I have two friendly golden retrievers who truly love other dogs and are gentle, playful, and well-socialized. I’m experienced with a wide range of personalities—from high-energy pups who need lots of playtime to senior dogs who prefer a calm, cozy environment. I treat every dog as if they were my own, paying close attention to routines, feeding schedules, medications, and individual quirks. About: I’ve taken care of multiple kinds of dogs and cats for family and friends ever since I was a little kid, and owned both kitties and doggies of different breeds most of my life. I’ve read a few training books for doggies, stayed multiple nights for pet sitting, volunteered at pet shops, worked at pet stores, handled kittens and puppies with care, worked with senior cats and dogs, as well as other barn animals as well! I am currently working a part time job in silverdale, usually around 10-15 hours a week. I always receive my schedule at least a week in advance, so I just need time to plan around that. If there is ever at all an emergency situation, I will call you immediately while also taking your dog to the vet.

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover who friends and family regularly trust to care for their pets while they travel. I have two friendly golden retrievers who truly love other dogs and are gentle, playful, and well-socialized. I’m experienced with a wide range of personalities—from high-energy pups who need lots of playtime to senior dogs who prefer a calm, cozy environment. I treat every dog as if they were my own, paying close attention to routines, feeding schedules, medications, and individual quirks. Your dog will enjoy plenty of love, supervised play, and a safe, comfortable home where they’re never just “watched,” but genuinely cared for. I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pup is in good hands. I work from home, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, and a calm, structured environment. I’m available for both short-notice needs and bookings well in advance as you plan your travels. My goal is to be your go-to sitter whenever you need reliable, loving care. I have a large fully fenced yard and two friendly, well-socialized golden retrievers who enjoy playing in the backyard by a game of chase and/or fetch. I closely monitor playtime and all interactions, follow each dog’s routine, and can crate, separate, or provide quiet space if needed in order to keep all dogs in my care stress/free, comfortable and happy. Safety, comfort, and trust are always my top priorities. This isn’t just a place where you drop your dog for the day or for a trip. It’s a calm, loving environment where dogs feel safe and loved while you’re away. I choose thoughtful exercise and enrichment to keep them happy and give them plenty of opportunities to burn energy and excitement.
“Kyah was really great with my two dogs. She sent lots of pictures and videos and my dogs warmed up to her quickly. I have one dog that can get nervous around larger dogs, but Kyah’s German shepherd is very sweet and respectful of my dog’s boundaries. Would definitely recommend!”

“Amanda watched our working line GSD for over a week while we were in Hawaii and she has watched him in the past for doggy daycare. She is the real deal and it made all the difference knowing he was safe and well cared for while we were gone. You can tell she has a ton of experience with dogs and other animals. She loves them yes but also understands how to keep them safe and set reasonable boundaries. Her property is ideal for dogs too with a big fenced yard and kennels. 10/10 recommend!”
