About: Hello my name is Brandy, I have a deep connection with all animals, I have cared for all kinds of animals and homesteads throughout my life. I am able to keep your animals, home and plants in beautiful spirits. I have never met an animal or plant that did not love me. I am looking forward to taking care of your baby as if it were my own. I am a spiritual teacher with a psychology background, I am a mother of four grown children. I have always had pets, and could not imagine my life without them, I make my own schedule and hours and can work from anywhere. I am available. I have wide open spaces to walk, on a leash, if they have good recall we will learn to trust each other before we go off leash. I
“Sterling absolutely adores her, and so do we. She is one of the most thoughtful and genuinely caring sitters we’ve ever worked with. She takes her time with him, moves at his pace, and is always so gentle and kind. You can tell she truly enjoys spending time with him — it never feels rushed or routine. She’s incredibly generous with treats, cuddles, and attention, and Sterling soaks up every minute of it. He comes home happy, relaxed, and clearly loved, which gives us so much peace of mind. It means everything to know that when we’re away, he’s not just being “watched,” he’s being cared for by someone who treats him like family. We feel very lucky to have found her, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly.”

“I left my Baby with Brandon for the first time. I was so nervous as I have never left her. Brandon was very calming and Baby took to him immediately. I was so impressed by Brandon and his wife. They took wonderful care of Baby, she had so much fun with them. Brandon sent me pictures all day of their adventures and Jaquie even got her to eat, which is amaxing bc she never eats for me. I’m looking forward to our visits!!!!”

About: I have taken care of several breeds and ages of dogs over the past 5 years for family and friends. They have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I most recently rescued my 1 year old German Shepard at 4 months old and have experience potty training, crate training, and leash training. I also have experience administering oral and topical medication. I will be sure to treat your pet with as much love and care as I do my own. I work from home full-time throughout the week and will be able to give your pet the love and attention they need. My medium size 1.5 year old German Shepard mix will also be around to keep your pet company. I have a fenced yard with turf for additional play time space outdoors or potty breaks. The house is fully air conditioned/heated. I also have a very friendly, playful, and well-behaved German Shepard mix dog who will be the best play mate or someone to lay around with to keep your pet company. We have a pet gate on our staircase, so pets will be downstairs the entirety of their stay. We do not allow pets on furniture or on beds.

“Larissa took wonderful care of my dog, Jasper! He’s a quirky little guy, and she was so patient and caring with him. She kept me updated with great communication and sent lots of pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. I never felt like Jasper was a burden to her, and it was clear she genuinely cared about him. I highly recommend Larissa and would absolutely trust her to watch my boy again!”

“Susette was so wonderful with my puppy. I had never left her with anyone before but Susette was so kind, patient and accommodating. My little fur baby was happy when she left. She was well taken care of.. I really like that pictures are sent during the stay. I will definitely have Susette watch my pup again . Thank you!)”

“We were so nervous to leave our senior pup in the care of someone else given all of his quirks, but Vivian made us feel so at ease. She was so attentive to his needs and keep us updated throughout the entire day! We are so thankful for her and the care she provided our sweet Oreo.”

About: Hi, I’m Jocelynn — the friend your doggie hasn’t met yet🐾 I offer loving, reliable, and personalized care designed to help your pet feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. I intentionally keep my client base small so each dog receives my full focus, thoughtful attention, and a calm, individualized experience. My goal is to provide a seamless, dependable, and stress-free experience for both you and your pet, so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities, including senior dogs, shy or anxious pups, and pets with special routines or medication needs. 🐾Safety is my top priority🐾 For the health and safety of all pets in my care, I require current vaccination records prior to care. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, so pets receive plenty of attention, companionship, and consistency throughout the day. From morning snuggles and outdoor time to midday play and evening walks on cooler days, I make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I provide calm, structured care tailored to your pet’s routine and comfort. During visits, I focus on potty breaks, meals, fresh water, playtime, and plenty of attention while helping your pet feel safe and relaxed in their familiar environment. I pay close attention to energy levels and stress signals so I can adjust care as needed and keep your pet comfortable and well cared for.
“Emma has recently had a few days of daycare with Wendy, and we had such a great experience! From the start it was clear Emma was genuinely loved and cared for, not just watched. As a senior doggie with mobility/joint issues it’s super important to us that she gets extra attention around that. Wendy listened to all of our concerns and was very attentive to Emma’s needs. Emma had a really happy stay and even got to play with water in the backyard (her fav!). When we picked her up she was a happy girl :) Emma can’t wait for her next visit! We highly recommend Wendy! Your sweetheart will be in very good hands.”
“Candice is wonderful! She’s so kind and patient with our dog Zorro, who is a little introverted and shy. She sends us regular updates and we love having her watch Zorro :)”

“So impressed! Lovely people & amazing care. Bentley has been re-homed twice so he was a little nervous but Tony took care of that. This is a great way for Bentley to be socialized. Thank you Tony and Gina. Will see you again.”

“Kim is the best! She takes such good care of our pup, she keeps us updated throughout the day with pictures and videos, and she's super flexible with our changing schedule.”

About: Grew up with dogs, and fell in love with cats when I was adopted by my best friend Jimmy in 2007. Jimmy is no longer with me as he crossed the rainbow bridge in 2023 but I live with 3 (little) senior dogs, 4 cats and a toddler (and of course a husband). I am good with senior kitties/dogs and familiar with the medicine needed for high thyroid in cats I am working from home, and am pretty flexible as long as I know a little in advance. So even same day visits are possible I have a big fenced backyard and will treat your furry friend just like my own and will follow whatever directions are given to me. Our backyard offers a lot of shade for the hot Vegas months, and we have a bunch of umbrellas and plenty of water bowls. We even don’t mind if your dog wants to sleep in our bed, but follow whatever direction is given to us, as we know some prefer a crate over a bed
“Naoko was great and understanding with my dog who is afraid of everything. She was patient with him and was even able to give him treats out of her hand. That’s a great improvement for our rescue dog. She sent me video’s and photos to put me at ease since this was my first time away from my boy Zuma.”

About: I have owned dogs for over 15 years. I've been surrounded by animals my entire life. I grew up around large German Shepherds, a Doberman and too many cats to count. Today I have much smaller dogs. Mr. Miygai is around 16lbs and looks like a terrier mix but is part Chi and part Mini Poodle. Zoe is all stumpy tail Cattle dog and about 26lbs. Both love other dogs and get along great with them. Mr does prefer smaller dogs. Over the years I have owned 2 Dachshunds and a Sheltie Mix who was deaf. My Doxies lived to be 15 years old and one survived back surgery. I have experience taking care of young and old dogs. I am very comfortable with providing medication as well. I would love to take care of your dogs and treat them like they were my own. Currently taking a break from the corporate world. Have a lot of time to help others. Available most days of the week including weekends to take care of animals. I have a fenced yard and 2 of my own dogs. They have free roam of the house and yard. Dogs are treated as family.
“Julianna took care of our Athena even last minute! Doing a lot of activities, giving updates and making sure she’ll get a lot of exercise and happiness! Even got a homemade treats! Definitely going back, Thank you so much!”

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in NV ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
