Got to do a meet and greet before actually boarding so our 2 dogs could get to know her and the place. 1 of our dogs is pretty particular with his eating habits and very much a 1 man dog but she got him to warm up pretty quick. When we went to drop them off for the actually boarding both dogs just ran straight in. Only 1 of them looked back :(. Charlie was great with updates and photos ❤️ even though we didn't ask, but extremely appreciated and loved! We've got a few long term trips planned this year and definitely planning to ask for her help again!”
