About: I’ve taken care of both cats and dogs and an occasional fish. I have a passion for animals and love learning all about their different personalities and quirks! I work part time and I’m free any time after 3pm and before 9am. Also free Tuesday and Wednesdays all day! I am willing to work with anyone’s schedule as well so if you need other times feel free to reach out and I can make anything work. I love spending time with pets. Going out for walks or playing outside and just snuggling up on a couch and watching a movie together! I like when they’re always in my line of sight just to make sure no ones getting into anything they shouldn’t.

About: Never have I been without a pet. Life is nothing without the love and companionship of a pet. I am a lover of all animals, but dogs hold my heart. I do work full time at a veterinary office as a care coordinator. I am looking to offer weekend care, and may, possibly expand hours/days in the future. I live on a 1.5 acre. I have a small, fenced in yard 10 x 30. Am able to leash walk on the property, and live on a back road which is perfect for leash walking.
About: I worked for the UCSPCA for 12 years (manager of animal care for four years)! I’ve had dogs/cats since I was little. They bring me great joy! I’m very active and love to hike safely. I know how to do basic training (not certified but have worked alongside trainers for years): leash walking improvement, reactivity improvement, basic commands). I have a senior, Bubba. He goes potty 3-4x per day in addition to hiking (Mohonk, Vernooykill Falls, Neversink, Catskills, etc) multiple times a week. Prior to adopting our pup, we had a 15 year old springer that we cared for that required special attention in his later years. Growing up, we each took care of our neighbors and friend's fur babies while they were on vacation or trips, big and small! I am available for full time attention for your animal starting at 4pm on Thursday until Monday morning at 7:30am all summer long. Overnight stays during the week can be reviewed on case by case basis. I have a big fenced in yard for our pups to run around in and play. I also have a large dog crate so that way you do not have to bring your own. We also have cameras on the inside of our house and our outside property for safety.

What's cool about my mom is that she's not only great with dogs, but she also helped out in 4-H clubs for eight years. She was our 4-H mom, helping teach kids how to take care of goats and guinea pigs. It's pretty awesome how much she cares about showing kids how to be responsible with their pets. And guess what? My mom knows a lot about breeding and raising Holland Lop Rabbits. She was like an expert in making sure the rabbits were healthy and happy. She's always been serious about taking care of animals the right way. My mom is a huge animal lover, especially when it comes to Yorkshire Terriers. She has a special place in her heart for them, and you can tell she really understands what they need. She even helped us train our dogs and make sure they behave well, and took us to dog obedience, dog training and dog agility classes. My sister and I showed Yorkies and even were invited to compete at NY State Fair. One of my mom’s favorite things to do is to take our Yorkshire Terrier for a walk outdoors in nature. One of our Yorkies actually used to say ‘walk walk’! I honestly think my mom is the best person to take care of people’s pets. She's been doing it for a long time, and she really knows her stuff.
