“Brandy was great with our pup Finley! He’s a shy guy and she took the time to build his trust and became his cuddle buddy! She sent regular updates and photos. It’s such a relief to know Fin was in good hands!”

“Bizzy did a wonderful job with my dogs ! I have been looking for a new dog sitter and chose Bizzy based on her reviews and she did not disappoint. She sent me plenty of updates and my house was in great order when I came home. She was also available last minute. Thanks again Bizzy, we will be asking for you to return next time ! Thanks again”

“Rachel was a fantastic house and pet sitter for our crew of five fur kiddos (plus house plants). We left our senior dog, senior cat, and three younger cats in her care at our house for a week, and she kept everyone on their (borderline annoying) schedules and routines, including daily dog walks and medication administration. Rachel was highly responsive, openly communicative, and active in sharing updates and daily photos of our pets. I'm also fairly sure that our house was cleaner when we returned than when we left...! We will continue to request Rachel as our house sitter for as long as she will let us :)”

“Ryan took excellent care of our three dogs and our house while we were away for 5 days. She communicated well, spent lots of time at the house with them during the day and left the house nice and clean. We will definitely use her again.”

About: I have been around pets from a young age and grew up with both dogs and cats. My parents wanted to teach my sister and I the responsibility of taking care of our pets, and got us a cat that we were solely responsible to care for and I have loved caring for pets ever since! I have taken care of many pets since and have a dog of my own now. I work outside of my home Monday through Thursday from 8-5, I do have a shorter day on Friday, working 8-2. I have an hour break for lunch and typically go home to let my own pup out and would happily to the same for yours! I have a fenced in yard and a pup that loves everyone and will happily make your pets feel right at home. I can crate your pet if needed. My goal is always to make sure that any pet that I’m caring for feels comfortable and gets lots of play time.
“Chloe took excellent care of Gus and our home over the long weekend. She sent frequent updates and photos, and left the house clean and tidy. She even thought to wash the sheets from her bed before she headed out. Very thoughtful and very trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend Chloe to take great care of your pet/s and home.”

About: I am a responsible individual who will take wonderful care of your pets. I have experience pet sitting for individuals with large and small pets, including dogs and cats. I enjoy spending time outside, so taking your pets on walks and playing with them will help them burn their energy, settle their nerves, and enjoy their time with me. I am home for the summer from college, and I am looking for a job where I can take care of pets and spend time with them. I enjoy pet sitting and being able to take care of animals to hopefully allow them to be more comfortable while the owners are away. From my work over the summer, I am hoping to put my earnings back into my education when I move back to college in the fall. I will care for your pets by being engaged while exercising and playing with them, and keeping them on a leash if/when the pets are outside of the yard. In addition, I will always make sure the animals get their medications if necessary and have ample and suitable water and food for any time they are alone.
“Lynda was the most accommodating and considerate house sitter. She met with us several times prior to our departure and became familiar with both our dogs. My pups were well cared for and we got daily updates with pictures. The added bonus was I returned to an immaculate clean house - I highly recommend Lynda as a reliable and loving friend to your pets when you are out of town.”

“Alice is wonderful! She is caring and considerate. Having her watch our house, cat, and dog was a dream! She took extra time to get to know our nervous dog and really provided the whole house with a calming energy. We are SO sad that she won't be remaining in the area because we ABSOLUTELY would been working with her again. We can't recommend her enough!”

“Alaina was a very caring and thoughtful cat sitter and house sitter for the week she took care of our 3 cats. Upon our return the cats seemed in good spirits and the house was clean and in order. We will definitely ask her back and hope she is available when we are in need again! Thank you Alaina!”

About: I work part‑time and have a very flexible weekly routine, which means I’m able to spend extended, consistent time with pets throughout the day. I’m usually home for large stretches of the morning and early afternoon, and I keep my schedule intentionally open so I can prioritize walks, playtime, and companionship. My home is close to town, and I don’t have a long commute or rigid office hours. How I found my first Cat! When I was in middle school; I found my first cat through a local shelter. I was so committed to giving her a safe and loving home that I created a full slideshow explaining how I would care for her and presented it to my parents. That experience taught me responsibility & empathy . Since then, my dedication to helping animals has only grown, and I’m eager to bring that same level of care, initiative, and compassion to a shelter team. Pet care is part of my daily routine; I schedule structured walks, maintain consistent feeding and play times, and provide attentive house‑sitting throughout the week. I’m an extremely outdoors‑focused person; long walks with any animal are my daily reset. In both my home and clients’ homes, I provide dependable, attentive care through structured walking routines and responsible, detail‑oriented house‑sitting.
“Rosie was wonderful! She arrived right on time and my dogs loved her immediately. She was extremely accommodating of last minute change. She was kind, professional and clearly has experience with pet care.”

About: I've had animals my entire life until now since I've moved away for college. Taking care of our dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and reptiles were one of my main responsibilities growing up. Being away from animals has been really hard and I would love to spend time taking care of yours. I am a very quiet and calm person which makes me very good around the more cautious critters. I'm a full-time college student but I don't have class until 11am every day. Especially in the University district of town I can make stops to and from campus. Most weekends I am in Missoula. Just talk to me and we can figure something out. I don't have the ability to keep any pets in my own apartment but I have a car and am able to get around in Missoula. I grew up in scouts and the first point of the scout law is trustworthy.
About: What sets me apart is the level of care, attention, and responsibility I bring to every pet I care for. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, from small companion breeds to large working breeds, and I understand that every pet has unique needs, routines, and personalities. I'm highly detail-oriented and take owner instructions seriously. Whether that means following a specific feeding schedule, administering medications, maintaining training routines, or simply providing extra reassurance to an anxious pet, I believe consistency matters. I naturally bring a calm, patient, and nurturing presence, and I take the time to build trust with animals rather than forcing interaction. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away, and for you to have confidence that they're receiving the same level of care I would give my own pets. (Due to health sensitivities, I'm unable to work in homes where smoking occurs indoors.) Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy and comes naturally to me. My schedule allows me to be flexible and attentive to a pet's needs, whether that means walks, playtime, feeding, potty breaks, or simply providing companionship. I enjoy spending time with animals, and I appreciate the routine, connection, and joy they bring. I believe pets do best when they feel safe, understood, and cared for. I follow each pet's routine as closely as possible, provide plenty of attention and affection, and pay close attention to their individual needs and personality. I take owner instructions seriously and strive to create a calm, positive experience for both pets and their owners.
Lower Rattlesnake pet parents share their Rover experiences
Brandy is an exceptional pet caregiver! We left on a four day trip, not realizing our cat Earl Grey had an infected wound that would need emergency surgery. Under some very difficult circumstances Brandy took care of Earl pre and post surgery. She kept us informed of his progress through phone calls, text messages and photographs. She assured us that her priorities were to make sure Earl was safe and comfortable. After arriving home, Brandy stayed to meet us and gave us a debriefing of what was done and what needed to continue for Earl's care. She shared and demonstrated some tips and tricks that she found successful in caring for an outdoor cat that now had to stay indoors with a cone around his head. We cannot thank Brandy enough for the compassion, confidence and grace that she showed during this unexpected and challenging booking.

Elise did a good job of taking care of our house and our pets while we were out of town for two weeks. She was quick to respond to communications, followed instructions, respected our house, and left everything the way it was before we left. The pets didn't even act like they missed us that much, which is a big complement. Thanks!

We asked a lot of Rosie on very short notice. Our husky underwent an emergency sternotomy and lung lobectomy just 5 weeks prior to the vacation we had planned much earlier, AND he threw a first ever seizure into the mix a week before we left. I was going to cancel the trip after the seizure, since it felt scary for me to leave and unfair to put that on the sitter we had already booked months prior. But, I found Rosie while searching for first aid/CPR and special needs experience last-minute. Rosie came over for a meet & greet and was very understanding of the accommodations we’d made around the house to prevent Finn from injuring himself during the day (like mattresses on the floor and in strange places 🙃). She was confident in her ability to both recognize whether veterinary care was needed and to physically load our 70-lb dog into a car to get him that care, and that went a long way to put me at ease enough to take the vacation. Thankfully the need did not arise, and she was great with meds and respecting the activity restrictions still in place throughout the stay, while getting both dogs daily exercise within their ability. Rosie’s stay with the pups (and consequently our vacation!) went off without a hitch.

Chloe took excellent care of Gus and our home over the long weekend. She sent frequent updates and photos, and left the house clean and tidy. She even thought to wash the sheets from her bed before she headed out. Very thoughtful and very trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend Chloe to take great care of your pet/s and home.

Lily was amazing! We booked last minute with her and she thoroughly surpassed our expectations. She was comfortable supporting our reactive dog and very accommodating to both our dogs and cat’s needs. She made sure they were comfortable, eating enough, getting exercise and play time. She sent many photos and kept me updated throughout. She eased my anxiety leaving our pups for the first extended period of time, we felt so reassured knowing she was loving and caring for our boys like her own! She was also very thoughtful in her questions and care for our home. We will book with her again!

Annie did a great job for us taking care of Trixie over 5 nights. She was able to stay at our house the whole time and sent pictures every day. Our communications with her were through Rover by text. We felt that our house was secure and upon returning home found that to be true. We found Trixie to be just fine in every way as well. We will not hesitate to schedule with Annie another time.

Aderley has been a life saver for our dogs! It’s been difficult to find someone consistent and dependable, especially when it comes to watching a pitbull AND a Doberman, both with some quirks. It’s a huge plus that she’s willing to do overnights so my partner and I can get away every once in awhile during the weekends. Aderley has a very calm but confident demeanor that puts us at ease.

Laila was awesome with my dogs who tend to be fearful of strangers. She definitely is a person that my dogs and I trust! She took special care to administer my pets medication with care, was an excellent communicator, and sent lots of photos of my pups! She stayed at my home for 3 nights and left it super tidy!
