I personally prefer the home atmosphere and didn't want my pet locked up in a cage the whole time while we were gone. “Daysha is a lifesaver! I came into town from over eight hours away under very stressful circumstances and had never been to the area before. When my pet sitter canceled at the last minute, I decided to bring my almost two-year-old Chinese Crested with me. My mom suggested trying Rover for doggy daycare. It was 9 PM and less than 48 hours before my arrival, but Daysha responded immediately. She was communicative, professional, and instantly put my mind at ease. She happily agreed to care for my pup on short notice, asked thoughtful questions about his routine, diet, and personality, and was incredibly flexible with an early morning drop-off and pickup time. On our way there, we discovered that the nonrefundable hotel I had booked didn’t allow pets. I had been misinformed and immediately panicked. We reached out to Daysha to ask if she could accommodate an overnight stay instead—even though we were still seven hours away and wouldn’t arrive until around 11 PM. She didn’t hesitate for a second and said, “no problem!” My dog sleeps with me every night, and this was our first time apart. I hadn’t planned for him to stay elsewhere, but Daysha was completely prepared and even had a crate available since I hadn’t brought one. She and her adorable chihuahua mix, Harlow, met us outside, and we introduced the dogs on leash first in a neutral space—such a thoughtful and knowledgeable approach. Then we moved to the backyard so they could get more comfortable off-leash. She even invited us inside briefly before I said goodbye, which I really appreciated. I was worried my pup might have a hard time adjusting, especially since he’s used to sleeping with me, but Daysha handled everything with ease. She didn’t force him into the crate (which meant a lot to me), and he ended up sleeping comfortably in the bed I brought. Throughout his stay, I received regular photo and video updates, and Daysha remained consistently communicative. Honestly, I think it was harder on me than it was on my dog! I’m so grateful for this experience—Daysha truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely trust her again.”

About: My family had puppy dog named Hazel who we had for about 3 years. I used to play fetch with her in the backyard when I’d come home from school when I was around 10. I’d help with baths, walking her, my mom taught me how bring her inside when I was home alone doing homework, she behaved great and protected me well. A few years later, she passed from choking while eating something that I think had a bone in it and that was the first experience of heartbreak/loss. A few years after that, I adopted my current pet cat on my birthday, Ace, who I love so much. I’ve always loved animals and give pets to dogs whenever I have permission to, my best friend has many dogs so when I go over her house, I get all the cuddles and get drooled on, which I’m used to at this point. I love watching dog training videos and educating myself as I get older so when I finally get a dog again, as an adult, I want to be prepared and educated on how to protect their health, feed them properly and keep them safe with proper nutrition, exercise and training. I would personally love to get myself a Doberman or German Shepherd (Like Hazel was). I often go to my aunts house who has multiple chunky french bulldogs and help her in anyway I can, I enjoy how sweet dogs are and would love to help do any training techniques you’d love your little doggo to be working on while you are away. I am also in the process of my goal of losing 100lbs! So this helps me get the exercise I need while doing something I’m passionate about! Weekday and Weekends for now, preferably during the Morning & Afternoons on Weekdays and anytime as long as there is a day notice beforehand so I can clear my schedule just for your pet. Not currently doing pet sitting or boarding at my own home, maybe I will be more likely to in the future but I’m not sure yet.

“Dan is the MOST DEDICATED dog walker I’ve ever experienced! He was fast with reply’s and came over as soon as I booked. He brought a potty bag and water for my dog and also checked the weather and the cement just to make sure it was safe for her to walk with her bare paws. On the walk a BIG dog ran out of its owners garage and tried to attack Candy, but thanks to Dans superior skills he was able to respectfully and professionally keep it in one spot until the owner was able to retrieve their unleashed pet. Dan brought her back immediately and explained the situation fearful she may have been injured, but no, Candy got away just fine and SuperDan saved the day with minor scrapes. He was very sincere in apologizing for the incident and refunded the walk. YOU WONT FIND MORE DEDICATION! 10/5 stars. Thank you Dan!”

I believe they are more than just a pet but family, She will get along with your doggy and will be happy to have company other than my own. You will be able to trust me if you choose me and I will give treats as well. I am currently not working right now so I am available monday through friday anytime you would like and on weekends I can do only mornings. I have a fenced yard for when they go outside to potty and will be brought back inside when done due to weather and they should be treated like family too. “Dakota did an amazing job with our Luke! We had a trip that we had planned and we needed someone to watch Luke for about 9 days. I was very skeptical about leaving him with a complete stranger for that long but I had no other option. I came across a post from Dakota a couple weeks ago and I looked over her reviews and she seemed like the perfect candidate! She doesn’t watch tons of dogs at a time and that’s exactly what we needed since Luke is still a puppy and gets frightened and overwhelmed when there’s too much going on. While on our vacation we communicated with Dakota to check in on Luke and she gave us updates and reassurance. My daughter was having a hard time being away from him and Dakota’s videos of Luke really comforted her and helped her get through our trip without Luke. Our flight landed late at night and Dakota was very accommodating so that we could still pick up Luke. Overall he had a great stay and we will definitely continue to use Dakotas services.
