“Deborah provided great house sitting services for our two pups. She made a quick bond with our pups and spent some quality time daily to make them happy and comfortable while we were away. She stayed in touch with messages and pictures too. We came home to happy dogs; we’ll definitely book with Deborah again.”

“Natalie took really great care of our fur babies while we were out for the day running errands. She checked in and sent text message updates and photos which was really thoughtful. My fiance and I felt comfortable leaving our fur babies in her care while we were out enjoying the day! Thank you Natalie!”

“We were so pleased to welcome Brian & Annuschka into our home to watch our rambunctious, very energetic, and sometimes very difficult 15 month old German Shepherd, Max. Max also does not trust visitors but Brian & Annuschka overcame all these obstacles and won him over. The weekend went perfectly. We recommend Brian & Annuschka both and found them to be respectful of our home, very responsible, neat, and very easy to like.”

“I couldn't be happier with the amazing job Bradley did while watching my crew. He is reliable, caring, and so great with animals. When I got home, I could immediately relax thanks to the house being so clean and the animals so incredibly happy! Bradley is phenomenal and I'm so grateful to have found him.”

“I highly recommend Ian! We have two Frenchies; a 2 year old and a pup who is just two months. It was clear after a night out to celebrate a special occasion that our fur kids had just as much fun and plenty of loving attention.”

About: I have owned dogs and cats all my life including a Russian Blue cat, two yellow labs, a pit bull. I have always been involved in taking care of my pets to the best of my ability. I currently own a 185 lb English mastiff. I have availability almost all the time. I can’t stay at the house all day, as I generally leave to the gym at least once a day, but other than that I can stay at the house. I can usually stay at a house for 1-3 days. I always like to keep pets company as I believe that their happiness and well-being is always impacted by how I’m doing, so I always try to maintain a positive attitude around pets. I follow whatever directions the owner tells me to do.

About: Hello, I’m Lisa! I grew up with a beloved family dog for 14 years and have since cared for pets for three families on and off, both dogs and cats. I truly enjoy every part of pet care - walking, feeding, playing, light grooming, and of course tons of love and attention! I’ve participated in Race for the Rescues and volunteering, and I look forward to meeting furry friends in the area. I love snuggling with pets and following pet's leads, and I am hugely passionate about animals! Safety is first and families describe me as reliable, trustworthy, fun, and detail-oriented. I understand that pets are sensitive, incredibly special creatures and they deserve to be treated like family. I’m available all day on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as Fridays after 6pm. I’d love the opportunity to help give you peace of mind and add joy to your pet's life! : ) I am available on weekends (anytime on Saturday and Sunday) as well as Fridays after 6pm. During weekdays, I am unavailable during the day as I work a traditional 9-5 role. I am an expert at following instructions for each pet's preferences and care. I am highly sensitive to pets' emotional needs beyond lists and I personalize care around the clock.

“We interviewed many sitters and appreciated that Sarah had the experience with senior dogs and works from home. Sarah was available for house sitting with our 2 beloved dogs while we were literally on the other side of the world. While we were gone, our older dogs cancer tumor, grew tremendously. She kept us updated daily, took him to the vet, took him to the emergency vet and cared for him as if he was her own. It was devastating, as he spiraled so fast, we didn't get back in time to be with him. Sarah was extremely understanding and compassionate during this difficult time as the decision had to be made for our baby to cross the rainbow bridge. She wasn't just a sitter, she responded like family. Life cannot always go as we have planned and timing doesn't always work in our favor, but at least we had someone who cared and was there for us and our baby. 💔”

“I must say, I was very impressed with Courtney. My fur baby is older and I wasn’t sure how he would do with her but he did great. I think he was still looking for her after she left. He wasn’t stressed or unhappy. He didn’t even know we came in the house when we got home. My house was nice and tidy like she was never there. My husband and I discussed this for a lengthy time because he doesn’t do well when we travel and we were amazed that he did so well. We will ALWAYS ALWAYS USE HER if she’s available!!! Thanks Courtney again! I don’t want to sing your praises too loud otherwise you’ll always be booked!”

About: I’ve had pet dogs my entire life. I’ve been dog sitting and dog walking since a very young age and I love it. I hope to be able to help others out with their beloved animals. I am open for dog walking as well as drop in visits and over night stays for your cat/dog. I am currently working a part time job and also going to school. I also have an open apartment that is pet friendly

“I had the pleasure of having Zach house-sit for my Shepsky, Angel, who is also a psychiatric service animal, and I can’t recommend him enough! As a fellow Rover, I’m very selective about who cares for Angel, and Zach exceeded all expectations. He was polite, prompt, and took the time to understand Angel’s needs. Throughout the stay, he sent plenty of photos and videos, showing just how much he treated Angel like his own. Angel bonded with Zach instantly, and it was clear she loved spending time with him. His care, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. I’ll definitely be booking him again in the future and highly recommend Zach to anyone looking for reliable and loving pet care! Thank you, Zach! 🐾”

“Mai was quick to respond and great with our dogs. We have a large 95 lb bernedoodle that can be intimidating. She walked and fed both dogs, while we were gone for the day and sent picture updates. Will use her again!”

Lakeridge Oaks pet parents share their Rover experiences
I wish I could give Emmi 6 stars! She did an awesome job. She is very organized and thorough, asked many great questions and took notes. During her stay she sent amazing pics of our pets, and went above and beyond to make sure they each got exercise and attention. She even left the house in better condition than we left it! We were able to really relax and enjoy our trip knowing our animals were safe and sound and keeping to their usual routines. We will absolutely be booking Emmi for future sitting!

David is a good person and you can tell when you talk with him. Our dog is quite difficult in some areas, mainly anxiety around people and on walks. David listened to our requests and respected all of them, all while keeping our house tidy too. His communication was excellent, and if David is still dog sitting we will use his help again. I would recommend him to friends/family. Thank you David!

Isabella is fabulous! We are so lucky we found her on Rover. Our wonderful boy, Ozzy, was given great care while we were gone. She sent us pictures and updates so we knew he was happy and content. She took care of our home, and we came back to a happy boy! We are definitely using Isabella from now on!!

Cassandra has been fantastic! We will definitely use her again! She gave daily updates and photos of the animals and would reach out for any concerns. She took great care of the animals, playing ball for exercise and grooming the dogs as needed. She managed our medium size dog and our giant breed without any problems. My house was immaculate when we returned, I couldn't even tell that she stayed here. I appreciate her and she deserves the best review!

Emily was a wonderful house and pet sitter. She went above and beyond when both of our dogs were sick. She made them rice and broth so that they could eat something gentle on their tummies and had to clean up unexpected accidents from whatever bug they had. She was so kind and professional about all of it. I highly recommend!
