About: I have volunteered with both dogs and cats of all kinds (big and small) and have pets of my own (a Lab mix, a Shih Tzu, and a cat) and have had pets since I was a child. This has taught me that every pet has a unique personality and different needs, so I tailor my care to help each pet feel comfortable, safe, and happy as I have done with my own and any pet I’ve encountered. Whether your pet loves to play, prefers a slower pace, or just wants extra cuddles and attention, I’m happy to meet them where they are. We have two very different dogs — Koa, our wild and lovable 1.5-year-old who basically demands your full attention at all times, and Rose, our sweet older girl who has a previous ACL injury that requires a more gentle approach. She matched Koa's energy and gave him all the engagement he needed, while being incredibly thoughtful and careful with Rose — never pushing her too hard and always keeping her comfort in mind.
