While cats are dearest to her heart, she loves all pets. Animals are attracted to her and know they have a loyal friend immediately. They can’t seem to get enough of her, and the feeling is mutual. She currently has a pet cat(Fiona), and has volunteered most recent with Save Maui Cats.”

I absolutely love every dog I take care of and will go above and beyond for them and the owner as I provide tons of updates, pictures, just anything to keep your mind at ease and constant attention and monitoring of the pup because I know how important of a family member he/she is. I think dogs tend to feel right at home and comfortable knowing they can sense the love and caring nature vibe. That’s really important to me, projecting comfortability and love so they get cozy right away. I work from home so it’s great for myself and the dogs as I’m there for them constantly. I promise your pups would be in good hands! I work from home, it’s routine for me to have dogs and flexible on times with them and easy schedule. I can accommodate to your schedule. I have a spot with a big yard, live by myself, telework and don’t leave much. I ask the clients to bring or I can pick up, a crate, dog bed, toys and food/treats.

About: My wife and I host a relaxing environment with no competition or bullying by other dogs. We only host one client at a time, so you will get 100% of our attention! (Multiple dogs from the same household are okay) Come and stay with us at our quiet house. There is a nice yard with lots of grass. We like to walk every day on the beautiful grass and watch the people and birds. Our previous clients have had such a great time that many of them did not want to go home! Our guests must be house-trained, be up-to-date on vaccines, have a very friendly temperament and be neutered/spayed. Rates are for a 24 hour period. Additional charges will apply if pick up time is past the 24 hour period. We work from home, so one of us is always around except when we run short errands to pick up more dog treats. We try to keep these trips as short as possible. We only host one dog at a time. Guests are generally allowed on the furniture and to roam around the house if they are well-behaved!

About: I got my dog at 8 weeks old from the Maui Human Society and just fell in love. I enjoy spending time with animals because they are just so pure and loving. I often help my neighbors when they can't get home or need assistance watching their pets. Being a dog owner myself I understand the difficulties of finding a great pet setter when you have work or want to go on vacations. I have experience walking, hiking, and taking dogs to dog parks. I have been traveling the country this past year and taken my dog to various hikes and parks so I am very adaptable and pay a lot of attention to changing environments.

About: I have a horse myself which is a huge task! Your pet will be easy to handle for me. I love animals with a passion. I love teaching animals tricks they don’t know even know yet with delicious treats. & I will give my full attention to your pet (: I have a very big and spacious backyard, me and your little guy will play in the snow at (; and we will most definitely take a nap together or atleast Netflix and chill lol literally! “I highly recommend Lauren for any and all pet-sitting needs. Lauren used to be our primary contact for dog-sitting before our dog passed in December. Our dog, Ginger, was a rescue and was very shy around new people and did not get along with other dogs in her old age. But she adored Lauren who took excellent care of her even having to administer medication, put Ginger in her special harness before walks, and carry her up and down stairs. We miss Ginger dearly but as soon as our family decides we’re ready for our next, there is no one we trust more than Lauren to help out!”

About: Maintained animal living areas, such as kennels and crates. Developed and managed day-to-day dog-walking schedules. Ensured animal wellbeing by providing appropriate food formulas and water. Volunteered to bottle feed orphaned puppies on a regular schedule at an animal shelter and helped with socialization as they grew. My recent dog actually just passed away from old age, i’ve had her since she was a baby & I love dogs & my way of mourning is to take care of other dogs. I currently have full time job but on my free time I love to go to the beach or stay home clean, I do miss taking care of dogs so I would love to meet some new dogs. Take time to exercise them. Without physical exercise, pets get out of shape, just like we do. Take time to provide mental exercise, too. Provide good dental care at home.
