Jaclyn and her husband were waiting for me at the garage right on time exactly when I arrived to their house for the dropoff. They introduced themselves to me and my dogs, and got to know me and LISTENED to me mentioning I was going on a trip for my daughter. All throughout my doggies stay, she updated me with lots and lots of pictures and status updates of my dogs and hers playing and having fun. Every time I messaged her, she replied so quickly and promptly, and followed my care instructions very closely. “This was Sago’s 2nd time staying with Michaela and her sweet family and it was obvious from the minute we pulled up that he was so excited to be back. Michaela made sure to send plenty of updates and asked clarifying questions when needed about food, play time, etc. just to be safe. Her other pups are very sweet, and are super patient with him even with all of Sago’s teenage pup energy. She made sure to stay in with him the night of the 4th because of his anxiety with fireworks. We were out of town for a really big competition and knowing that Sago was being so well cared for was one less thing I needed to stress about. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I have 2 Labs myself that are family dogs. I am very responsible when it comes to walking dogs, playing with dogs, washing dogs, feeding dogs and simply loving them like my own. I worked at an animal hospital for 2 years and I feel very comfortable taking care of any kinds of dogs. Animal love is very important to me. Friends and family have personally reached out to me to stay with their pups while they are away at work or vacation because they trust me and also know how much I love and care for dogs!! I’m currently a student in college. I have classes 2 days a week so I have lots of down time to be able to spend time with your loved ones! My classes are only 1 hour 30 mins long 2 days a week. I feel comfortable in homes as long as you show me around and let me know where everything is for your dog. This is important to me because if I know where everything is I know I can be trusted on the daily to do what is needed for your dog. I care for pets by taking them outside or on a walk when it’s cooler outside. I love playing with dogs and snuggling up with them as well.

About: I have had cats all my life, currently we have 4 that are 9 years young. Before I got my first job I volunteered with a cat rescue called Perry's Place. There I started as a volunteer and moved into employment. I manged large communal rooms, cleaning and feeding with monthly basic grooming. I was the advanced to the isolation room in which I learned to administer medication in many ways, attach IV bags, and watch for signs of distress. I have been clipping nails for as long as I can remember and bathing kitties. Im very proficient in those areas. About: I have taken care of several breeds and ages of dogs over the past 5 years for family and friends. They have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I most recently rescued my 1 year old German Shepard at 4 months old and have experience potty training, crate training, and leash training. I also have experience administering oral and topical medication. I will be sure to treat your pet with as much love and care as I do my own. I work from home full-time throughout the week and will be able to give your pet the love and attention they need. My medium size 1.5 year old German Shepard mix will also be around to keep your pet company. I have a fenced yard with turf for additional play time space outdoors or potty breaks. The house is fully air conditioned/heated. I also have a very friendly, playful, and well-behaved German Shepard mix dog who will be the best play mate or someone to lay around with to keep your pet company. We have a pet gate on our staircase, so pets will be downstairs the entirety of their stay. We do not allow pets on furniture or on beds.

About: Grew up with dogs, and fell in love with cats when I was adopted by my best friend Jimmy in 2007. Jimmy is no longer with me as he crossed the rainbow bridge in 2023 but I live with 3 (little) senior dogs, 4 cats and a toddler (and of course a husband). I am good with senior kitties/dogs and familiar with the medicine needed for high thyroid in cats I am working from home, and am pretty flexible as long as I know a little in advance. So even same day visits are possible I have a big fenced backyard and will treat your furry friend just like my own and will follow whatever directions are given to me. Our backyard offers a lot of shade for the hot Vegas months, and we have a bunch of umbrellas and plenty of water bowls. We even don’t mind if your dog wants to sleep in our bed, but follow whatever direction is given to us, as we know some prefer a crate over a bed

We as a family, love to walk and explore places and go on hikes with the dog and just general walks in nature, being outside. We've been with very small dogs and very large dogs. About: Had dogs my whole life. Mines a coward and we'd need to check that he gets along with yours first, he'll get bullied if I'm not careful, the poor thing I stay home all day and spend as much of my time as possible outside. Your dog may come back muddy though, the messier you get the more fun you had and all! I am home all day with eyes/ears on the pets nearly constantly. I also spend so much time in environments that encourage explorative play and will keep most dogs too busy to get bored and act out in the first place. If a pet did act out, there's more than enough space in my place to separate animals and allow them to decompress. If at your place, mine is kennel trained for the same idea.

I am a retired nurse and I'm very comfortable with administration of any type of medication. I can be home all day if that is what your pup requires. About: Hello! I love nothing more than working with animals and helping others! I've had at least one dog for pretty much my entire life and I am always looking forward to getting to walk or look after other people's pets as well. The dogs I have owned have ranged from two small cavachons, a few labradors, a german shepherd, a beagle and more! I mostly work from home, so anytime I am house sitting for you I will be able to spend most of the day with your pets! When house sitting, I will be able to properly look after your pets. I mostly work online, so I don’t need to be gone from the house for too long of the day.

The videos and pictures they sent are treasures, worthy of a Hallmark card or commercial. The question is, not if this family should care for your dog, it’s if your dog worthy of their love and attention. They also trained my dog the “stay” and “down” verbal and hand commands. They are a beautiful, sweet family. I want them to adopt me! LOL!”
