“The regular pet sitter I use was out of town, so I took a chance on Crystal. I am so happy I did. I was a bit uncomfortable because I was going to be out of the country for over two weeks. As it turned out, Crystal totally put me at ease. She allowed me to stop by before the trip so Lily, my dog, could meet her. At that time we discussed Lily's needs so that when I dropped her off everything was already clear. Starting from day one Crystal sent me photos and updates, letting me know that Lily was doing just fine. Lily seemed perfectly happy when I picked her up. He sent pics and video updates, accommodated a very last minute boarding and calmed my nerves when our Darlo wasn’t the best behaved at drop off. Our dogs returned home happy, healthy and freshly bathed!! The grooming alone on one of our babies would’ve run us the cost of our 5 night stay for both dogs. Not only that but he volunteered to drop off a collar we forgot at pickup! Gilbert is the best!!!”

Dave had gone into the house to get something we forgot and Ellie was following him back in. Will definitely recommend him and will use him again.”
