The whole process was super easy and after the meet and greet I left feeling 100% confident that bubba would be in great hands. Then traveling back home from Sioux Falls, we get hammered by blizzard conditions. The last 20 miles before finally giving up, I could barely see the lines on the road, let alone any cars in front of me. So we pulled off and checked in to a hotel. Thankfully Margarita was SUPER understanding and reassuring. I was in a bit of a panic worrying about this and that, and the fact that Loki didn't have to be one of those worries was a huge relief. When we finally made it back the next day I could tell he wasn't super thrilled about leaving, which is always what you want to see. (And with that massive yard, I can't blame him!) About: Hi! My name is Sage and I specialize in animal caretaking and welfare. I have lived my entire life with at least one animal in the house and I have been dog sitting on and off since high school. I am certified in three years of dog training and currently live with my lovely cat, London. I’ve never met a pet that I haven’t loved, and past employers would describe me as dependable, easy-going, and kind. My days are entirely open, except for the occasional one or two days a week where I am called in from one of my other jobs. I would basically Rover for her and her husband, which including giving the senior, anxiety-ridden dog meds (he didn’t enjoy, he would spit them up). It has a large secure, fully-fenced in yard and the property has 11 trees. Garage is attached. We all sleep in the upstairs bedrooms which is also where my office is. I have 2 litter boxes for my cat, one in garage that he prefers. The other is in the basement bathroom, where I can keep the door shut (Ive caught sisters dog eating litter covered turds). Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I have a reflective sash I wear out at night (this summer I was nearly ran over by an SUV when it was dark). The dogs usually sleep on the floor in my room and it's OK if they sleep on the bed, I am not concerned about fur. If the dog stinks, I can give them a bath either downstairs in the wash tub or upstairs in the bathtub. If they stay longer and start to stink, I will bathe them, because everyone feels better after a bath.

About: I have 5 amazing dogs of my own, 1 pitbull, 2 American Eskimo mini and 2 Pomeranians. I had 2 liter of puppies from my dogs (1st liter was 10 pups, 2nd liter was 5 pups) and was able to raise them well for their furever home. Your fur baby will be my first priority when I wake up and for their entire visit with me. I like to take dogs for a long walk through the park or to the dog park when they come visit. I always ensure plenty of exercise and a safe play environment. I always have plenty of time for evening walks, playtime and mental enrichment activities. The dog park is always a must during your pets visit with us! I have a heeler mix rescue that gets along with any dog, him and I go for a walk everyday and would love to take your pup with us! I always make sure they are treated as if they are my own!
About: I have been taking care of animals for over 15 years now with experience with any age or size of dog. I am very flexible with your or your pets needs. I offer all services available. I am home full time so I am able to be with your dog and provide potty and play breaks several times during the day. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs to keep your dog company! About: I have grown up my whole life around animals. When I was younger, I had smaller animals like hamsters and rats. In high school, my dad did get an English bulldog and he was my best friend! When we first brought him home, I took him to training and I loved every second of it! I would watch him almost every weekend for my parents. My sister also had a dog, her and I worked opposite schedules so I would take care of him during the day. I also took him through training as a puppy. So if you have a puppy and want them to learn a thing or two I can help! I currently have 3 dogs and 2 cats with my boyfriend. So I really understand how much your fur baby’s mean to you as I have some at home! I am working part time and looking for something to do with my other time! I’m available all day Wednesdays, Fridays after 2pm and just about every weekend! Something that I live by is treating others animals like your own! I am also very big on respect. Letting me into your home to take care of your fur baby’s means a lot to me. I love to just hang out with furry friends or go play outside, which ever you need from me I will do! I really would like to make sure you and your animals can trust me! Whether you have cameras in your home or need a check in hourly, I’m willing to do whatever you need to trust me in your home. Having that trust bond can really make or break a sitter! Besides trust I also value on making sure your animal is safe.
About: I have taken care of all kinds of pets both big and small, specializing in cats and dogs. I excel at reading animals behavior and meeting them where they are at instead of forcing the relationship. This leads to first visit friends and much easier care for them and less stress for you. I am currently working a flexible schedule and therefore have many opportunities to stop by and help out whether its a quick potty break, a lunchtime walk, or even just spending some time with your loved ones so they don't get lonely. I am very intentional about creating a safe space for my animals in my home and will ensure the same in yours, following any safety and security measures you have laid out to ensure your loved ones will be happy healthy when you return.
About: Just moved into the purrrfect home for my furry friends. Spacious home for them to roam around. Comfy couches to lounge in and beautiful sunset view of the lake to fall asleep to in the sun room. In addition, sloped yard to prance around in. Not only that the lake is only across the street from my very own backyard for lake walks. Message me to learn more. I specialize in boarding. I do occasionally house sit but prefer 1-2 week notice. I do variety of projects that works with my schedule. I choose what works best for you and me. Don't hesitate to ask for accommodation as needed. The back yard has no fencing around to separate houses around but I will always keep a watchful eye out. If your pet is out so am I. I want your beloved to have fresh air and fun as well as be safe.

“Absolutely could not be happier or more grateful for Margarita and her family. The whole process was super easy and after the meet and greet I left feeling 100% confident that bubba would be in great hands. Then traveling back home from Sioux Falls, we get hammered by blizzard conditions. The last 20 miles before finally giving up, I could barely see the lines on the road, let alone any cars in front of me. So we pulled off and checked in to a hotel. Thankfully Margarita was SUPER understanding and reassuring. I was in a bit of a panic worrying about this and that, and the fact that Loki didn't have to be one of those worries was a huge relief. When we finally made it back the next day I could tell he wasn't super thrilled about leaving, which is always what you want to see. (And with that massive yard, I can't blame him!)
