We are so thankful for Natasha’s help with Spiro! She was fabulous and gave us such confidence. Her communication is clear, consistent, and kind. We received multiple photos everyday of our boy having fun with Natasha which gave us the reassurance we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation!! Matched with her thorough experience caring for pets and her attention to detail and kindness, we couldn’t be happier. We would definitely book her again with highly highly recommend!! Thank you, Natasha!

About: Animals have always been a central part of my life. I grew up in a home full of pets like cats, dogs, fish, and birds. I developed a deep love and understanding of animals of all kinds. I have professional experience caring for animals of all types, including care for senior and disabled pets. I’m confident, attentive, and animals are naturally drawn to the calm and positive energy I bring. What Sets Me Apart - Over a year of hands on professional experience in a high volume pet care setting - Familiarity with a wide range of breeds and temperaments - Experience with special needs and senior pets - Doggy seat belts in my car for safe and secure transportation - Strong attention to cleanliness, health, and emotional wellbeing Your pet's comfort and happiness are my top priorities. I’m here to provide the same level of care and love they receive at home because they deserve nothing less. Outside of my work times, I have open availability to focus fully on your pets giving them the time, attention, and care they deserve. Whether it’s a midday walk or regular drop in's, I’m here to help make your life easier and your pets’ days brighter. While I’m unable to host pets in my home due to limited space, I’m happy to care for them in the comfort of yours. I’ll ensure your pets are well fed, have fresh water, and maintain clean litter boxes or enclosures. For dogs, I offer walks, playtime, and park visits plenty of fun and exercise! If your pup is friendly, they can even enjoy supervised play with my own dog for extra socialization. I’m also experienced with giving medications and have a strong understanding of animal body language, which allows me to recognize stress signals and respond appropriately. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities, and I treat every home and animal with the same care and respect I give my own.

About: I have taken care of just about every type of animal since I was young (dogs, cats, horses, birds, fish, hedgehogs, gerbils, snakes, etc.) I've trained and raised several puppies and kittens. The majority of the animals in my life were adult animals and if they were family pets, they stayed with us until it was time to cross the rainbow bridge so I also have a fair amount of experience with senior care as well. I grew up with no less than 4 animals in the house at all times, so I'm very good with multiple-pet households, but I currently live in a household with only one dog, so I am also comfortable doting on just one at a time :) I am currently available 24/7 and this is my primary career! I am happy to care for your fuzzy friends and family any time of day or night, their set schedule becomes my own! :3 I really believe every pet is different and taking into account their personality, energy, as well as their history or needs is very important. I like to give pets loads of attention if they are the type that likes attention, or I'm happy to just sit and read a book with them if they are more the sleepy type. I don't believe in leaving dogs in yards unattended, and I am a very communicative person-- I am not afraid to ask questions or clarify things I may not be sure of.

I want to thank Jordan for looking after my two dogs. She was so sweet and helpful. I loved that she was constantly updating about the dogs, and sending pictures and she took the time to play with them, fed them and took them for a walk. She was very patient with the dogs. Sanji and Robin are very playful since they’re about a year old. Honestly, after an unexpected long day at work it was great to know my dogs were im good hands. Thank you for asking about taking your shoes off inside the apartment it was very thoughtful and thank you for following all the instructions for the dogs

About: I have had 20 years of one on one care of numerous different dogs and breeds. I have trained puppies and have done hospice care for my senior dogs. My love for dogs runs deeper than words can express. I have administrated medication in abundance of creative ways to administer. Walks and exercise is so important for the health of dogs and humans alike. It only takes about 5 minutes of time for dogs to get comfortable with me. They instantly feel the warmth, love, comfort and safety I am able to create, from years of knowing how to get to know them. I love exploring and hiking and I always love to have company that has four legs. I love to sleep with snuggle bears. If that is not something that is preferred I have had crated dogs and am comfortable not sleeping with them too. I welcome and respect your ways of caring for your pet and look forward to making your time away as comfortable and confident as possible. I am fortunate to have schedule flexibility. It is a pleasure to work with my client’s humans’ in advance in order to be prepared and meet their needs and expectations. I am able to come care for your pet where you are. I have limited space at my home. I can take care of their needs in the comfort of their known environment

About: I have taken care of my dog for several months, kept up with his training and spend time playing. Puppies need extra attention to grow into healthy adults. Adults need just as much affection and some play time. I work full-time weekdays but I am available in the evenings. Saturdays are free for me to play with dogs and take care of them. I can manage keeping up with a dogs training and take care of their needs at the same time! Who needs their dogs loved on or watched over?

About: I grew up with a Pomeranian and cared for him through his senior years, so I know the extra patience and gentleness older pets need. I also raised my brother’s kitten to adulthood and have dog sat for relatives and cat sat for friends and coworkers, from playful puppies to shy kitties. What sets me apart is that pets have never been a side interest for me. Pets have been a part of my daily life since childhood, and I treat every animal like my own! As a student, my schedule gives me a good amount of flexibility during the week, so pet care fits in naturally rather than being squeezed in around a rigid 9-to-5. I can build feeding, walks, and playtime into my day without rushing, and I have the free time to give each pet real attention, not just a quick check-in. That flexibility also means I can adjust to a pet’s routine instead of asking them to adjust to mine. I only provide care in the client’s home, since I think pets do best staying in their own familiar environment, surrounded by their usual smells, sounds, and routine instead of the stress of a new space. When I’m there, I stick closely to the pet’s normal schedule for feeding, walks, and playtime, and I make sure to spend real one-on-one time with them, not just handle the basics. I also keep an eye on anything that seems off whether it’s their appetite, energy, or behavior so I can flag it to the owner right away.

About: I grew up with dogs and love them! I can handle feedings, walks, play time, and so on. I can do pet meds on a case by case basis. I work full-time, and primarily remote. If local, I can do morning, midday, or/and evening check-ins and walks. I can do overnight care in pet’s home, if hypoallergenic dog :) If I have access to wifi to work remotely, I’m also happy to stay there during the day to let your pup out. I can easily put dogs on leash/harness for walks and clean up after your dog. I can follow specific instructions for your dog and your home!

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Lake Cavanaugh. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Lake Cavanaugh.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Lake Cavanaugh. On Rover:

  • 95% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 99% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 96% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
