About: I have two pups of my own who I care and love as if they my children! One is 9 & the other is 6 years! We go only daily walks and I have trained them since they were puppies. I have helped close friends and family with dog sitting and walking their pups. Additionally, I have previously fostered 2 puppies and rehomed them with close family members. I’m a recent graduate with my masters and have extra free time while I wait to start my full time job after the holiday season. When walking my own pups, I try to avoid or find ways away from children or strangers as I know some dogs can be more activated around others or bikers. I keep routines walks so they are familiar with the areas we walk and carry pepper spray with me at all times just in case!
“Dan is the MOST DEDICATED dog walker I’ve ever experienced! He was fast with reply’s and came over as soon as I booked. He brought a potty bag and water for my dog and also checked the weather and the cement just to make sure it was safe for her to walk with her bare paws. On the walk a BIG dog ran out of its owners garage and tried to attack Candy, but thanks to Dans superior skills he was able to respectfully and professionally keep it in one spot until the owner was able to retrieve their unleashed pet. Dan brought her back immediately and explained the situation fearful she may have been injured, but no, Candy got away just fine and SuperDan saved the day with minor scrapes. He was very sincere in apologizing for the incident and refunded the walk. YOU WONT FIND MORE DEDICATION! 10/5 stars. Thank you Dan!”
About: Ive taken care of dogs since I was 16. My older sister has trusted me to check in on her dogs since she left for the navy. I’m currently going to community college and I have some free time. I am available during the week on Mondays and Fridays after 11am. In my family we have cats and dogs. I mostly take care of the cats. About: Since graduating the exotic animal training and management program in 2011 I've trained, walked, medicated, clipped nails\beaks, brushed, bathed, and loved every type of animal whether they have fur, scales, or feathers. Currently I can only come over to your residence to play or watch your furkiddos, and will follow all rules you abide by to gather\drop them off. About: I have had pets my whole life from snakes to cats. I love all pets. I will treat your babies like they are my children I think all animals are the best thing I. The world. I am opened to any schedule I am a stay at home mom. So I will be home all day and night. I am flexible. I have a gated backyard for the dogs to have play time and get their zoomies out. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
