About: As a preschool teacher of 30 years and a dog lover, I am acutely attuned to the needs of our most precious little ones. I have been surrounded by dogs my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. We had a golden retriever named Brandi for 11 wonderful years, and for the past five years, we’ve had Ellie, our sweet and definitely "hooman" English Springer Spaniel. We also regularly care for our son’s Mini Australian Shepherd, Kalbi, whenever he travels. From puppies to seniors, I’ve had hands-on experience with a variety of breeds and temperaments, and I truly enjoy giving them the love and attention they deserve. Pet care fits naturally into our daily lives. I’m a soon-to-be retired preschool teacher here in Pasadena, and my husband Mitchell is a recently retired high school teacher. Between the two of us, someone is always home-I'm available from 3 p.m. to 8 a.m. on weekdays, and Mitchell is home from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. We’re also home almost all weekends. This means your pup will enjoy round-the-clock companionship and care without ever feeling alone or wondering where their human friends are. We care for only one family’s pups at a time to ensure a calm, safe, and personalized environment. Cathy and Andres were fantastic boarding our 3 1/5 year old cocker spaniel, Hazel. They've got a great set up and routine at their home and they were very good with our young dog. They asked lots of questions to help ease Hazel into a new setting. We were sent lots of pics and updates. They really seem to enjoy caring for dogs. They're a great team and we highly recommend.
We are so grateful to have found Jasmine and Andrew! We were feeling somewhat hesitant when some short notice travel come up which would mean we'd have to to leave our pup for a week-- enter Jasmine and Andrew! We boarded our 8month old pittbull mix pup with Hadia last minute due to our sitter canceling on us for the night. We were nervous but were very reassure by Hadia and her commitment to our pup. I was so lucky to find Mabel when I was going to go away for a few days and didn’t know where to place our dog. He’s not used to other dogs, so a dog hotel was the last resort. I was so lucky to find Mabel and her great reviews. I instantly liked her when I met her and felt that I could trust her . She gave us daily reports and I’m so happy that I was able to enjoy my trip while Charlie was well taken care of. I would definitely use her again and would highly recommend her !!
Sherice, Kelly and their whole family took care of our dog Code like their own pup. He went on walks around their neighborhood and felt right at home.
