Seasoned dog foster
As an experienced dog foster, I have cared for more than 25 dogs of all ages, from newborn puppies to senior dogs, representing a wide variety of breeds and sizes. In addition, I was the proud owner of four dogs who each lived long, happy lives and reached their senior years before crossing the Rainbow Bridge. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the important role pets play as beloved members of the family. I am a school teacher, and with school now in session, my available has shifted. I am available each day starting approximately at 3:30 and can do early morning prior to school. I would love the opportunity to support families who need a safe, loving temporary home for their four-legged companions. Whether your pet needs overnight care, companionship during the day, or some extra exercise and attention, I am committed to providing the same level of care and affection that I would give my own dogs.

Came in clutch and went above and beyond
Michael jumped on board for a same day request on a holiday weekend to drop in at our home to feed our two high energy Boston's. He took them out for a potty break and a fun run and fetch game. Communication and availability was exactly what we needed. Next time we need a fur kid sitter, we won’t hesitate to contact Michael.
Michael is amazing- great communication and very thoughtful and thorough. He gave my dogs an art class and they painted me a picture!!!! ❤️. Highly recommend.
Michael was great with my husky Jameson!! I was in town for a friends wedding and he watched my pup at the hotel I was staying at when I was at the ceremony and reception. Super friendly, communicative and lots of pics, my pup had a big smile in every single one so I know he was well taken cared of and having fun!
Michael was a great dog sitter. He kept me posted, sent pictures, and even did an art project with my dog!
Michael is truly the best Rover a girl (and her dog!) could ask for!! His knowledge and background with fostering are evident, and he provided such helpful information and feedback. He sent lots of updates, they always made my day! The pup painting he did with my dog is now my prized possession haha. By the end of our week, Melvin knew exactly where we were going and would get so excited! I highly highly recommend Michael!!

Zeitplan
During the school year, as a teacher, I am at work Mon-Fri on school days till 3:30. I am available all weekend and any dog staying with us will have round the clock care. In a pinch, I can care for your furry family members during the work week, but there will be hours during the day where I will be at work.

When you’re here, you’re family. Any animal under my care will be treated as one of my own. But with me, you get a whole family who are all trained in caring for dogs and cats, as each member of the household has been involved with fostering pups and raising kitties. The second floor of the house is separated by a door at the top of the stairs to allow separation between feline and canine friends if needed. Daily photos and FaceTime are available. We have multiple-sized dog crates if crating is requested. Although we may be new faces to your four legged companions, we will try to keep consistency in the rules you have at your home. If they are allowed on your couch, then they will be here. Feeding schedule will be dictated by how they ate at home. Walks will be frequent and there is a huge box of dog toys and cat toys to keep them entertained.

Our animal companions are always happier and healthier when they have plenty of physical and mental stimulation. With this in mind, I have multiple puzzle mats to keep your furry loved ones mentally stimulated. For their exercise needs, dogs in my care will get walks about every two hours and time to play outside and at the park, weather permitting. Multi-day dogs will also have the chance for at least one hike and end the day with a pupcup (with parent permission)
