3. Maria P.
About: I enjoy taking care of animals and making sure they are happy. I love taking pets for walks and playing with them when needed. I have two of my own that I love very much. One is small sized dog, and the other is a medium sized dog. I have also been watching a family friends dogs for years. I currently am working part time. I work when I am scheduled which can be any day throughout the week. The hours I work work well with me and my dogs as I usually work 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., or 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. With that I lots of time to still take care of pets! I take my dogs for daily walks (weather permitted) and I will take the dogs into my back yard where there is a field behind me where they play. I make sure to watch them carefully. I care for other individuals pets with what they feel comfortable with.
4. Rebecca S.
“Rebecca was great! We had to change the schedule at the last minute and she easily accepted. She communicated with us. We are definitely going to be repeat customers. If you need someone who is dependable, caring and comfortable with your pets, then definitely book her!”
5. Mary V.
“Mary is a fantastic pet sitter who really enjoys animals. She spends quality time with each one of my five pets and even has "coffee with Ribs" when my very needy dog requires extra attention in the morning. My reclusive cat (Mini Meow) even comes out Mary's pet sitting, that says a lot about Mary. Mr. Kitty requires daily medication and Mary doesn't bat an eye at it. She makes sure he gets his pills and eats his special food without any issues. That's not easy to do with cats! Mary is one of the few people that I trust my pets with. She's caring, compassionate, responsible, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Mary as a pet sitter.”
6. Lauren A.
About: I’m an out of state grad student who misses her pups and would love to take care of your pets! I have two dogs of my own back home and have grown up with pets my whole life! I’m a student working a full time rotation so my evening are free to walk/let out the pets I’m watching! My weekends are completely free so I can hang out all day with the pets. I love to take the pets for walks to go potty outside or just burn some energy. I do not have a fenced yard at my location.
7. Colleen W.
“I would rate Colleen 10/5. This woman is amazing. We have utilized 4 different sitters on rover before and none of them come close to being as awesome as Colleen. She took the dogs on walks twice a day, provided timely updates and even found time to deep clean our disgusting kitchen. Microwave included. This woman is a damn saint. If you need a house sitter look no further.”
8. Vonda L.
“Vonda took great care of our two pups and home while we were out of town. The doggies loved her!”
9. Josie H.
“Josie was AMAZING! She was extremely communicative and sent pictures to us of our fur babies. She was respectful and willing to help out with anything we needed. I would highly recommend!”
10. Sara & Ben M.
“Sara is the absolute BEST! She kept us updated with pictures and videos and took great care of our boys while we were out of town. We can’t say enough good things about Sara’s care of our dogs + definitely plan to book her again.”
11. Ashley S.
“Ashley did a great job watching Buddy. She gave us daily updates and pictures. The house looked just like it did when we left. We were gone for 8 days and felt so relieved that Buddy had such great care. We highly recommend Ashley and will use her again.”
12. Belinda W.
“Belinda is a lifesaver! For the past 12 years anytime my husband and I both traveled out of country my mom would stay with my three tiny pups. Unfortunately, my mom died a few months ago. My husband and I decided to use Rover to find a sitter for the first time so that we could go on a vacation to celebrate a big anniversary this year. We would be gone for 11 days. I really needed to get away but was worried because my dogs are older and my tiny 2lb dog has many special needs and requires a lot of extra care. Belinda was only person I interviewed. We knew immediately she was the one! She has a calm, quiet demeanor, was up for the challenge, and was wonderful around my pups. She came to visit a few times before I left to get to know them and then stayed with them at night until I returned. I received updates and pics/videos twice a day and never once did I feel worried. She took excellent care of all of them and went above and beyond to make them feel loved and cared for. They all had a great time and from videos and pics seemed very happy with her care. I highly recommend Belinda and will definitely utilize her services in the future if she will have us again.”

17. Elaine S.
About: I’ve been dog sitting for my aunt’s dog grooming/boarding business on and off ever since I was 13 years old. I enjoy animals so much that I made it my degree at Penn State with the intention of going pre-veterinary, with a strong interest in pet nutrition. Soon after graduation, I worked at a local pet health store where I learned even more about companion animal nutrition. (Feel free to ask me any questions about this, I’d love to discuss food brands if your pet is suffering from allergies or any other issues. I will also gladly address any digestion issues your pet may have while you’re away by adding yogurt and pumpkin to their diet, or ground beef and rice if necessary (with your permission of course).) God had better plans though and my husband and I began our family soon after we got married. I also took up pet sitting while my husband was active duty military and had regular customers on base for boarding and house sitting. We’re very blessed and I’m just looking for a way to make some extra money to help my husband out and pay off our debt faster while being able to stay home and homeschool our children. I absolutely love dogs and cats and always love taking care of them (I think it’s the mother in me) and would love to make sure your sweet pet is well cared for while you are away! I stay at home full-time to homeschool my kids so my schedule is extremely flexible, especially during summer and holidays when we are off school. Last-minute bookings are happily accepted! For the pet’s safety and my children’s safety, I do crate overnight and while I am outside the house for grocery shopping, kids’ sports, etc. I would never want anything to happen to your pet! I do ask that your pup be crate trained if you would prefer to book with me. Dogs are let out for potty breaks every 2-3 hours during school breaks where we play fetch and let them stretch, especially if it’s a beautiful day out! I let them roam the house as much as I am able and I’ll play tug of war or rub their belly if they ask. ☺️ My children especially love animals and will offer so much love and attention to your pet while you’re away.
18. taylor s.
“Taylor took such great care of my dog Titan! She had great communication and sent pictures. I will definitely book with her again.”
19. Kayla G.
About: Growing up we always had both a dog and a cat in the home. I genuinely love dogs of all types however have experience caring for cats as well! I do work full time Monday through Friday. My job keeps me busy however I would not accept pet care that I was not for sure able to fit into my schedule. Primarily available evenings and weekends for that reason. I am attentive and loving to pets! I enjoy walking and playing with pups of all sizes and spending time with them! Dog cuddles are the best!
20. Bailey E.
