“Zoe always does a great job with our dog and we always know she’s in good hands with Zoe. On top of coming home to a happy dog, our house is always clean, plants/vegetables watered and Zoe is very communicative throughout the entire stay. We love getting our daily updates and photos. Would give Zoe 10 stars if we could 😊”

“Ryan took good care of Cooper and our house. She sent us pictures several times a day so we knew our little dog friend was fine. Ryan left the house very neat. I would certainly use her again.”

“Quinn did an excellent job caring for my young puppy, Luna, while I was at work. Since she is still very small, I was initially concerned about leaving her, but I felt completely at ease knowing she was in his care. He followed my instructions and care plan closely, and when I returned home, Luna was happy and relaxed. Quinn was also easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dogsitter.”

About: I have had a wonderful love for animals my whole life, and have immensely enjoyed any time I have had the opportunity to take care of a pet for someone while they are on vacation, or even just away for the day at work. I happen to love active outdoor time myself, so I'm always happy to go for a long walk, a short jog, or even a pretty hike! I know how crucial enrichment and activity time is for happy pups, so I love getting to be a part of running around with toys, practicing any training they have with them, or just seeing their tails wag on a good walk. I love dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages, so whether their needs are a long walk, some tug of war, or just a potty break and some good ear scratches, I'm down for whatever it takes to make your furry family members feel as loved and cared for as I can. As an online student, I have quite a flexible schedule! I am happy to offer care on weekends with enough heads up, and can make just about any day of the week work if needed. I believe that safe, happy homes with safe, happy families are so special and something not to be taken lightly. I know that inviting strangers into your home to care for the pet that you love dearly can be a daunting task, which is why it is a goal of mine as a person and as a pet sitter to show every animal, every home, and every human I encounter with the utmost love and respect I can muster. I consider our pets to be true members of our family, and that they deserve the most love and care we have to offer. With that in mind, my goal is to strictly follow any instructions and information given to care for and respect every pet and every home.
“Rosie was wonderful! She arrived right on time and my dogs loved her immediately. She was extremely accommodating of last minute change. She was kind, professional and clearly has experience with pet care.”

“Brandy was great with our pup Finley! He’s a shy guy and she took the time to build his trust and became his cuddle buddy! She sent regular updates and photos. It’s such a relief to know Fin was in good hands!”

“Georgina is a fantastic dog/house sitter. She took amazing care of our little chihuahua. He warmed up quickly to Georgina and she sent me lots of photos and updates, which I appreciated! I could tell he was well taken care of while we were gone! She also kept the house clean and went above and beyond and washed the sheets at the end of her stay. I will definitely book Georgina again in the future!!”

About: After living on a farm with 7 other dogs, I have experience caring for various types of breeds. I grew up with pitbulls and labs, and have otherwise lived and cared for German shepherds, boxers, retrievers, and mini schnauzers. I love to run, hike, walk, and will happily do any with a furry friend by my side!! I currently have a pitbull mix, and I have trained her since she was a puppy! I have puppy experience as well as experience with older dogs. I currently work from home with a schedule that allows me to complete my work on my own timeline. I have plenty of time to care for your furry friend! I love long walks or short ones, depending on what your dog needs. I give a lot of attention to my dog and would love to share some with yours! I keep dogs on leash during walks, and always carry extra bags to keep the neighborhood clean and healthy. I am an avid lifter, so dogs that pull are never a problem!
“Mattie was wonderful! We had a pet sitter fall through the day before our trip. Mattie was able to stay in our home through the weekend to watch our two dogs last minuet. She was responsive and sent pictures to us throughout her stay. We felt at ease the entire weekend. Our dogs and home were very well taken care of. Highly recommend Mattie for your pet care needs!!!!”

About: I've been taking care of dogs (and cats) ever since I can remember. Starting with my family who always had dogs, I was often responsible for taking them on walks, feeding/caring for them, etc.. Later, I became the go to pet sitter in my hometown neighborhood and got a dog of my own. I genuinely enjoy this type of work and do my best to make sure the dogs I'm with remain well taken care of. They deserve only the best.--As I know from personal experience, they are family too. I am only working part time for the summer/fall season, and therefore, have ample time for pet sitting. My job is quite flexible and I can be available most days for walking and evenings for house sitting. I am happy to follow whatever guidelines suit your needs for house sitting-- whether you keep them out, crate them, or only allow them to wander certain areas of your living space, I'll be sure to follow suit. --Whatever is helpful for both your dog and yourself to feel most comfortable.

“Kaylee watched our 2 dogs over the holiday break and as far as we can tell, did a great job. She was great about communicating and letting us know how the dogs & other critters were doing & sent pictures. We returned home after 2 weeks to a clean home and 2 happy dogs! We would definitely use Kaylee again! =)”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. My best friend (my golden retriever) has grown alongside me. I love pups and am a moral young man looking to find work and build relationships with dogs and dog owners! I am currently a senior in high school, and plan to attend Carroll University in the fall. My school schedule goes from 7-3:30, with a 50 minute lunch break at around noon. I am free to take care of dogs before, during lunch, and after school! I spend time with my dogs taking them on walks, throwing the ball for them, feeding and giving water, and giving them lots of attention! Very gentle with older pups, and love to play with energetic ones too!

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and personally trained two of my own, so I understand the importance of patience, structure, and lots of love. I also worked at a dog daycare caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I’ve dog- sat for friends. I truly love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. 🐾 I offer drop-ins, walks, and house sitting. I work full-time during the week but have a 2-hour break built into my day for reliable midday visits and walks. On Fridays, I’m off around 12:45 PM for extended afternoon availability, and on Saturdays I work 7:45 AM–2 PM. Sundays are fully open. For house sitting, your pet will have consistent companionship before and after work, plus a midday check-in during my break. I prioritize keeping pets on their normal routine and providing calm, attentive care so they feel secure while you’re away. You can always expect clear communication and regular updates. 🐾 I currently provide care in my client’s home only (drop-ins, walks, and house sitting) to keep pets comfortable in their own familiar environment and routine. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, exercise needs, medications (if needed), and any household preferences. Safety is always my top priority, and I’m attentive to doors, gates, leashes, and each pet’s individual temperament. I have experience reading animal body language from working in a dog daycare setting, so I’m confident handling different personalities and energy levels calmly and safely. While I don’t offer in-home boarding, I do have a friendly, well-socialized dog of my own who gets along well with others. You can expect respectful care of your home, regular updates, and a safe, low-stress experience for your pet. 🐾
Lewis And Clark pet parents share their Rover experiences
Zoe took great care of my two cats and apartment while I was away for a week. Punctual, consistent, and thoughtful updates every day with a few pics. Felt very natural and professional and made it easy to enjoy my time away without worrying too much. 10/10 would Rover again

I can’t say enough about Amanda. She left a clean and comfy house, was an outstanding communicator, and above all, somehow cracked the code with my very particular dog. She gained ground in 12 hours that normally takes people days. My dog loves her, and I think she only loves four people, tops. Thank you Amanda!!!

Ashton is our go-to house sitter for taking care of our two furrboys on long travels away from home. They are getting more comfortable with her staying overnight, and are active playing and acknowledging her. This is a huge blessing as they are so scared of everything and typically do not come out to eat when people are watching them or staying overnight. The furrboys are always exviwhwn we do come home but it's getting easier and they are more relaxed when we come home and are not hiding. We appreciate the fact that Ashton offers house sitting services. It makes us at ease to have someone to trust with our furrboys, and watching over the entire house. This was the longest overnight house sitting, and Ashton left it clean and tidy. She always gives us an update on boys food, water and overall wellbeing before we return home.

Chloe watched Chevron in my home for an extended stay over the holidays - she got walks and cuddles every day and sent plenty of photos to put my mind at ease. She even got a pup cup at Big Dipper which melted my heart while away! Chloe is great with Chevron’s quirks and is unphased by any extra care needed, like meds and handling Chèvre’s personality while on lead and her fear of skateboards. Chloe is incredibly respectful of the home. Thank you, Chloe, for loving Chevron like your own!

Michelle was so great house sitting our pets! It’s always awkward inviting a new stranger into your home while you’re away, but she was extremely warm and trustworthy. She called the day before the booking to check in, sent tons of pictures, and respected all of the pets’ routines. And we even came home to a very clean and tidy home! We will definitely rebook with Michelle.

Kaylee watched our 2 dogs over the holiday break and as far as we can tell, did a great job. She was great about communicating and letting us know how the dogs & other critters were doing & sent pictures. We returned home after 2 weeks to a clean home and 2 happy dogs! We would definitely use Kaylee again! =)

Georgina was terrific! We could not have asked for a better, more reliable sitter for our two dogs. She kept us in the loop and sent photos of our dogs on walks, which made us feel good and relaxed knowing that our dogs were well-taken care of and in trusted hands. We returned to happy dogs!
