As a large, energetic breed, German Shepherds can be a handful, but Rachel handles her with such confidence, care, and expertise. Bella always comes home happy, tired from plenty of play and walks, and clearly well-loved. Rachel is incredibly responsive—messages are answered quickly, and she keeps us updated every step of the way. The daily photo and video updates are a game-changer, showing Bella playing in the yard, cuddling, or just relaxing like she’s at home. She follows all our instructions perfectly (including feeding and exercise routines) and is super flexible; when our flights have been delayed or even canceled, she’s happily accommodated the changes without hesitation.
