“We had a great experience boarding our lab/rottweiler with Courtney! She took him for walks and played in their nice backyard. We will definitely have our dog stay with her again!”

“Highly recommend! Thank you Brandi for stepping in last minute and saving the day by watching our two pooches. Your willingness to help really was a life saver considering our last minute dog dental emergency. We also appreciated the photos and constant updates which gave us peace of mind while away. And to top it off, Marty warmed up to you. Now that’s a compliment! Thank you again!!”

“Second time watching our sweet senior gal doodlebug and Melissa was amazing! She was very communicative and supportive as this was the longest my wife and I have been away from our pup. Will definitely be using her for our boarding needs!”

“I am so grateful that I didn't have to worry about my kitten while on vacation. Tawasi took great care of my little one including medication and sent lots of pictures. She also responded to all messages within 20 mins.”

“I took my Bella miko and my friend’s dog Mia for an overnight and extra day stay and they have a great time! Excited that I have someone dependable to watch sweet Bella Miko!”

“I can confidently say that I found a sitter that I have wanted for a long time - someone who is responsible, caring, and responsive. I could easily tell that Amita and her family are good people who genuinely care about animals and dogs that visit for boarding. She sent me pictures of Teddy (my dog's name) every day with long messages on how he is doing, where he slept, and what he is up to at the moment. Also, one of the most important criteria for me was whether a sitter has enough space for Teddy to run around and enjoy time with a sitter and/or other dogs. Amita's place was HUGE with a fenced yard, and all of her dogs were extremely friendly, not only to people (as in me) but also to Teddy. I highly recommend Amita for those who have dogs that like playing with others, taking a walk, and swimming (Amita's place had a small pond where dogs could play). I have tried many dog sitters, whether on Rover or through friends. As much as I love my dog, I had so many instances in which I could easily notice red flags (e.g., Teddy coming back sick with his own diarrhea on his leg (meaning that the sitter did not even care to clean his legs), sending pictures for the first couple of days and going silent, not wanting to share the exact location of the boarding place, etc). Amita has been the best so far among many I have experienced! Highly recommend!”

About: Hi everybody, I have recently joined Rover, and I am so excited to get started! I have always grown up around animals ever since I was young. Over these last three years I have worked in an animal hospital as a veterinary assistant. I mainly worked alongside doctors doing medical records, restraint administrating vaccines discussing with owners on proper care I also was involved in some surgeries and many treatments. I enjoy working with every animal I encounter. I did a year-long program to become veterinary assistant certified. I also completed the WSU scribe certificate program, I am OSHA certified, I also have certifications in animal restraint, medical terminology, and animal science. I am currently enrolled in more animal science classes, and I am continuing my education. I have extensive knowledge in and behavior and signs. I have experience with dogs, cats, hedgehogs, fish, snakes, mice, Guinea pigs, horses and goats too. Animal care is very important to me, and I hope I can make a positive experience and impact with every animal encounter. I also just started volunteering at an animal shelter here near Pullman WA. I am a full-time college student, but on my free-time I love working with animals, since moving to pullman I have been away from my childhood pets and need my animal fix! Monday Wednesday and Fridays I am done with classes very early at 12pm, Tuesday and Thursday I am in labs longer so I am not as available, weekends I am available and would love to get to know your pet! Holidays I will be away and unavailable, but any time I am free I would love to take care of your pet! I will make sure I am focusing on the pets needs and the proper care that is required. I will try and make it a fun positive experience to the best of my ability. I enjoy building a relationship with the pets I encounter

“Mango is such a kind person and went above and beyond for my dog Auggie. She made sure he had lots of fun and got his energy out every day. She also helped with some training while she had him which is just amazing. She is definitely someone who can take care of any dog, she’s awesome.”

About: I have worked with dogs, cats, and ranch life. I have handled puppies thru senior animals. I have lots of references and a huge love for animals. I do service dog training for my own pup if you are interested in learning some basics as well. I am in between jobs while a full time college student. I have more flexibility on weekends but am available week days to check in on animals, take for walks and overnight sit when needed. Due to me in a college dorm, i cannot house more than two animal at a time. So servicing to overnight sit at other places is preferred. I have references who i give to people for past animal families I've animal sat for who can tell you anything you'd like to know.

About: My family has always loved animals so its basically a zoo at my mom’s house: 2 german shepherds, 2 snakes, 1 cat, 4 rats, and 1 mouse. I used to have bunnies and a raven. Any pet is welcome in my opinion and I would absolutely love to meet yours. PLEASE READ!! I am in school from 9-10:30am and work from 11-6 on MWF. I am busy between 8am and 2pm on T and TH, I have a break from 2-3pm and then I am busy from 3:30-7 pm. Weekends I do not have a set work schedule so I’m unaware if i’m available. Please message me if you have any questions! Although I have had many pets we ensure we take the best care of them. Both of my dogs have special needs whether it’s with food or behavior so we accommodate to whatever they need. The cat is very old and needs assistance with things such as jumping or using the bathroom. I am willing to take care of your pets in whatever way you and your pet needs!

“Ashli was absolutely wonderful!! She sent me lots of pictures and videos to update me on how Moose was doing! I could tell Moose had a blast there playing with her other two pups, will definitely be booking her again in the future! 💗”

About: I feel I'm a good fit as I love to be able to spent time with pets and give them the same care I'd give my own I'm currently working full time but I can do early morning or evenings with some weekend visits you just need to contact me first but I can make accommodations I care for them like I would with any other pet with love and careful care to ensure they are safe in the home they are I.

“Shoshana was so kind to my dog and was very reliable. Her warmth and love of animals was very apparent from our first meeting. I was able to go away with complete peace of mind knowing that my dog was being so well cared for.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes and personalities for as long as I can remember. Friends, family and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and provide plenty of love to their pets, as well as working at the local animal shelter for a period of time. Whether it’s energetic puppies, mellow senior dogs or those with special needs. I understand that every dog has their own routine and personality and I pride myself on giving them the same care and attention they’d get from you. My goal is to keep tails wagging, paws happy, and pet parents worry free while you’re away. I currently work full time on a 2-10 schedule but am out on leave temporarily, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to give your pups the love, attention, and exercise they deserve! I’m available for boarding and daycare on a completely open schedule right now. My goal is to keep your pets happy, healthy, and loved while you’re away, whether that means long walks, snuggle time, or play sessions in the yard. I have my own dog and 2 cats so I’ve got the routine down pretty well. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have an unfenced yard and one friendly, well-socialized dog to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed and will follow any routines or rules you provide to ensure consistency. I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family and strive for providing a safe, fun, and loving environment where they can relax and feel at home. I have two kiddos that are all about running the energy off as well so between them and the pets nobody is ever unattended outside.

Best petsitter I have used on Rover so far! Dionne was so kind and caring and even treated my dog to an at-home spa day! I used her services on a trip and am sad that she is not located in my home town in order to book with her again. I would highly recommend booking with her!
