About: I love animals and have over 20 years of animal care experience from growing up in a home with cats, dogs, horses, and doing lots of pet sitting over the years as well! I have also worked and volunteered at a few animal rescues, including a rabbit rescue, a feral cat sanctuary, and a rescue donkey farm! My elderly dog recently passed and the house has been empty and I would love to board and care for pets at least until I'm ready for another pet of my own! Please note that I have some neck issues and I am currently unable to walk large dogs that might pull hard on the leash. I am able to care for large dogs as long as they have an area they can run around in and I can walk smaller dogs just fine! My own yard is fenced in. I am an artist and yoga teacher so I am home most of the day. I have plenty of time and plenty of love to give to all the furbabies. I have a house and a fenced in yard and live in a nice area to take walks around. My home is clean and dog friendly.

About: I have loved taking care of dogs my entire life. I am lucky enough to be able to help with my five grand dogs. All very different ages and personalities. I’m currently semi retired and looking forward to doing something that I love. Dogs have always been a part of my life and even when we had five little kids in the house, I knew we still needed a dog to add more love and craziness. About: I got my first dog when I was in 3rd grade and couldn't imagine life without them now. I spent the last 12 years working with animals as well as having a full house at home. Both my dogs, champ and Oliver, I raised from 8 weeks old and did all their training myself. I have been doing walks and drop ins for 2 years now and have references available upon request! I am a stay at home mom so it's very easy to fit in providing the excellent care for your fur babies to my schedule! I can do anything needed, whether it's basic a stop during the day or if you need more specific detailed care like medicine administered. We will adjust my care routine to the needs of your fur baby.

About: Not only have I had pets ever since I was little but I have been taking care of them. Friends and family have come to me time and time again to board, walk, bathe or just give their dog some fun for a couple hours! Growing up we raised golden puppies so I have lots of experience with puppies and their needs. I used to work at a dog grooming shop, so handling any type of personality is no problem for me. I love getting outside with any furry friend for some fun as well! I’m currently working part-time so my schedule is pretty malleable to help out with pets. Weekends vary depending on the time of year. Happy to work it out at booking. I live in a house and am around to take your pet outside for multiple walks throughout the day. I can also crate them if need be. I do have a kitty so animals need to be able to get along with a cat.

About: Hi, I’m Shawn! I have spent the last few years working in a professional doggy daycare and boarding facility. While I love animals, I realized that massive, chaotic pack environments aren't the best fit for my philosophy of care—or for many dogs. I transitioned to independent pet sitting so I could give individual animals the quiet, focused, and low-stress attention they truly deserve. Because of my professional background, I am highly trained in dog body language, safety protocols, and keeping pets calm and happy. Your dog will never have to compete for attention or feel overwhelmed here! I do work part time but i am very interested, thoroughly enjoy working with animals and looking to pet sit/walk/board full time!! Thank you! I have a nice big open yard at my home, I do have 3 cats inside my home. In clients homes i always make sure the boundaries and any feeding/medication instructions are clear and precise!

About: Common courtesy and communication is paramount. **Willing to travel up to an hour away. Just because Rover says you are outside my service area it does not always mean you are. I have clients an hour North and South of me. **Necessary update as of 6/21/23** I will require current credit card info be on file at your vet or provided for me in your pet write up ONLY in case of emergency. In the event of an emergency and I could not get a hold of the human, puppies have no pockets to hold a card, the vet required me to pay. I have raised 3 separate RESCUE Rottweilers to be exceptional ambassadors of their breed. I currently do not have any pets since my big boy passed away in 2016. I hope to again one day have my own dogs. Until then I will love YOUR pet. **I DO NOT board animals at my home. Only repeat clients would MAYBE be possible for a very short amount of time.** Clients pets have included many breeds, species for days, weeks. Many Golden Retrievers, Doodles, mixes aka Heinz57s, Old English Sheep dog, lots of kitties, a chameleon, turtles, a bearded dragon, a small bird, fish, Rottweilers, a very challenging but lovable English Bulldog and Huskies one of which was very reactive. Oh and a LOT of house plants! PLEASE NOTE: I am deathly allergic to horses which I am very sad about. Any type of animal requiring LARGE amounts of hay would also be a problem i.e, goats, cows, alpacas I am sorry to say. Small rodent animals requiring hay for food or bedding has not been a big deal. My personnel dogs were very public dogs, parks, events etc. With the ever present fact in mind that as good as my animal was it is still an animal. Never purposely putting them in a situation to be loose (unless at home or a fenced park) or get into anything that could harm them. Read quite a few books/manuals by military working dog trainers in hopes of training a service oriented Rottie. Came very close to passing the Good Citizen certification but my dogs never liked the “stay” part when I had to walk away with my back turned. They just had to be next to me. So close. PLEASE NOTE: I have my preferences set to NOT to show any photos of YOUR pet publicly. I would ask permission first to share. Photos only NEVER infomation of course. My schedule allows me to be available to be in YOUR HOME, with your pets all day/night, unless noted ahead of time and of course trips to the store. I have many types of animals that insist on sleeping in bed just like they do when their people are home which in fine by me. Just take some Benadryl and snuggle on in. I try to stick closely to how the home runs normally so the pets do not have any surprises that can make them anxious. Sleep, food, walks, play time etc. I supervise dogs in their own yard fenced or not. I am very organized and like an outlined idea of their schedule to be written down for me to follow as closely as YOU would.

About: I've taken care of dogs my whole life, had a Golden Retriever litter and have my own Golden. I love dogs and also love cats alike. I had 2 cats up until recently, but plan to get one soon. I have pretty open availability. I work from home with a loose schedule. I am always available after 2pm and free all day Fri - Sun. I have a Golden Retriever myself. Having a large dog, they need lots of attention and exercise. I am very on top of feeding and walking. I have a little bit of OCD so I love to follow a schedule.

About: My family got our first dog when I was five (a Dalmatian, Domino) and I’ve loved animals since. I’ve owned and cared for a number of different breeds of dogs and cats and though I don’t have any pets of my own right now, I feel happiest when I can share my time with animals I work from home so I have a very flexible schedule. I can easily drop in midday for a walk while you’re at work or spend large chunks of time with your pets during a stay! Unfortunately I cannot host pets in my home at this time. In your house, I’ll follow your instructions for pet care as closely as possible to ensure they feel comfortable and have minimal change in routine.
