About: I have been a disciplined equestrian for 14 years, and grew up with lots of pets. I have a dog of my own at college with me, and three cats at home. My family loves to rescue animals and I have been a working student on farms for most of my life, so I am fully prepared for anything and everything! About: I've taken care or have owned dogs my entire life. Last August, we lost our best friend, Nala, too soon. She was a German Shorthaired Pointer (GSP) and at the age of 5 was impacted by a very rare auto-immune disease especially for her breed. This was a tragic loss for my family and I and at this moment owning/adopting another dog would be hard. We don't want to ever experience that kind of pain.
