About: I’m recently retired and have had dogs all my life, since being 7 years old. I had to put my last fur baby to sleep in January 2026, and my significant other's dog to sleep in September 2026. We will be traveling over the next few years so don’t want to get another right now, and really miss having a doggo around! I used Rover quite a bit when I had dogs so would love to pay it forward and help someone else. Plus then I hopefully will get my "fix"! Live in Madison Lake with my significant other and am currently very flexible, having just retired. I usually walk first thing in the morning and then after dinner when weather permits. I love to hang outside and read on the deck overlooking the lake, or work in the garden beds, so can take your dog on the leash outside too to be in the fresh air if they like that sort of thing. My first choice would be to host dogs in our house as we have a pretty good set up for dogs. But I'm willing to drive to Mankato or St. Peter area for pet sitting or dog walking because I understand some dogs are just better off in their own space, if it's a short timeframe.
About: I have been a dog Grandma for the past 13 years and have taken care of and nurtured my "pet relatives". I am ready to take my skills and love of dogs "on the road". I am not available for pet care on Monday or Tuesday as I have a "human" Grandma gig, but am available for the rest of the week or long weekends. About: I have fostered any age dog for 3 years! Have a dog of my own for 10 and grew up on a farm with many dogs and cats. Also going to school for a vet tech. About: I have had pets all while growing up. I have had two bigger dogs and I have a cat at my parents house. I have help neighbors watch and walk there dogs when they are gone. I am currently working part time which allows me to have a lot of flexibility. This allows me to have more time to care for animals. I make sure to walk or play with them regularly! Always keeping an eye on them so make sure they’re safe and behaving. I also want them to be comfortable with me so making sure I introduce my self in mine or there home correctly.

About: Started as a favor to friends and family, and evolved into a pet hotel of sorts. We help “ferrents” in need as well as any human needing safe and loving accommodations for their fur babies. We provide the best level of care during their stay. My partner and I honor dedicated walks, play time, as many cuddles as desired, and will follow strict food and med schedules. We take the responsibility very seriously and treat all animals as we would our own. I provide Rover services full-time. My partner has a flexible job and can fill any necessary gaps. He typically works 10-6 p.m. Monday thru Friday. We do not have children or animals of our own. Our backyard is fenced for added protection, but we love to take fur babies on walks. We have a ferret-proofed home (although they passed last year) which means anything concerning for a small animal has been eliminated. Because we do not have pets of our own, time and attention will be dedicated to any pet in our care.
