About: Taking care of dogs and cats has been my specialty since I was a child! I have had 8 dogs of all kinds, as well as 10 cats, not including my grandmother’s. My family and neighbors would trust me to feed and water their pets while they were away. I am great at crating puppies and socializing feral/young kittens. It’s always a pleasure to brush or bathe pets depending on their size! I am working a part-time job at Petsmart so my day is already filled with furry faces! But I will still have plenty of days where I can come take care of your puppy or kitty! My schedules are usually two weeks out so I have plenty of notice of when I am free. Contact me of a day when you’d like me to care for your pet and I will let you know the earliest I am available that day! Unfortunately I am not in a position to invite pets into my home… I am figuring out my living situation and will update this section when I have a suitable place for pets to visit!

“Cynthia is absolutely awesome! She is great with Tucker and leaves you very detailed and funny rover cards. She sends plenty of pictures and videos so I know my baby is having fun and enjoying her company!”
“We couldn’t be happier with the amazing care our dog received while we were away on vacation. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure our pup felt loved, comfortable, and well-exercised every single day. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our dog was in such capable and caring hands. From daily walks and playtime to thoughtful updates and photos, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine love for animals. Our dog absolutely adored her and it showed! We came home to a happy, relaxed pup, which says everything about the quality of care provided. We are so grateful and highly recommend Lauren’s services to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and truly exceptional with dogs!”

Currently exploring a new change of pace out of the clinic - recently accepted a new job offer - please check my availability! I've had many pets over the years, all whom I have loved dearly. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science from an AVMA accredited college - Wilson College. There, I majored in Veterinary Medical Technology and double minored in Animal Studies and Biology. About: I’ve grown up with animals of all kinds and have learned how to best care for them. I have experience with house sitting, dog walking, and more. I love animals and can’t wait to meet yours! :) I am currently working part time at an internship Monday-Wednesday from 8-4:30. “Ella was reliable and on time. She communicated in a timely manner and she did wonderful on the walk with my pups. The one has anxiety so he only walks so far down the street. So she walked them a few times and even gave me feedback on if they did #1 or 2. I will hire her again in the future.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
