About: I have had dogs and/or cats for as long as i can remember. I currently have 3 dogs of my own right now. I have helped neighbors, friends, and family when they were out of town with their fur babies. I am currently a senior in highschool, but i have a very flexible school schedule. I am only on campus from 9:30-1:00 and can be with your babies any other time!! My main goal with your pets is for them to feel safe and comfortable with me. I will take your dogs for daily walks, and make sure they get plenty of exercise and play time!!

Beth was great with Hilda, my nervous rescue dog. She was very communicative and sent pictures of Hilda. She had great knowledge of dog behavior and made me feel very comfortable in my absence. Hilda would love to see her back.

We recently had the pleasure of having Riley take care of our pets during an 8-day family vacation, and we couldn't be happier with her service. From the moment we left, Riley provided us with daily updates and pictures, keeping us informed about how our pets were doing. This thoughtful communication gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Riley's dedication and care were evident in every update. Our pets were happy, healthy, and well-cared for throughout our time away. It's clear that Riley has a genuine love for animals and takes her responsibilities seriously. We will definitely be rebooking Riley for any future pet care needs. She is reliable, compassionate, and goes above and beyond to ensure our pets are well taken care of. Thank you, Riley, for your outstanding service!

About: I’m always asking friends and family if they need someone to watch their animals or even just take them for a walk because I love animals! Of all shapes and sizes. I am currently working from home so I’ll be able to spend all day with your pal! I can let them out, feed, cuddle as needed. I live in a house with plenty of room to roam and a great window view for your animal! I do not have a fenced in yard so letting dogs out would be supervised on a leash.

Katherine was great with the dogs and cat. She was able to stay on track with their food and potty schedule. She let us know immediately when one of the dogs had an accident on the couch and asked how we would like her to clean it up. She was willing to get the garbage and recycling out for us while we were out of town. The house was just as clean as when we left. She was very responsive to our messages. We will hire her again. We would highly recommend her.

About: I’ve been caring for pets longer than I can remember - from helping grandma with her horses and barn cats to spoiling and training our own dachshund puppy and two amazing kitties - I am well equipped for any situation. Some background for me: I was born and raised in Alaska! There I took care of cats of varying abilities/disabilities/age, dogs of all sizes and abilities/disabilities/age, and fish! There’s been instances where I have stayed over a month to look over a special needs cat, and dug my car out after a heavy snow to make sure a hyper puppy gets a good hike in! I’m adaptable and communicative - you can be sure that I’ll send you plenty of photos and videos of your pet while you’re gone! Now I’m here in Minnesota to finish college, start life with my new husband, and take care of the pets in Southern Minnesota! I’m currently still a student! But I have Tuesdays, Thursdays, and the weekends for the most part completely open! Otherwise, I will make sure to check in on your pets between classes to ensure they don’t go more than four hours alone. I can’t have a pet in my apartment right now 😭 but when I’m back home in Alaska, we had a fenced area for our dog while she was still with us, and we have two full-time indoor cats. We love to spoil our animals - lots of love, kindness, and a patient environment. Just positive reinforcement and steady routines over here!

About: I have had dogs my whole life growing up and I currently have 2 large dogs. I would prefer if they are already potty trained. I am a full time college student with class in the mornings and afternoons. I would be able to do visits very early in the morning or after class/later in the day too. I am willing to exercise your dog with either a walk, throwing a ball or some other activity they like. Or on the flip side if they love chilling and getting attention I am totally down for that too.

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs my whole life. I’ve had pretty chill dogs, rough dogs, and dogs that run away any chance they get. I’m prepared for any dog that I can take care of. I currently don’t have another job at the moment but I might work another job pretty soon. I work out and have football practice. Other than that I’m free to take care of dogs. I feed my dogs and let them out whenever they need to be let out. If they need specific things such as to be kenneled or anything of that nature I can easily do. I can also keep company with the dogs and play with them.

About: I work remotely in marketing, beginning at 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Were very grateful to have a nice home with a wonderful, large, fenced-in backyard that allows the dogs to go potty in and explore (bark!). My availability and hours are very flexible and the dogs are rarely left alone or kenneled, they are free to roam the house, I just close doors as necessary. I have never owned a dog of my own, I just grew up around dogs and cats. Mainly and most recently, it was a sisters two dogs our family spent the most time around: Gibbs (15 lb., 13 yr old, male Jack Russell Terrier & Beagle mix) and Zero (65 lb., 5 yr old, male Standard Poodle). I would basically Rover for her and her husband, which including giving the senior, anxiety-ridden dog meds (he didn’t enjoy, he would spit them up). We enjoyed being outdoors and evening walks around the neighborhood and having them a part of our family. They have then since moved to the West coast with their dogs. I work remotely and am blessed with the work-life balance it offers my family. I have an energetic elementary school-aged daughter. She's an empath and truly cares for all animals wellbeing! She's deeply concerned about any discomfort or distress. We have a dog-friendly orange cat named Buddy (4). He's fed first thing in the AM and enjoys chin scratches. He stays nearby me in my office or does his own thing. My daughter buses to and from school and I take a hour lunch at noon, then am done at 5 PM and we go about our evening routine. Dogs go out every few hours (sliding patio door) to the fenced in yard or when they signal me. Right in the morning and before bed. I try to get as much activity in for us as possible, especially on decent weather days. We utilize a nearby parks, dog park and walking trails in our community. Having the dogs here really motivate me to go for more walks, the dogs love them and I appreciate the eager walking company. I also live with my younger sister (23). She works full time 2 jobs as a CNA/retail, isn't home much but does help me care for the dogs, such as a short walk around the block. Our home is a 4 bed, 3 level split with a finished basement. It has a large secure, fully-fenced in yard and the property has 11 trees. Garage is attached. We all sleep in the upstairs bedrooms which is also where my office is. I have 2 litter boxes for my cat, one in garage that he prefers. The other is in the basement bathroom, where I can keep the door shut (Ive caught sisters dog eating litter covered turds). Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I have a reflective sash I wear out at night (this summer I was nearly ran over by an SUV when it was dark). The dogs usually sleep on the floor in my room and it's OK if they sleep on the bed, I am not concerned about fur. If the dog stinks, I can give them a bath either downstairs in the wash tub or upstairs in the bathtub. If they stay longer and start to stink, I will bathe them, because everyone feels better after a bath.

About: I have over a year and a half of hands-on experience working in a high-volume pet care environment as a manager at PetSmart’s PetHotel. In this role, I was responsible for the daily care and supervision of dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. My responsibilities included feeding, administering medications, monitoring behavior and health, and ensuring a safe, clean, and stress-free environment. I also managed group play sessions, handled dogs with varying energy levels and behavioral needs, and was trained to recognize signs of stress, illness, or aggression. As a manager, I led a team, handled customer communication, and ensured every pet received individualized attention and care. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I structure my day around the pets I’m caring for to ensure they receive consistent attention, timely feedings, and regular check-ins. I’m very attentive to each pet’s individual needs and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well-cared for throughout the day. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine to help them feel comfortable and stress-free. I follow all feeding schedules, provide fresh water, and ensure regular potty breaks or litter box maintenance. I closely monitor each pet’s behavior and health, watching for any signs of stress or illness. With my experience as a PetSmart PetHotel manager, I’m confident handling pets with a variety of temperaments and needs, including administering medications when required. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of the space and keep everything clean and organized. I also provide regular updates, photos, and communication so owners feel confident and at ease while they’re away.

Jason is amazing. He really understands dogs and is kind and patient with the dogs and the owners. He is very professional and incredibly flexible with people's schedules. I plan on using him for dog walking, doggy dare care, and more overnight stays in the future. It's also great to have someone like Jason in the St. Peter area. We kept in contact when my Alex spent the night, texting and sending pictures and videos of Alex throughout the day, which was a real comfort to me because this is the first time Alex stayed with someone. I couldn't recommend him more highly. Use him once and you'll never want to use anyone else!
