About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and have an awesome 5 year old cattahoula mix who loves to make friends! We live at the back of Iao Valley, right next to the stream and have a beautiful fenced in half acre for the dogs to run around on. I work from home so will be w pup all day! They have free range to be inside or outside whenever they want. Lots of attention and love. I have a huge fenced in yard. Dogs have their own door that is always open for them to come in and out. Lots to explore and sniff!

“Megan was SO awesome!! I was in a huge bind trying to find someone to help out for a hospital stay, and had no advance notice. I joined Rover in a panic! Megan responded to my Rover request right away, and made time to get the key (in one direction on the island), and then head back to help the stranded pups (in the other direction) all within HOURS!!! She came up with creative ideas on her own (that she ran by me) to help out in this unique situation. She really was a lifesaver, and was an EXCELLENT communicator the entire time. She really went above and beyond, and I am SO grateful! I would definitely recommend her!!”

About: Hi! I’m Rae! Ever since my dad handed me my first Boston Terrier when I was a little girl, my heart has belonged to the animals. I was lucky enough to grow up in a household with pets, and as an adult I couldn’t imagine not having pets. I also recognize that even though we wish we could take our furbabies everywhere, it’s just not a reality for a lot of us. So, I’m happy to be able to ease the worry of wanting or needing to travel, work, etc by offering to take care of your babies while you’re away. I’ve also traveled to help take care of pets while they’re pawrents were away, tending to both their pets and home. Currently I have a lot of open availability. I prefer to be able to come to your house as I have two pups and three kitties in my home, and I know a pet is usually more comfortable in their own environment. The less that has to change for pets, the better so they don’t have to experience the stress of a new place or dog boarding. So I’m happy to provide potty breaks, walkies, play time, and in home sitting if needed. With direction from you, I’m happy to follow guidelines that you have set up for your pets in your home from their daily routine, to walks etc.

About: I've been surrounded by animals all of my life, with a wild assortment of pets including dogs, cats, horses, goats, pigeons, an African Grey, hamsters, rats, chickens, and even an iguana! I grew up in the Midwest with parents who were talented breeders and trainers of German Shorthaired Pointers and Vizslas, as well as master gardeners. In my adult life I've lived with dogs, cats, and chickens, though currently have no pets of my own as I travel too much to provide consistent care. I am seeking longer in-home sits (1+ weeks) and am available to chat ahead of booking. I'm a semi-retired professional, and very much appreciating the flexibility therein! I am mainly interested in longer-term, in-home sits, and offer discounts depending on length of stay, number/ages/types of animals, and if use of car is included. About: For my kindergarten career day I showed up as a vet. After that, I became the kid in the house that would constantly be "adopting" new animals. It goes without saying that I've always been an animal lover. This led me to study and graduate with a bachelors in animal science and veterinary studies. Throughout my bachelors I was a foster parent for my university's pre veterinary and pet rescue group. During this time I fostered dozens of pets (cats and dogs). After graduating I developed an entered in conservation and my career path shifted to the study of wildlife conservation. However I worked for 3 years as a veterinary technician while I continued to pursue my career in conservation. Two of these years were at a pet veterinary clinic and one year was as a wildlife rehabilitation of migratory birds. Also worked at Maui Humane Society as an Enrichment and Behavioral Technician. Right now I have beautiful 3 year old tabby cat who is not a queen but a "Khaleesi" and her little sister Arya. However I thought I'd share the love since they’re so spoiled. I know that with my academic and professional experience I'm more than prepared but as a pet parent myself and a veterinary technician I understand that no matter how safe they are, we still worry. So why choose me? My intention is to be someone relatable, dependable and approachable to my clients. The goal is to make you as a pet parent and your pet as comfortable as possible. At my location your pet will be under my care and sometimes interact with my partner who is also a veterinary technician. My 3 year old female cat (Khaleesi) lives with me on and off. She's and inside cat that goes on walks, has outside monitored time and is very pampered overall. All vaccines up to date, takes flea prevention monthly and is spayed. Whether you're open to our pets playing together and/or sharing space is up to you. Khaleesi is used to other pets both dogs and cats. They can be separated and sometimes will be regardless since just like people some animals just aren't meant to get along. All of these things will be discussed before on you agreeing on my services. The point is for you to feel comfortable.

About: I have cared for many animals over the years horses dogs cats goats fish racoon turtle rabbits. I am an animal lover! And they love me also! Open to about any situation and any time. It is all negotiable. I am very flexible and easy going. I prefer ocean settings or very natural settings I do love exploring the ocean and nature. And walking alot so I can offer plenty of activities if your pet is up to it. I am also a Rieki master so I can provide healing emotional and enetgentically for animals, people and environments.

About: I grew up on a farm raising cattle, chickens, rabbits, cats and dogs, I guess that is where my love for animals began. I have two dogs of my own, wish I had extra space for 2 more or an entire dog sanctuary. About: I’ve had dogs and other animals in my life since I was a kid. I’ve taken care of and helped raise dogs from the puppy stages to adulthood. I am the type of dog lover who enjoys bringing the pup(s) with me to exercise. But I also love to just chill and love on them! In my home, the pet(s) are allowed inside. We have a fenced-in yard. They cannot sleep on the furniture, including the room/bed. I will respect any wishes you have for your pet, whether that be in my home or yours. I work from home -- so, I can accommodate practically any schedule of care. I am pretty flexible because 90% of my work is done online.
