Thought I'd try this app out to make an extra buck. I am a lover of all pets, well maybe not spiders. I grew up in the remote country of Wisconsin, with a bunch of farm animals, as well as cats and dogs. Growing up with pets, and farm animals is crucial for knowing animals. I'm always taking my roommates dog for walks, and to the dog park. We have a big fenced in yard in the heart of Missoula. Meru (my roommates female dog) is really friendly and loves all other cats and dogs. I would focus my energy on your dogs and cats of course, but if Meru and your dogs cross paths they'll be best friends for the day. We are so grateful for Nickolas! He takes wonderful care of our Frenchie Cleo — she is always so excited to see him and his sweet dog, Margie. We love the photo updates Nickolas sends and it helps when we are away to see how much fun our girl is having. I would absolutely recommend Nickolas as a dog sitter — we are so lucky to have been connected!
I would definitely re-book again. Buddy my rescued tri- pod boxer felt as ease when we met Nickolas & Maggie and did great with his 2 night stay there. It was important to me to have a sitter who gets dogs, especially high energy. Nickolas is great. Exactly as his bio describes him.
Nickolas took such great care of our girl Cleo. She loved her time at his house and his dogs were so sweet to her! This was our first time leaving our pet with a new person and it could not have been a better experience. Nickolas was wonderful and updated us with photos and tidbits about Cleo’s day. He’s clearly a dog lover and goes above and beyond to comfort and care for pets who may be a bit nervous. I would absolutely recommend Nickolas.

We had a family emergency and Nickolas responded immediately and put us at ease under very short notice. He went above and beyond to make sure our pets were well cared for while we were gone. He sent us photos and genuinely cared for our animals and it gave us huge peace of mind in a difficult situation. We are so thankful.
My golden retriever gets so excited every time she stays with Nick and Margie. Nick takes very good care of my girl, sends photos, is a great communicator and gives updates. I always feel very confident and comfortable leaving town knowing she is going to be well taken care of and also have such a fun time playing and snuggling. The best! We will keep coming back.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I make sure pets get plenty of attention throughout the day — not just quick check-ins. I’m able to provide regular potty breaks, feeding schedules, playtime, walks, and companionship while keeping a calm, clean environment. I also make time for photo/video updates so owners always know how their pets are doing. I enjoy building routines around each pet’s individual needs and personality.

I care for every pet like they’re my own and focus heavily on safety, comfort, cleanliness, and communication. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, energy level, and any special needs so they feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible. In my home, I provide a calm, clean environment with plenty of supervision, attention, potty breaks, playtime, and space to relax. I always introduce pets carefully and prioritize safety at all times. In clients’ homes, I respect their routines and instructions closely to help pets stay comfortable in a familiar environment. I keep feeding schedules, walks, litter boxes, medications, and daily care consistent while also providing regular photo and video updates for peace of mind. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away.

A typical day
A typical day includes plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, walks, and relaxing time depending on each pet’s personality and energy level. For active dogs, I enjoy walks, outdoor time, playing fetch, and keeping them mentally engaged. For more relaxed pets, I make sure they have a calm environment, companionship, and lots of affection. For cats, I include interactive play, treats, brushing if they enjoy it, and quiet companionship so they feel comfortable and secure. I also stick closely to feeding schedules and routines to help pets feel at home while their owners are away. Throughout the day I provide regular updates, photos, and videos so owners can see their pets happy, safe, and having fun.
