About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and they’ve always been my favorite kind of company. I’m patient and keep things calm and low-key. I only watch one dog at a time, so you can rest assured that I will treat your dog as if they were my own. Since I work remotely, your dog won’t be left alone much and will get attention throughout the day. I make sure to follow whatever routine helps your dog feel most comfortable. Happy to send you photos and updates throughout the day as well. I’m flexible with pickup and drop off times. I will be with your pup all day, and they’ll get plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s routine. If they’re a high energy dog, they’ll get long walks. If they’re a senior or low energy, I’ll take them on shorter walks or just let them sniff in the yard.

About: My father raised and trained dogs so I have been caring for dogs since childhood. I have been personally caring for my own dogs as well as dogs of family and friends for the past seven years. I am medically trained for emergencies and can care for special needs and sick dogs. I will treat your pet with the love and kindness as I do my own. I can be available day and night, weekends and holidays even on short notice. I am hoping to make this a full-time position and will be available seven days a week 24 hours a day and can provide same-day service. I will follow all rules of the home in which I am sitting. I will never leave pets unattended. They will have my full attention and safety is my number one priority.

About: I was the go-to pet sitter in my hometown! I have recently moved to NOLA, and I’m hoping to meet and care for some awesome animals. I have been pet sitting since I was 12 and I have had my own for my whole life. I’m currently working part time as a cashier and substituting at a day care. Due to this, most of my days are pretty free. On working days I’m able to stop by before and after my shifts. To care for a pet in the clients home, I make sure that the animal feels safe and comfortable while the owner is away. I like to let the pet stay in a spot it is comfortable in and just sit with them for a little bit to make sure they trust and feel safe with me. I also prioritize keeping the home nice and neat and looking as good as you left it ! I’m always down to cuddle a furry friend.

“Lydia did a great job with our pets while we were on vacation. She was very timely at sending updates and responding to my questions. She sent pics every day and I could tell she was a strong pack leader for my wild child, Kona. She planned ahead when bad weather was on its way, and put their Kongs with peanut butter in the freezer. Kona is afraid of storms so if she has a treat, she does better. She contacted me at 4 am letting me know she had all the pets in the hallway because there was a tornado warning. Our backyard got hit hard. She took pics of the damage and sent to me so I knew what I was coming home to. I would feel very confident leaving my pets with her again.”
