About: My name is Jasmine and I am 29 years old. My husband and I currently live in Wailuku. I’m a new mom so my schedule is currently VERY flexible. I’ve watched many dogs of all different breads and sizes who belonged to friends and family members over the years. It truly gives me joy watching our fur babies have a good time. Hawaii has shown us kindness and community in the past and I hope I can return that feeling by caring for your furry family members. I am currently working from home as well as full time mommy so my schedule is flexible. Pet care gets my son & I outside of the house! If your pet were to stay at my house they must be able to get along with my 11 year old Maltipoo, Ginger. I’m comfortable watching your pets inside your home and making sure they are given enough exercise.

About: Hi there! I'm a wildlife conservationist with a love of all animals. Timely, great with communication, and have experience caring for young and senior pets. I grew up caring for multiple adopted dogs and cats, as well as horses and other farm animals. I'm active and outdoorsy, and would love to spend time taking your four legged family members on hikes, walks, or just spending time comforting them in their home. I can administer medications, assist with enrichment activities, and will absolutely love them like they're mine. Also have experience with unusual pets, such as snakes, not just cats and dogs, so you know I can handle anything! Currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to dedicate to your furry family members, especially during the busy holiday season! Mornings, afternoons, or nights - depending on the day, I'm flexible :) Although my rental unit unfortunately doesn't allow pets, I'm happy to come to my clients houses or stay for extended time periods if needed! Play breaks, walks, simple check-ins, whatever - I can help! And I'll love your pet like they're my own :)

About: Aloha! My name is Taysha and I am a mom of 3 small dogs. I also worked as a certified vet tech for 8 years. I can administer meds, bathe, walk, feed, during our stay together. Need just a walk? I got you. Need to give medications to your cutie patootie? I got you! I do have a full time job so early mornings (before 8am) and evenings (after 6pm), walks are easier to accommodate. I am off Tuesdays and Wednesdays (for now) so I can fit in a few walks throughout the day. I will not, however, do long midday walks as your baby may overheat, especially during summer season. I will do short bathroom walks in the shade but nothing longer. Mahalo! I have basic knowledge of different types of collars and leashes. I also have or can obtain essential such as treats, a portable water bowl, etc to make our walks more enjoyable for everyone!

About: I use to dog sit for my neighbors in high school, and had 2 dogs of my own. I had a bulldog and black lab that needed constant attention and exercise. Last summer I worked/lived at a cat sanctuary in Haiku that had over 200+ cats as well as chickens and cows. My job consisted of feeding, giving medicine/attention, and cleaning after them everyday. I am a recent graduate from Jefferson University and I am looking for some extra jobs on the island! I currently work a few days a week so I have lots of free time. I would make sure I am aware of the clients needs and expectations when being in their home. I will be aware of any precautions and contact the owner with any issues. I will take care of the animals with anything that is needed (walking/feeding/put into crate/attention), I am a quick learner and am open to any specific jobs.

About: I've been around dogs and cats as long as I can remember. I've done countless hours of volunteer work at shelters. I have been a dog sitter for over 6 years now. I have the spirit of the dog. I love all animals and would love to help out with yours. Just a heads up, my Teammate will be doing all dog/house sitting with me. Must be okay with both of us being there. I have a completely open availability. I am self-employed and chose my own schedule. I am free whenever I am needed. Last minute or same day are just fine for me. I will follow all instructions given and will contact the et parent with any questions I may have. Always doing what is safest and best for the pet.

“Kanani was my pet sitter for several years in Washington State. I have yet to replace what she offered my fur babies. She is the warmest and most loving friend my pets ever had. When she was with them, they were her only focus. I would receive updates on demand and also even when I wasn't requesting an update. I was sent many pictures of things they were all up to. Nearly all of the pictures were of Kanani cuddling them or a couple of them sitting next to her with huge smiles on their faces. My Chihwinnie, Lou, doesn't like many people. Kanani is his hero. Whenever she arrives he just melts in her arms. My Pitbull, Libby, of course does love everyone and gets extremely excited when people are around. With Kanani, Libby is always relaxed and calm. Once when I was thousands of miles away my cat Jack decided to get on the roof and climbed into the gutter. He wouldn't come down. All he would do was yowl. Kanani took him very seriously and FaceTimed me right away. She put the phone near him, I called him down right into her arms and the rest of the night he never left her side. Being away from their Hoomans is tough on our animals. Kanani is a comforting friend to all animals. We miss her very much.”
