“I left my dog with Amanda just for one night and I couldn’t have been happier. My energetic dog, Zeus immediately got along with her dog, Enzo and they got to play in her nice fenced in yard. He was definitely able to get his energy out there, he came home exhausted. As soon as I dropped him off there I felt a sense of comfort. I knew that I had nothing to worry about. I highly recommend Amanda:)”

“Dyna had a very good long-stay with Emily and her family. They set up a little fenced area in the yard for her to hangout outside on her own safely for short stints and it went well. Emily was very easy to communicate with too. Overall very good experience!”

“My dog had a wonderful day with Manolita!! She’s so kind and caring and made us both feel comfortable! When I picked him up from his stay he was very comfortable and calm, which was a great sign! She also sent pictures and updates throughout the day, which I loved! I highly recommend her!”

“After considering several boarding options for our pup Isaac, we decided to go with Kelly and we don't regret it. She was accommodating to our last minute changes and very communicative throughout Isaac's stay. She is fantastic and we'll definitely book with her again when we are back in the area.”

“Maggie is AMAZING. as a first time Rover user i was nervous and skeptical as i’m sure most pet parents may be before their first booking. my husband and i had a trip planned upstate and found ourselves without a sitter at the last minute. we figured it’d be better to leave our pup with a stranger nearby vs back home 3+ hours away. after searching for a while we found maggie and trusted all her great reviews. we absolutely made the right choice. she was so reassuring and communicative the whole time, asked for more detail with his care instructions than not, and has a big fenced in yard that her visiting pups can safely play in. she sent photos and videos the whole weekend and made my pup so comfortable that he didn’t go on hunger strike like he usually does when we leave him with friends or family. he even felt comfy enough to cuddle with her, which says a lot of her handling of animals. they just trust her. if you’re having doubts i hope this review gives you some confidence. we’ll be booking maggie again when we’re in the area for sure.”

I'm currently walking dogs 2 days out of the week looking for more to work with within the week. I have an open schedule and interested. I have separate spaces available for each animal. “Both of our dogs were calm and relaxed after a 4-day stay. James was attentive to all of their needs and was very kind. His roomates were a bonus, because someone was almost always around to hang out with our dogs! Thanks James, we will be back!”

About: My dad taught me at a young age how to care for, and respect all animals. I have turned this into a life long love for all animals, both domestic and wild. I am a vet assistant, and currently studying to be a certified vet tech. For the last two years I have worked at the local animal shelter, and for the last year, at a dog daycare as well. I have volunteered at Dakin for the best part of the last 15 years. This has included transportation of animals, dog walking, animal socialization, and the kitten ICU. I am currently working part time, so I will have plenty of time for your furry family members. I am available during the week, on weekends, and holidays. Whether your dog likes the dog park, or playing in the backyard, we can play using their favorite toys. If they are more of a couch potato, I can accommodate them as well. If you have kitties that need company, we can play in the house, or go out for a stroller ride. I have a fenced in backyard for the dogs to play in. In the summer, a pool and water sprinkler will be available. I am a vet assistant, so I have first aid training for both dogs and cats. My house is air conditioned, perfect for relaxing on a summer day.
“Darcy was fantastic with my dog, Blaze! Her own dog is so sweet and Blaze had a wonderful time. I got updates and pictures throughout his stay. We will definitely be using Darcy as a sitter again!”

“Logan took such good care of my puppy during her first time away from home and communicated with me throughout her stay. He shared videos and photos and it was clear she was treated very well and was having a blast. She loved his dog, too, which was a great added bonus. We will definitely be back!!”

About: I will love your animals like they are my own. I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember and the more the merrier! I do work a normal job during the week but have a lot of flexibility in my days for potty breaks and feedings. I also have my own pets at home! I will make sure that your pets feel at home with me, whether that is with beds or blankets or just running around the backyard.
“Definitely recommend! My dog had a fantastic time, and it was clear how much Ben enjoyed taking care of him. He was very communicative and sent lots of pic of our dog having fun. Will definitely book again!”

“Our dog, Joule, had a great time at Diana’s! The whole family was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about how to handle a high energy and attention seeking pup. She got along great with the other dogs and if we are back in the area, this would be our first choice for a rover!”

“Margie is the best! Booker is a bit skittish and spoiled and I was worried that he would give her a hard time. She obviously knew exactly how to handle him because he was so calm when I picked him up.”
