Very hesitant, I tried Rover again and reached out to someone who had experience giving insulin shots but accidentally reached out to Emily at the same time and I’m glad I did. I am very impressed with her care of our dog. She expressed interest in learning how to give insulin and was a quick learner. Furthermore, Emily is very detail oriented and wanted to care for our dog in the way that we care for him and to keep him on a schedule. About: I’ve lived my whole life with dogs since I was in the second grade. I have my own dog, named Miller who is a rescue from Texas. He’s my soul dog. He and I enjoy long walks with beautiful views! I work full time in a hospital, which I work 4 -10 hour shifts. I have off every Tuesday which I would love to take care of dogs! I am available most weekends unless I am scheduled to work. I have one medium sized dog who gets along with other dogs with slow introductions. We also have a kennel for safety if absolutely necessary.

About: I have two dogs and they are our world. I have had dogs my entire live, have raised multiple puppies and want to love your dog just like our own! I have two sweet doodles who want to be your dogs new best friend. I work full time however am home Friday to Sunday and look forward to dedicating extra time caring for your pup. I am pretty active so expect your dogs stay to be spent playing, walking, and hiking. If caring for your dog in your home will prioritize your pet first! I do not have a fenced in backyard but instead have a long lead. Your dog is still able to roam the yard and take care of business while safe on a lead. I have an unfinished basement which is ultimately our dog play area. I supervise all play in this area - it's been super helpful when weather doesn't allow outdoor time. In the clients home i will be able to play in your backyard while ensuring safety whether it is fenced in or utilizing a lead.

She was such a champion cleaning the kennel multiple times as well as washing the blankets and cleaning the carpets. She ran a stool sample to the vet for me after her real job and then went home to make chicken and rice for my dog for the next few days. I am so grateful that she was with them this week. She was very communicative, sent very detailed reports and of course captured pictures always. Your dogs will be in great hands should you choose Faith.”

About: I have taken care of my two pit bulls since the start of high school. I love giving affection to them, including others I have met in person. I used to have a senior dog who had joint problems and needed help on the stairs, bed, and sofa. I also love meeting my friends’ pets and giving them the same affection as I do with my own pets. I do drop in visits, house sitting, and dog walking. I would love to give your fur babies a bunch of affection and care. I’ll make sure to update you regularly with pictures so you know that your pets are in safe hands. Your pets safety is my top priority. For dog walking, I’ll make sure they stay off the road when the pavement is too hot and/or a car is coming. I will also stay alert to my surroundings. I am unemployed, so I have plenty of time to take care of your dogs and/or cats! I will be available Sunday through Thursday. I'll do my best in following your schedule so your pets won't get stressed by any sudden changes. I'll make sure to ask any questions on how to take care of your dogs and cats so I won't make any needless mistakes. I will also send you updates of your pets by sending you photos and texts.

When caring for pets in a client’s home or my own, I take time to learn their feeding schedule, potty routine, energy level, favorite activities, training expectations, and anything that helps them feel comfortable and secure. I adjust my care style based on the individual dog rather than taking a “one size fits all” approach. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, understood, and cared for while maintaining as much consistency and routine as possible.

About: I have had multiple pets. My first dog was a high energy Coonhound and I went to training lessons with him. I now own a Maltipoo, a chihuahua, and a cat. I also have experience babysitting my sisters senior pup. I work full-time during the week in healthcare. My job times can vary but I am typically available weekdays after 5pm. I am available most weekends. I care about keeping your house cleaner than I found it. I’ll make sure to take your pup out every couple hours to avoid any mess.

About: I have taken care of my own dog as well as taken family friends dogs on walks and runs. I am currently training for a half marathon, so if your dogs loves long runs or long walks I would love to help them get outside and exercise. I currently am working part time on top of school. Most days I can take dogs on a walk or run in the morning to later afternoon! I currently live in an apartment where pets are not allowed, so for now I will stick to taking dogs on walks and runs whether that’s around a safe neighborhood or at a park.
