About: I've been helping care for friends' and family's dogs since I was 10 years old. Because I've always loved dogs and hoped to have one of my own someday, I've spent a lot of time learning about dog care, behavior, training, and enrichment. I've worked with puppies frequently in the past and am comfortable with the extra patience, supervision, and consistency they require. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, or sticking to a specific routine, I always make sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for. Pet care fits great into my routine. I have a flexible schedule, and I'm available throughout most weekdays for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, and playtime and I always make sure to follow each pet's routine as closely as possible. While I do have some weekend commitments and can't do late nights, I have an otherwise open schedule. When caring for pets in a client's home, I make it a priority to follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive the attention they need. When caring for puppies, I'm especially attentive to potty breaks, supervision, and maintaining any training routines. I'll also make keep the owners updated throughout the day.

We are very selective in who we have watch our boys while we are gone (typically family or friends would come to our home and stay with them)… but we moved from Southern to Northern California so need to figure out an alternative. Once there was somewhat of a separation issue for her, but now Mosel is most comfortable with staying, knowing she is in good hands. One couldn't ask for a better 'sitter' than here at Walee's home. I’ve cared for lots of older pups as well, if they need extra care I will always be sure to give them that and the love they need. If your older pup or younger pup needs medication I have been trained on giving medication in food/ treat, pilling, and injections. About: I have worked at Folsom Dog Resort for 3 1/2 years! I dog sit very frequently for family and friends! I love animals and meeting new ones ! I work full time at my job, but my schedule is very flexiable with anything I need to do! I am normally starting work at 5am and ending at around 1:30! When caring for pets in a client's home, I make it a priority to follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive the attention they need. When caring for puppies, I'm especially attentive to potty breaks, supervision, and maintaining any training routines. I'll also make keep the owners updated throughout the day.

Kate seems knowledgeable about how to help new dogs transition into a new environment with other dogs and turned out my pup had a great time. He has separation anxiety and when I picked him up he had happy energy rather than anxious. We will definitely rebook in the future”

“Alexa is an angel! We have two dogs whom are used to being with my husband and I 24/7 because we both work remotely. We are very selective in who we have watch our boys while we are gone (typically family or friends would come to our home and stay with them)… but we moved from Southern to Northern California so need to figure out an alternative. “More than once, we have had Walee care for our beloved dog Mosel - a German Shepherd / Great Dane mix. Once there was somewhat of a separation issue for her, but now Mosel is most comfortable with staying, knowing she is in good hands. One couldn't ask for a better 'sitter' than here at Walee's home. Mosel is very happy to stay with her and is well taken care of. Walee sends us daily progress reports and photos of Mosel playing, sleeping, eating and just hanging out with the other dogs. We have the utmost praise and high recommendations for Walee as one of the best dog-sitters we have experienced.”
