a collar and leash provided for use.

About: I’ve had at least 1 pet my entire life, so I’m no stranger to caring for pets in my home. Beginning in middle school and until now, I’ve been entrusted by family, friends, and coworkers to take care of their pets while they’re away. I have experience with house visits, walking or dog park trips, and overnight care. While I don’t have direct experience with pets who require medical attention, I’d be happy to learn with you. I do have experience with senior pet care. Overall, I guarantee I’ll take care of your pet like my own! I recently graduated from PA school and am job searching currently, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m available for daytime care or overnight care daily. When looking after your pet, I will always take care of them like my own. I’m happy to play with them in the yard, take them on walks or to the park, lounge with them on the couch on a rainy day, or crate them if needed. I can stick to strict meal or medication times and will ensure they have potty breaks with appropriate clean up.

About: I am a very loving and caring person who has over 15 years of experience creating relationships with dogs. I know that sometimes work/family/traveling/life can get in the way of spending quality time with your dog and I am here to help. Spending time with animals is very important to me as I own two cats and one dog and life would not be the same without them. Owners will feel safe knowing that I will follow instructions if any are provided while always keeping their expectations in mind. I always try to treat dogs and other animals exactly the way that I treat mine, while ensuring that our friendly bond will never be broken. I look forward to spreading the care and love that I can provide to make your dogs day a happy day!

About: Although I grew up with shih tzus I love all breeds big and small! My parents have a 120lb Bernese Mountain Dog I help out with regularly and most recently I have been watching an adorable 5month old German Shepard-Husky mix. I am reliable, responsible and in need of some dog therapy since I cannot have a dog in my studio apartment. I also recently became a cat owner to a very sweet coon hair mix named Nala I adopted last December from the Wisconsin Humane Society so I can also care for kitties! Let me help you out! I’m currently working Thur-Sun at a local cafe so I am wide open for pet care Monday-Wednesday and Thursday-Sunday I can check on your furry loved one before work at 7am and after work at 3pm-later if need be! I cannot can’t care for pets in home at moment, but I promise when caring for your pet in your home to keep it clean and tidy just how you left it when you went to work and clean up after any unexpected pet messes that may arise indoors.

About: I have lived with and loved animals my entire life. Growing up, I learned to care for puppies, adult dogs and cats, rescues, and guinea pigs. Safety and compassion for your pet are my top priorities. I will meet your pet with what they need. I am a recent graduate from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. I am home for the summer and work a part-time job. I am willing to work out a schedule with you and your pet. Compassion and safety are my priorities, but when caring for your pet, your priorities are my priorities. I respect how you would like your animal to be cared for. Whatever your pet needs, I will go out of my way to make sure they are taken care of.

About: Local restaurant owner who apparently can’t sit still. Love meeting all the kittens and cats on this app. I have two of my own and just got a pitbull puppy. I specialize in giving insulin if needed, medication/pills, and telling your kitty how pretty they are. I am very free in the evenings and all day Monday through Wednesday. Schedule is pretty flexible and I am very reliable with dog safety I have two very nice dog friendly cats and just got a puppy. Unfortunately my home is not open to other animals just yet as she’s a wild one

“After having my sciatica aggravated I was in dire need of a walker for my Sadie girl, I saw that Miranda was in the neighborhood & she was super pleasant & flexible! She even gave me tips on how to handle my pittie who’s a puller 🐶💕 5/5 recommend!”

About: In 2018 all of my family moved out of the country and I began to suffer from separation anxiety and then covid happened which made it worse. My therapist suggested I become a foster parent at the humane society so I can learn to care for and let go of furry friends, and then I lost my job. Thankfully someone suggested pet sitting apps and I came across Rover. This app has helped put a little money in my pocket while doing what I love, loving and letting go. Thank you for considering my services. I work from home Monday through Friday and weekends I’m home all day. I am a big introvert so being around animals and near parks and outside by myself or with a furry pal are my favorite thing to do. I am very keen on following instructions. I don’t know if you remember or if you did this in elementary class where you wrote instructions for how to make a PB&J sandwich and some classmates even forgot to write instructions on opening the jar or grabbing a utensil to spread the jam well I was so anal that my teacher even offered me all of the sandwich she made following my instructions because I didn’t miss a beat. I have two medium and large crates handy, room dividers, leashes, food bowls, and more ready to be put to use.

About: I’ve raised and trained pit bulls from puppies to 8 years old, worked with skill training for German Shepards, and helped my sister foster a Dachshund that had a senior owner who couldn’t walk him for over 2 years. I’m addition, I’ve watched many friends pets in their home for multiple nights. I’m a world traveler and digital nomad. I work part time and am able to spend an ample amount of time with your pet! It is like pet therapy to me and I enjoy bringing pets with me everywhere I go or coming to them and spending time in their safe space. After just recently taking care of my friends dog for Thanksgiving in Albuquerque, New Mexico for a week, I decided that I wanted more pets in my life! I was able to take Ayani (3 year old male dog-not aware of breed) for his morning and evening walks, in addition to many dog park visits. I am an avid hiker and love to bring dogs along with me, both on and off the leash depending on the owners guidelines.

“We have booked Kaitlyn for house sitting during an upcoming trip, and are so happy that we found her. Introducing someone to our skittish little guy can be a process, and she has been so kind and patient with him. We appreciate everything she does to make sure he is as comfortable as possible, and we know he will be very happy with her while we are away. Thank you, Kaitlyn, for putting in the extra time with our nervous pup. We know it takes him awhile to warm up, and we look forward to him having a new forever friend once he does :-)”

“Katie was fantastic with my big dog, she was friendly and prompt and flexible. I had a terrific experience using her to walk my service dog and will definitely call her again when I am in the area for business!”

“Daniela is clearly devoted to all furry friends. She instantly made me feel at ease. She was extremely thorough about learning and meeting the dogs and us in order to give our pups the safest most enjoyable care possible. She did walks for us, but I wouldn't think twice about boarding with Daniela. She'll be my first call.”

Jackson C.
“I always feel my dogs will be well taken care of and receive plenty of love and attention when I ask Jack to watch them. He grew up around dogs, pure bred and rescues, and thoroughly enjoys taking care of them. One of my dogs has medical needs and Jack is wonderful at making sure medication is given on time and he also is able to identify signs if something doesn't seem quite right. He responds quickly when I check in with him and always lets me know if he has any concerns about my dogs. I highly recommend Jack. Your dogs will be very well taken care of.”

Jill P.Star Sitter

“We have been having Jill come three times per week to walk our pup. She is reliable and communicative! We will continue to have her walk our fur-child.”

Angela R.Star Sitter
“Angela is amazing with all fur babies. She's attentive, caring and loves to take the dogs on walks. A big plus is that she's able to care for my special needs dog by administering diabetic insulin. Being able to trust someone with that is huge”

Iuscely F.
“Cely took care of our cat Tico like he was her own. Tico has diabetes so he needs an insulin shot and she was not afraid to administer it. Tico can sense when the shot is coming so he will hide under beds and sofas or climb if he has to and with Cely’s expertise and gentle nature, Tico received all his dosages every single time that Cely has watched him. We are so fortunate to have someone like Cely help us when we’re out of town.”

Sawyer U.
“Sawyer and I were roommates and friends in college and we regularly pet sat for our friend’s puppy together. He also has visited my home and spent time with my older dog. In both situations and from what I have heard about his childhood surrounded by dogs, I have seen first hand Sawyer’s love and care for dogs. Whether it be taking your pet for walks, caring for them at home, or any other care your pet may need I am sure Sawyer will care for your furry loved one with passion, care, responsibility and love.”
