“John has been so incredibly wonderful with my dog Izzy. She's a rescue and very skittish around new people, especially around men, and he has been so patient and understanding with her. Always willing to meet her where she is. Since he started walking her, she's gotten a bit better around men and doesn't bark as often when people walk by the house! It's been amazing. It's only been about a week or two, but he's been very reliable and consistent, and always keeps me informed if anything comes up or changes. Highly, highly recommended!”

“Donna is amazing! She took such good care of my dog and was always very responsive and flexible with my schedule. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!”

“Julia was absolutely amazing! She left the cutest little notes and sent pictures. She even asked if she can switch leaches instead of just doing so. My dog loved her from day one. She was always on time and even payed attention to my dog being to hot so she cut the walk short instead of pushing him to walk more. She noticed everything about him which was so heartwarming. She is so sweet. I even had to schedule her back to back and she was able to do fit that in to her schedule and it was very late notice! I highly recommend Julia! She will for now always walk my fur baby!”

About: Since childhood, I've had dogs, cats, fish and snakes. In the past 10 years, we have 5 dogs in the family. I have taken care of friend's pets as well (dogs and bunny). I take pride in trying to understand all their different personalities and letting them be their true selves. Seeing a true smile on a dogs face, while they're doing zoomies or running through the backyard, brings me so much joy <3 I am open to dog walks and house visits currently. My availability is mostly weekdays, but I am open to the occasional evening, weekend or overnight. I will be sure your pets are safe and happy, with full water bowls, and fed/given medication on their schedule. (We have several seniors that need medication on a schedule, so I fully understand the importance of that). I am happy to play with your pets in your yard (after I check the gate is secure), or in the house. I also provide plenty of attention in the way of pets and snuggles :)

About: Hi! I worked at a local vet office for 2 years helping with boarding, care while in room, walking dogs and providing love and care. I have also owned a dog or dogs since I was 10. I adore animals and will treat your family’s sweet pet as my own. I currently work from home and have flexible availability to come and go to better assist families. I am available at all hours that are needed. My current pet, Jack, is walked multiple times daily. We only crate when we leave. I am offering dog walking services. I am aware on how to safely walk dogs in their familiar areas. I am aware of how to harness and walk dogs of all sizes and safely return to the home. If the family has preferences for crating or putting away in certain rooms, I will follow directives on how properly place your loved animal away safely until you return home.

“Charity was awesome. My pups loved her and their daily walks. She was in constant communication and updated us with pictures. This was my first Rover experience. It was so nice to know that while away, my pups were still being taken care of. I highly recommend Charity!!!”

“Christy is so great with my pup! She's always timely and sends updates about their walks!”

“Nikki has been great with my young dog. She has walked/dropped in to check on him during two separate occasions when he was healing from surgery or other procedures from the vet. She is great about sending updates for when she is on the way to my house and on my dog’s mood that day. She is very good at reading him and judging whether he wanted to walk that day or just hang out in the backyard. I recommend Nikki for drop in visits or dog walks.”

About: I grew up around animals; horses, dogs, cats, guinea pigs—you name it. My family had 4 horses, 2 dogs, and 6 cats throughout my childhood. I also had neighbors with just as many (if not more) furry friends. Even in my early teenage years, I remember providing my neighbors with reliable pet care whenever they’d go out of town—and I adored taking care of their animals. I am comfortable and confident around most animals and I enjoying being able to provide them with personalized attention & care 💗 I currently teach 2nd Grade in Wilson County. My partner and I have 2 cats, a hedgehog, and a tortoise. My schedule outside of these responsibilities is pretty flexible! While caring for my own pets has become a second nature to me, I am always careful to follow any specific instructions left when caring for another’s pet. I pride myself in the following pet care priorities: • Safety (of both myself & the animals) • Ensuring routine feedings & water changes • Engagement in exercise & playtime • Bathroom breaks • Comfort & trust

About: I love all animals of all shapes and sizes. From the playful pups to the finicky cats, all sizes of pets are welcome in my care. I work from home everyday and I make my own hours. I have a flexible work schedule. Can easily adhere to a specific schedule if needed. I have a spoiled toy poodle who is treated as a little king, we go on lots of mini walks during the day and typically a long walk in the evening.
