About: I grew up on a farm in NC surrounded by animals, and dogs have always been a big part of my life. Caring for pets comes naturally to me, and I enjoy getting to know each dog's unique personality and needs. I recently moved to Lexington with my husband, who is a veterinarian, which has given me an even greater appreciation for pet health and well-being. Whether your dog is an energetic puppy, a senior needing extra patience, or somewhere in between, I'll provide attentive, reliable care while you're away! I currently work part-time and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to accommodate walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting throughout the week. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and make sure each pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care. When caring for pets in a client's home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, medications, or simply providing companionship, I follow each owner's instructions closely and treat every home and pet with the same care and respect I would my own. As a pet owner myself to an 11½-year-old Maltipoo, I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your furry family member.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember, with experience ranging from dogs and cats to turtles and hermit crabs. I’m comfortable caring for pets in all stages of life, from energetic puppies who need patience, consistency, and basic training reinforcement to senior dogs who may require extra attention, slower walks, medication support, or mobility assistance. I pride myself on being dependable, attentive, and compassionate with every pet I care for. I understand that each animal has a different personality and routine, and I work to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Whether it’s playtime, walks, feeding schedules, or simply providing companionship, I treat every pet like they are my own. I am currently in grad school, so my daily schedule is a little wonky. My days usually start around 8 am and end at 4 pm. Besides that I am wide open to care for your pet and I will be able to stop by during breaks in my days! I am more than comfortable to crate animals if needed. I am attentive and caring, the same levels I would wish someone would give my own pet.

I work two other jobs so I will need to know in advanced when I’m needed! I should be available most days depending on times! About: Hi, my name is John and I have loved and cared for dogs and cats since I was 15. I've had several rescue dogs, including a tri-paw Belgian Melanois, who passed away in 2019. I currently live with Max, a beagle rescue. I work five days a week from home, so will be with your dog all day. I'll take your dog and my dog Max on numerous walks throughout the day in downtown Lexington. I'll provide attention and care for your dog. There are are plenty of green space during our walks. Safety, wellness, and happiness for any dog under my care is priority. I would like to schedule a meet and greet, to gather as much information as possible about your dog. Thank you
