About: I am a lifelong animal lover who currently shares my home with a beloved dog and three wonderful cats. My dog is truly my child, and I ensure he thrives through a strict routine of timely feedings, regular walks, and plenty of interactive play throughout the day. This personal commitment to my own pets' happiness and health is exactly what I bring to every animal I care for. What sets me apart is my experience with specialized care; I currently look after a special-needs cat, which includes performing daily eye treatments. I am comfortable following complex care instructions and providing the patient, attentive medical support that senior pets or those with health challenges require. Whether your pet needs high-energy exercise or gentle, specialized attention, I will treat them with the same love and devotion I give my own family. My daily routine is entirely structured around my pets. We start the day at a sharp 8:00 AM for morning breakfast and plenty of outside time. Because I work from home with a flexible schedule, your pet will receive constant companionship, frequent potty breaks, and interactive play throughout the day. Our evenings are calm and cozy, ending with soft paw nudges for bedtime. Whether your pet needs a strict medication schedule or just someone to be there for afternoon naps, I have the time and dedication to make them feel right at home. Your pet’s safety is my top priority. I provide a secure environment with a fully fenced yard for supervised outdoor play. To give you peace of mind, I am happy to send frequent photo and video updates throughout the day so you can see how much fun they are having. For walks, I utilize multiple leashes and harnesses to ensure every outing is secure and controlled. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and care for all types. I am reliable, patient, and treat every pet great! I worked at a pet care for about a year as well! Pet care fits easily into my daily and weekly routine because I plan my time around their needs. I can provide regular visits, feedings, walks, playtime, and attention on a schedule that works for each pet. I care for pets in their own home, following their usual routine for meals, playtime, and any special instructions. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable while their owners are away.

About: I worked at a vet clinic for 3.5 years but due to life changes I now work at a pet store and petsit to continue to work with animals while I work towards my goal of working in vet med again. I’m reliable with my own transportation and am very knowledgeable in proper pet care. I am communicative, compassionate, and attentive to animals and their needs. I have been my own friends’ and family’s pet sitter for the past 5 years and I treat every animal as if they were my own while in my care. My whole life revolves around animals; I have 4 cats of my own and have fostered 15 animals successfully in the past year, ranging from cats of all ages, dogs, and Guinea pigs. I also work directly with animals at my job and am looking to continue that path. I have multiple rooms in my home to separate the animals in my care if needed, I have access to professional services if an emergency were to arise while also having knowledge of what to look for in with different medical conditions that can be present in animals. About: I'm a dependable and hard worker who's had dogs and cats my whole life, and have been pet/house sitting off and on since I was an early teenager. I love taking dogs for runs or walks with me and getting the chance to exercise them, or just playing with them in the house. I have plenty of experience with older dogs who need medication and various special care needs, dogs who have recently had operations, as well as with puppies making messes. I also have cared for kittens and older cats who need play time or lots of love. I'm happy to give daily updates on your pets; I think they are just as cute as you do! I currently work from home and have a completely flexible schedule, so I can fit your pets' care needs in however works best for them. I have lots of experience with very high energy working dogs, German Shepherds, who needed to be kenneled and fed in particular ways, as well as experience with caring for up to six pets at a time, making sure they're all fed and getting along at dinner or play times.

About: Hi! I’m River. I was raised with dogs and cats (and birds and turtles and fish) as a child, and as an adult I have raised my own from puppyhood/kittenhood through their senior years. I am comfortable with puppy potty training, litter box training, cleaning messes, handling kitten/puppy energy, etc. I can do light grooming (brushing fur, cleaning with wipes, applying powders, etc) and give medications. (I can even do baths with the right set-up, and advanced notice.) I typically like to do a little light housekeeping anywhere I stay; I live by the motto of “leave it better than you found it.” I also have a wide range of experience and am comfortable caring for various other pets that might need tending while you’re out. In general I love all animals; when asked if I am “a dog person or a cat person,” I say, “yes.” I have done lots of pet-sitting for friends and family (including fostering for a year, to help a friend of a friend while she finished school) and I love meeting and getting to know new animal friends. I am finally joining Rover at the recommendation of many friends and family members who think caring for people’s pets is an excellent job for me. I’m new to Rover, but not new to pet care, and if you trust me with your pets’ care you will find they are in very good hands! I am happy to care for your pets in the way that works best for them: coming regularly to take them for walks, scoop litter boxes, and pick up puppy pads, etc., or staying with them in the comfort of their own home if they need more than drop-in attention. If in-home sitting is needed for extended periods, I may need to leave for a few hours at a time, but I can work around your pet’s needs for specific mealtimes, walk/potty times, etc. I love all pets as the individuals they are, and care for them as if they were my own. You can rely on me to follow detailed instructions, keep you updated, and make sure they are as happy and well-cared-for as can be while you are away.

About: I have taken care of all kinds of pets since I was a child. I have experience giving oral medicine as well as shots. I will consistently walk, play, feed them as well as take care of any pet as if it were my own. :) I am currently working part time but am open to nearly any time as I can work around that schedule to fit you and your pups needs. I’ve helped deliver puppies, trimmed nails, groomed, bathed, and administered meds. I’m also a great cuddler and love puppy hugs and kisses 😘 I work part time and have control of my schedule so I’ve got plenty of time to give your pets the best care. Your pets come first. About: Veterinary assistant background, I am willing and able to do medication drop ins, feedings, and walks. I can do daytime sitting as well and my capacity for that may open up later. I have worked with disabled, and anxious dogs and cats and am fairly comfortable with most personality types. I have worked with professional trainers through my prior veterinary employment and am able to assist with basic training reinforcement. I am currently in a program so I have a lot of open availability, mostly daytime hours. I am available for dog walks, and drop ins, feedings/meds. I can do pet sitting for up to 6 hours at a time. I cannot do overnights becaus either have animals of my own, and I dont currently offer boarding due to my dog having a reactive nature. I have a lot of experience with animal handling and safety protocols. Leaving a pet in the care of a stranger can be nerve wracking. I treat every pet as I would my own. I will adapt to whatever care instructions are required when caring for each pet.

About: I’ve been taking care of my friend’s dogs for a couple years. Whether that’s walking them, feeding them, taking them out to go potty, I am completely experienced in all of those fields. Having had a dog of my own for 6 years, I know how to handle any sort of situation and how to be flexible with other dogs wants and needs. I have plenty of time this summer to help out and play with your pups! I’m available Mon-Fri after 12p and I’m willing to be flexible with times/days! I always make sure my dog’s food and water is filled and put pee pads down when I know I’m going to be away from the house for a little while. Before I start walking my dog I always make sure I have doggy bags filled and sometimes I’ll bring a rubber water bowl for hotter days.

About: I have compassion and am understanding for animals that is hard to put in to words. I carry empathy towards all living things. I have had several dogs of my own and know how much it means to have someone you can rely on to care for them when you’re away. I am currently at home full time and don’t have plans on that changing anytime soon. I am able to work around your schedule and as needed. I have a few appointments a week but they are only one hour at a time. The rest of my time is free. I tend to take my two dogs to the park every day to play ball or run around (depending on weather sometimes). I would love to bring yours along as well. My dogs are very friendly and know how to give your pets their own space when needed. Please keep in mind that if you need a house/pet sitter, my two dogs would have to come with me as I am single and don’t have anyone to care for them. They are great with other dogs and cats. Fully potty chained. No chewing. Keeping safe distance from other animals, always leashed, never left at home alone, reassurance to help them feel safe in the new environment, treats, nap.
