David was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure Luna was well cared for. He picked her up and dropped her off, communicated consistently throughout the weekend, and kept me informed about what she was doing and what they had planned for the day. David was incredibly professional and showed genuine care and attention to Luna’s needs, especially considering that she is an extra-large breed dog. I received updates, photos throughout the day, and even videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Luna was happy, comfortable, and in great hands. I will definitely recommend David to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their pets. I truly hope he is available if I ever have another last-minute family emergency that doesn’t allow me to take Luna with me. Thank you again, David, from the bottom of my heart. I cannot thank you and your family enough for helping calm my very erratic mind 😂. This was our 11-week-old puppy Pluto’s very first Rover experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! He stayed for three nights and had such a wonderful time. As first-time puppy parents, we were naturally a little nervous, but our sitter made us feel completely at ease. One of the things that made his stay extra special was that our sitter also had an 11-week-old puppy. Pluto had an instant playmate and snuggle buddy, which helped him feel comfortable and at home. It was so comforting to know he had a little friend by his side during his stay. She kept us updated throughout the day with texts, letting us know how he was doing, which meant so much to us. It was clear he was well cared for, happy, and loved during his stay. She even shared that he was such a joy and such a good puppy, which made us smile.😀 We are incredibly grateful for the amazing care she gave Pluto and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and loving sitter!
I’ve never seen my baby Princess so happy with a sitter! Princess enjoyed staying with them & playing with their 2 pups. And I think she felt a similar home atmosphere, having indoor plants like ours. But most of all, she loved the nurturing character of Erika & her partner. We were sent photos & updates & that kept us at more at peace while on vacay. Will definitely use them again & again! ♥️🫶♥️
Sergio was kind during our meet and greet, and I appreciate that they prioritized Butterfinger’s safety when they realized he wasn’t a good fit for their home. My only criticism is that I wish we had been notified when the incident occurred rather than after I reached out for an update. Rover refunded the unused portion of the stay, and I hope they’re a great fit for dogs with different needs!! :)
