The communication was also great with Susan and she made us feel very comfortable by sending pictures of my dog eating, snuggling with them on the sofa, and being happy. Susan also took great care of our home, brought in our mail and packages for us, and left our home nice & clean. She also left us a report card on their stay which we thought was a nice touch. “We have a 7 year old Saint Bernard (Maple) that we rescued when she was 4 years old. Unfortunately, Maple has a lot of life experience prior to us knowing her that leads her to be reactive to dogs, cats and some people that she has not met yet. Maple is 130 pounds, so walking Maple is an event that requires a lot of attention. We wanted to be as honest with Alexandria as possible and basically told her all of the horror stories. Alexandria happily responded with, "That's no problem at all." We set up a meet and greet and Alexandria was happy to take time out of her day and take extra time to make sure that Maple was comfortable when meeting. While we were away, Alexandria sent us multiple updates on Maple's status (which is usually sleeping) and all sorts of photos of our baby! Alexandria even let us know that Maple played with her and allowed Alexandria to give her belly rubs which is her true sign of being comfortable. This was our first experience with Rover. We were super reluctant to use it because of Maple being large and reactive but we could not be happier with Alexandria and the way she took care of Maple. We will 100% be hiring Alexandria again and cannot recommend her services enough! Everyone using Rover should be hiring Alexandria without a doubt. Thank you Alexandria!”

Taylor was great with our Maxey. She agreed to a meet and greet and was a joy—prompt communication and trustworthy. During her stay with Maxey, she gave regular updates about walks, feeding, and bed time with photos, even though it was only a one night stay. She followed all of our instructions covered in our binder we left even down to the exact radio station we ask “Alexa” to play upon departure, which demonstrated her attention to detail! Would definitely book again and recommend to others!
Briana was awesome watching our dog. Super responsive and accommodating regarding everything we asked of her. Played with Eugene for hours and then cuddled up with him as soon as he was tired out. I would recommend her to anyone with pets! Will definitely be asking her to dog sit again!!!
