She was so nice, professional, communicative, and flexible. She requested a meet-and-greet so our dog could explore her home & yard and she could observe him with us nearby. Our pet Simba was well cared for and very happy during his stay at Saveri’s. She sent us pictures and videos and I could tell my dog was well cared for. He's so calm when we dropped him off as well as when we pick him up. As it was Simba’s first stay she communicated with us regularly and posted about his updates just to reassure us he was fine. Lisa was fantastic! Chloe really enjoyed the couple nights she spent with her and Norman. You can tell she really loves the animals she watches and strives to make them as comfortable as possible. She walked me through her routine and fantastic contingencies for of my dog didn’t get along with Norman it put me at ease and made me confident that I was leaving Chloe in capable loving hands. She sent loads of pictures and videos even so I could see how much Chloe enjoyed herself. When I went to pick her up Chloe kept going back over and loving on Lisa which reaffirmed that I made a good choice in sitters. I will definitely be booking with her again.
Lisa was great! Our 2 dogs stayed with her for 2 weeks while we were on vacation and it really seemed like they were on their own little vacation while staying with her! She sent lots of pictures and updates while we were gone and was not afraid to ask questions about each dog and their individual needs.
