About: As a college student studying Zoology, animals and their care are more than a side hustle or a hobby: they’re my world. Apart from my academic coursework in animal care and welfare, I have more than eight years of personal care and volunteer experience with numerous animals, including but not limited to: cats, dogs, horses, rats and mice, hamsters, snakes, various types of lizards and amphibians, goats, chickens, sheep, cattle, and even invertebrates such as tarantulas and scorpions. I also have experience caring for elderly animals — like my 18 year old cat, Maya! About: I have lots of experience with dogs including pet sitting, walking, and playing. Neighbors and friends have relied on me to take care of their pets for extended periods of time and I love building relationships with them! I’m currently a student at Penn State York and have a pretty open schedule. I also have personal experience with seniors, puppies, special needs and x-large large dogs. Weekends and holidays are no problem either. I believe (and have experienced it with my own pets) that pets are more comfortable in their own home, and that's why I offer to come and house/pet sit in the safe haven that is your house. About: I’ve grown up with dogs for most of my life, and have done some dogsitting and dog walking before. I’ll admit it’s been a bit since I had to focus on school work for my psych degree, but now that I have to wait till fall for grad school, I figured now is the time to help out some furry friends! If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
