About: My lifelong love of animals came initially from my farming family and with the gift of a kitten in elementary school. Once married, I moved on to my own canines as well and learned the nuances of being a dog mom. I have thoroughly enjoyed the huge impact pets have on our wellbeing. I've rescued pets, owned full breeds, and shelter animals with each bringing love into my life and the life of my family. After becoming widowed, a son wanted his father's dog, which has left me pet-less for the first time in my life. Our German Shepherd, Ava, loves making new dog friends, while our cuddly cats, Jocko and Trunks, are gentle and sweet. About: As a child we had several dogs, but they weren't inside dogs, and that always bothered me. While in college I got my first rescue, a boxer mix named Cocoa. She had her own chair and slept with me every night. Unfortunately, she was bitten by a black widow and died in 1999. I was devastated and took several days off work to try and cope. I had my son about a year later, so I wanted to wait before getting another pet. During that time I was a stay at home mom and did a lot of pet sitting for my neighbors' four dogs and two cats. In 2009 we got our rescue, a GSP mix named Argos. He became my bestie, my love. He was such a big part of our lives until last year. I still have a hard time with it today. My husband has an autoimmune disorder, so it isn't feasible to get another pet right now, so I figured this is the next best thing. I will still get to love on the fur babies which makes me so happy. I also have a grand kitty named Saturnin who has became my new animal to spoil. I got him a themed bowtie for every month. I am not working anymore, so unless I have to go out of town, I am available for walking, sitting, and boarding every day of the week. I live on the west end of PCB, so there are plenty of sidewalks for walking. There is also a good amount of grassy areas in our complex. We are also only about two miles from the dog park and dog beach.

About: Growing up, I always had animals in the home and I have always loved caring for them. I currently have two cats of my own and I also have a family dog and cat. I also worked in a vet clinic for about a year treating animals with the highest quality of care. I am currently a veterinary technology major and I am only taking 10 credit hours, so that leaves me plenty of time to care for your fur babies! I always make sure that animals are happy and comfortable. I also try to avoid doing anything that may cause stress to animals. I also keep a close eye on animals to make sure they aren't getting into anything they shouldn't.

About: I am pet transporter as well for rescues and the hospice/medical foster for 2 Orlando based rescues and recently moved to PCB! I am in a 3/2 house with a fenced yard. I can walk to the famous ‘welcome to PCB’ sign so a perfect drop off/pick up when you are arriving here! Pets are family members and will always be treated as so in my home! About: I am a huge animal lover. I have had pets since I was barely walking. I’ve always had a soft spot for dogs and currently have a chihuahua that is 8 yrs old. My chi has a history of seizures and liver disease so I am comfortable caring for animals with chronic illnesses as well. Growing up, my household had a police K-9, and today I quite literally keep my Morkie girl by my side at all times. If boarding, your pup will reside in a leash-enforced neighborhood. There is a large grassy area for play time as well as a doggie station. There is a paved loop around the community that I often use as my evening walking route, but I would love nothing more than to take your pup out to Dog Beach or to the park for an evening run! In the instance I am visiting my clients home, I will do everything in my power to keep your animals within their daily routine while also giving them some extra love, attentive care, and exercise. When it comes to safety, I believe the little things matter. This could be anything from supervised play to ensuring downtime after a meal before engaging in exercise.

About: I've been in the animal care field for over 10 years, and my love for animals started when I was just 4 years old, riding horses. I later worked as a kennel tech at a vet’s office in Gainesville, Florida, before attending the Academy of Animal Arts in Largo, where I earned my dog grooming certificate. If your dog doesn’t socialize well with others I can separate them from mine if needed. My back yard has a high wall around it and it is gated so your dogs will be safe out there.
