She updated us via the Rover app with pics and video of her interacting with our pets. When we got home our dogs seemed less stressed and happy to see us. About: Your pet will love staying with us. We will respect the needs of your furry ohana and care for them as our own. We have a 1 year old fur baby of our own who loves to play and hang out with other dogs. We understand how important pupdates are from personal experience and will be sure to send you daily updates while you are away. I grew up with dogs ranging from puppies to seniors and love them all!! I work Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm and my partner works from home. We both have the weekends off. With my partner working from home this allows for someone to be with your pup all day. One of us will always be there to monitor and make sure they are safe! I live in an apartment on the second floor. Our dog goes on potty breaks every two hours throughout the day and we take her on her walk / run every evening. Your pet would have the same care unless they need different accommodations. We have lots of fun toys, a large dog bed, and a crate that our pup sleeps in at night. She does not go in her crate throughout the day unless we need to run errands together. We have AC where her crate is to keep her cool while she is sleeping. We take her on trips to the beach on the weekends as well which she loves!

About: Hello! My name is Megan and I am born and raised in Maui, HI and currently a senior at Colorado State University, studing animal science. I enjoy doing art, horseback riding, surfing, climbing and hiking! I love animals and have been exposed to many different types and breeds. I had a spayed Rhodesian Ridge back mix that I'd cared for since she was a puppy and currently have a cat and rabbit. I've also owned many birds, reptiles and spent my whole life around horses. I'm very open minded to taking care of different types of animals. I also love training animals and have trained my dog to love swimming and to play hide and seek. I've also taught tricks and have reinforced positive behavior in rabbit, birds and horses. I enjoy it alot and would be happy to help your pet learn something too! I am back home in Wailuku from December 20-January 6 and will be working Rover full time. So I will be able to give all my time and attention to your pet all day, 7 days a week! My yard is grass and fully fenced, offering an ideal place for your dog to roam and for us to play. Your dog will also be free to roam the house, depending on your preference. In the past we would tend to keep older dogs or really young dogs to one level of the house (usually downstairs).

About: We’ve had dogs for 30+ years and understand it’s hard when you need to leave your pet with someone. Trustworthy, reliable and here to help fellow dog owners. We only take one to two dogs at a time to provide quality care. Own home with fenced backyard in a planned neighborhood that has nice safe sidewalks for walks. We’ve taken a few years off to raise our youngest golden. Now accepting new clients. Being long time pet parents, dogs are a part of our daily lives. Keeping a regular routine is important for them to feel safe and secure. We’ve cared for dogs through all stages of their life and enjoy the company of fur babies. Currently, have two golden retrievers that love play dates and overnight fur guests. We prefer to keep dogs inside our air conditioned home for their comfort, health and safety and not outside in a kennel.

I have a mini Aussie, Remi, who may or may not join us on walks; depending on the dogs and your preferences. I’m happy to provide longer walks in areas you and I are both comfortable with.
