About: Dog owner for 20+ years. Homeschool mom with all day availability except for on Fridays 9am-2pm. Do not have a pet now and are missing the experience having a dog. Looking to give the experience to love and support to my kids without owning a dog. Perfect for dog walking, playing, and poop picking upping while you are away at work or trips. I currently am only working 9am-2pm on Fridays and am available to care for your pet(s) before or after and every other day of week including weekends! I do not have a fully fenced in yard BUT I do have three fences. I like to be super active and playful with the dogs. I will walk them multiple times a day. I am also willing to take them to the dog park (only 15 minutes away from my house) I will can crate train or let them free roam my house. I treat these pups like they are my own! And I will follow any rules you wish for me to keep up!

I also do poop clean up in your residential yard for $40 a time- will use your trash or remove from premises for an additional fee. Do you need your pet to go to the groomer, or get a vet check up, or enjoy a walk in the park, and you cannot find the time? Or you do not drive and public transportation will not allow pets to ride? Here is your solution.... the LOCAL PET TAXI is at your service! The Pet Taxi cost is $70 round trip with a max distance of 20 miles from my residence. If over 20 miles away, then the cost starts at $80 & up! $5 additional per pet, please. I am located in Lake County and look forward to checking in or transporting your beloved pet to wherever they need to go! "Check-In" [Drop-In] Visits I stop by my client's home while they're away a few times a day (Usually 3-4X is most common) for 30 minutes each time to feed, take out to potty, and play with their pets. The fee for check-ins run between $20-25 a visit, depending on the distance and the amount of times needed, holiday rates, number of pets, etc. Overnight sitting in your home is at a higher rate and dependent on scheduling availability. About: I currently have a 4 year old mini Australian shepherd. My experience includes watching a puppy overnight, helping train a deaf dog, and taking neighbors dogs on walks. I am a teacher so I am available all of June-August to provide all day care for dogs or just walk dogs during the day. I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable home where dogs are treated like family. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, walks, fresh water, meals on schedule, and lots of affection. About: In your absence, I will treat your pet as a member of my family. He/she will be as important to me as they are to you! I have rescued and cared for pets of all types for friends and family. I am a lifelong animal lover, and this is something that I truly enjoy doing. I have had pets my entire life from cats and dogs to rabbits, hamsters, fish, birds and even a baby lamb. Separating from your pets can be a difficult time when you are trusting their care to another individual. I will fill the gap for you while you are gone, with consistent reliable care. I am able to administer medication, walk/exercise your pets or just visit and play with them. I will keep you updated, if so desired. While you are gone, it is my goal, to allow you to rest easy, knowing that they will have daily loving care. I am currently working from home part time and i am able to make my schedule weekly. I will set my schedule around the needs of your pet. If there are any fluctuations (scheduled appointments) during my time with your pet, you will know in advance I care for my clients pets with the same love and attention that I care for my own . Each animal has its own likes , dislikes and routines. It is my job to meet the needs of that pet on the schedule that they are used to. When I am caring for somebody else’s pet, it is my top priority to make sure that they are cared for the same way you do. Separation can difficult for them too, I will ease that as much as possible by providing what they need.

About: Hi my name is Yocheved, but a lot of people call me Yo, or Ava. I am an only parent to a wonderful, active middle schooler. We have a happy home full of love and laughter, and 2 kitties. After 14 magical years together, we lost our dog to old age, a couple years back. I miss the feel of having a dog around, but I know in my heart of hearts we are all a little older, and a little busier, and our home cannot house a new permanent four-legged resident. But I do not accept the lack of dogs in our lives! I said yes to dog sitting lately, and I have made so many new friends since. Hanging out with your dogs or cats when you're unable to be there- it's become a thing I look forward to in my home. I love walking the neighborhood or doing drop-ins to feed cats. Let me help you! I'm currently WFH part time, and tend to end my days on the early side, for parenting purposes. Because of this I'm pretty flexible and available throughout the week. I tend to all pets, like I would for my own. I cared for my dog through cancer, twice- so I'm pretty familiar with medicine, senior care, and all the extra effort needed for older or sick animlas. About: Since I was 11 years old putting dog walking flyers on my neighbors porches, I have always had a passion for taking care of animals. I still have people contacting me to cat or dog sit for them, and they love to recommend me to their friends. I love animals, and I know how to handle them safely and responsibly. From working with horses to dolphins, I have been around many different animals. I have owned reptiles and guinea pigs as well as dogs and cats, I have been working with and riding horses since 2018, and every summer since around 2020 I have gone to the Florida Keys and learned about training dolphins, I have aged out of that program now. I also volunteered at an animal shelter when I was younger. I am looking for a job to use my skills with animals. I work at a veterinary practice for a large animal veterinarian currently on Wednesdays and Fridays. I am looking for another job that I can work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I can also do weekends if you are looking for someone who will stop by and take care of your animal for 30 minutes to an hour, but I like to have time on my weekends to spend with my loved ones, so the activities that take longer I would like the save for weekdays. I promise to love and take care of your animal as if it is my own until their favorite person comes back! I have my own reliable transportation, I can take your dog to a dog park if it is dog friendly, or I have a lot of land at my house. I also could take it to any walking paths. I know how to handle animals of all temperaments, and I am a good communicator and will keep you updated. I would love the opportunity to take care of your animal! I work at a veterinary practice part time on Wednesdays and Fridays and I generally start early in the morning around 7, and it’s a 40 minute drive. My hours can vary but I’m usually done sometime before 4pm. I can do drop by visits on those days early in the morning and after 5pm. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, I can do dog walking, dog sitting, or doggy day care at my house! Anything that generally takes a decent amount of time I can do on those days. On the weekends, I can do house visits for 30 minutes to an hour, but I would like to keep my weekends open as much as possible to spend time with friends and family and go to the barn. I have my own cat as well as 4 other cats, an english bulldog, and a french bulldog owned by my boyfriend’s family that I live with. I generally feed and take care of my cats and the other cats, but I used to pet sit for them and took care of their dogs as well. As far as caring for animals in my own home, I live on 8 acres of land, some of which is a field blocked off by tree line that would be a perfect place to play. I also have a fenced in concrete and grass area for the dogs to use the restroom. I have crates in my house where I can separate dogs if needed. I also know of lots of places to walk dogs, and live by a couple of dog parks. As for care in a clients home, I have lots of experience. I can do litter boxes, feed and water animals, and give enrichment and treats if requested by the owner. I can also let dogs outside on leash, or in a fenced in backyard. I’d rather be safe than sorry, so I avoid taking a dog off leash if they do not have a fenced in or secluded area. I can take them on walks around your neighborhood as well. I am also willing to take care of exotic animals or livestock, as I have plenty of background in that as well.

About: I’ve helped take care of and train dogs of various sorts and sizes since I can walk along with my dad. I’ve gotten my love for animals as a whole from him and it’s the perfect therapy and job. Having many dogs, cats, birds, turtles, fish and pet crabs throughout my life has helped me to have an extra sense of care, love, and attention for all animals. I’m currently working part-time, so I’m available to play, train, and care for your lovable furry friend 7 days a week from 8am to 2pm and 9pm to 12am. I have a fenced front yard and backyard for your lovely pets to freely roam and play with me.
