“Amazing 5/5 experience with Jose! He always responded super quickly and provided pictures! My dog was still a puppy when I left him so I was nervous about leaving him so young, but Jose helped a lot with the potty training! His other pups are super playful and defensively made the stay more fun for my pup. Would recommend and ask him to host again!”

“As a first-time Rover user, I was nervous about leaving our rescue dog with someone new. She's very shy and easily scared around people outside our immediate family, so I wasn’t sure how she would adjust to a sitter’s home—especially with kids. We tried a few short drop-in visits at other homes, but she just wasn’t comfortable. With an international trip coming up, we had to keep trying—and that’s when we met Stephanie and her wonderful family. Right away, my dog warmed up to Stephanie and her two kids. I could tell she felt safe and more at ease than she ever had with others. It was a huge relief, and we decided to move forward. Stephanie updated us every day with messages and photos, which gave us peace of mind. After just two days, our dog was sleeping on the nanny's bed! By the end of the 7-day stay, she looked so happy and relaxed. When we came to pick her up, she actually barked at us at first—she didn’t recognize us right away! That’s how well cared for and loved she felt during her time with Stephanie. I can't recommend Stephanie enough. She treated our dog like family and helped turn a stressful situation into a beautiful one. We’ll absolutely be back!”

About: I have extensive experience with taking care of cats and dogs as I have always had animals in my home. Currently I have two cats and three turtles. I also work for an animal food pantry where we provide free pet food to senior citizens and low income families. I also take care of multiple cat colonies near my home and have built shelters for them! I currently am working 4 days in person in New York City but am free Thursday afternoon, all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This will be changing in August and I will be available all day Wednesday, Thursday and the weekend! I have a fenced yard and a pool if your dog likes to go swimming! I also have a fenced dog park near my home where I can take them if they are friendly with other dogs. My cats are very friendly but if needed I can separate them as I have the space in my home to do so!

“Aylin K. is awesome! She took great care of our Willow while we were away. Dropping Willow off at Aylin's place was super easy, and I could tell right away that she'd be in good hands. Aylin sent us cute pics every day, which was so nice - we got to see Willow having a blast! Whenever I texted to check in, Aylin got back to me super quick. It was clear Willow was having a great time. The best part? Aylin's got this amazing yard where the dogs can run around and play safely. When we picked Willow up, she was happily tired out - always a good sign! Aylin's house was clean, and Willow looked so well taken care of. It's obvious Aylin really loves the dogs she watches. We'll definitely be using Aylin again. If you need someone to watch your pup, she's your girl! Willow can't wait for her next 'vacation' at Aylin's.”

About: I work from home full time and care for family & friends pets when they are at work or on vacation and find that people prefer to have their pets stay with someone rather than a cage in a kennel. I have a sweet elderly golden retriever and 2 cats. My fully fenced in yard allows me to let the furries in and out as they please, I’ll squeeze in some walks & playtime too. My 10 year old son & husband live here and are also animal lovers too. I will take animals at any age. For cats I can do a daily drop in. Please only pets that are friendly to older kids, dogs and cats. No pets with transmissible illnesses, have rabies vaccination for dogs, and treated for flea and ticks, likewise goes for my furries. Rates are negotiable. If I need to drive into work, which happens about once a month, I will let you know ahead of time, and please do likewise if you need to reschedule, I am flexible. I work from home full time in Finance for the same company for 20 years. I have a fully fenced in yard so I can let the furries in and out as they need. They’ll be my spoiled office mates here at home, along with my sweet elderly golden retriever and 2 cats. If I need to drive into work, which happens about once a month, I will let you know ahead of time, and please do likewise if you need to reschedule, I am flexible. I have a fully fenced in yard, and will be with the animals throughout the day, I’ll let them in & out as they need; they can hangout with me while I work, or just chill & explore the house at their leisure, and will get some walks and playtime in ( I need the break too).

Courtney and Sherwood's home was the perfect spot for our family dog, with kids, a yard and another dog to play with. I loved all of the photo and video updates that let me know, not only that he was being fed and walked, but that he was getting love and attention too. I'll definitely rebook in the future!”
