About: I have been raised around pets my entire life. I trained my own dog when I was 13 and have had my own cat for about 4 years. I love animals and used to always pet sit for family and friends I work full time. I am free early mornings and after six on Sundays and Mondays are completely open to taking care of animals of all kinds. Mondays and Tuesdays are typically free all day for loads of playing and fun. I have a fully fenced yard with lots of property to play on. I have a dog and cat of my own that I love longs walks and sunbathing. I am familiar with lots of dog parks and animal friendly parks as well.

I currently have three cats and am the god-parent to three dogs. My best friend for 14 years was a Dalmatian, and before a career in finance, I worked in ASPCA and vet hospitals and I studied pre-vet medicine in college. I've handled dogs professionally and worked with puppies and senior dogs, as well as violent and untrained dogs. I work part time from home and am able to set my own schedule, so I am available to care for pets daily and on weekends. Our home has a fenced back yard and dogs are only allowed out of the fenced area on leash. Our home is pet safe, with garbage and chemicals all stored safely away. Food is kept protected. Our yard is sprayed with natural tick and flea deterrent, and we so not use any pesticides or harsh chemicals in our yard. I am respectful, clean and very detail-oriented, so will always strive to meet any expectations for your home that you set.
About: I grew up surrounded by dogs because my mom bred and boarded champion Cocker Spaniels. From a young age, I helped walk, bathe, groom, feed, and care for them, which gave me a genuine love for animals. As an adult, I had a Black Lab who was my best friend for many years. After he passed away a couple of years ago, I realized how much I missed having pets in my life. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pet with the same patience, affection, and attention I’d give my own. I understand that pets are family, and I’ll treat yours that way too. Caring for pets fits naturally into my routine. I enjoy being active, going on walks, and spending time with animals, so making sure pets get the attention, exercise, and affection they need is something I genuinely look forward to. I am off Sunday-Tuesday and have availability then. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’ll follow your routine closely, making sure they have fresh water, meals on schedule, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection. I’ll also keep your home clean and secure, respect your pet’s unique personality and needs, and send updates so you know they’re happy and well cared for while you’re away

My job is to make sure your pets feel safe and loved while you are away. I have had cats and large dogs my entire life, big and small, young and old, I will love them like they are mine. I am currently retired and very flexible with my time. I am able to provide care on weekends and holidays on short notice. I am organized with my time and very reliable. I am able to take care of all household needs while your away. I keep a very tidy home and am great with yard, plant and flower care. I am very comfortable with caring for pet with special needs (cancer treatments, kidney disease especially, walking, torn ACL’s, laser treatments, incontinence ). Tons of experience with medications and injectables. Your babies will be my top and only priority. In addition to special needs, I also love to walk, hike, play ball and go to the river and/or lake. You will also receive daily photo and video updates. Your pets happiness is my happiness. Your pets are my only commitment. I took early retirement and can build my own schedule. I am capable of working with last minute plans and getaways, including weekends and holidays. I will never leave your pets outside unattended. I know what can happen when people are distracted. Always greatly aware of animals jumping on and off of furniture and going down stairs. My lab who was the greatest love of my life tore her acl just going down 3 steps. I make myself very aware of the surrounding and dangers that could happen.
