About: I have loved dogs ever since growing up with two of them, and I helped care for them, especially as they got older. I currently help out with my roommate’s two dogs, and I have experience dog-sitting two greyhounds and walking dogs for a job. I also have two cats of my own and have cat-sit for neighbors and friends before. I’m currently a paraeducator in the Port Angeles school district, and I end my day at 2, so I am available for walks/check-ins after that on weekdays, and most weekends. I am not able to house animals in my own home since there are already animals there who do not have experience around new animals. However, I am happy to stay overnight as I am available to care for your house and pet, and I can also stop by to feed, play with, and/or walk your pet.

About: I have extensive availability currently and am happy to cater to your pets needs! I have experience getting cats to take medication and am good with all types of pets. I am currently looking for full time employment so I have plenty of free time to take care of pets. It’s one of my favorite things to do! I always care for pets per the instructions provided. I reach out if I have questions, I am happy to provide updates/photos to the pet parents, and I make sure I am always reachable.

About: I had a family dog for a while and am considering adopting a pet soon. Unfortunately, my schedule and life don't allow me to have a dog of my own at the moment, but I would love to spend time with your pups and pets. I work from home on M/W/F so have flexibility on these days to check in on your pets and go for walks. I'm also available on weekends. I do have a full-time job and use Rover as a way to spend time with furry friends and get outside - because it's fun for me and I don't use this as primary income I can offer affordable rates and hopefully a great time for your pup or other furry friend. That said, my availability fluctuates a bit depending on my schedule, but I do my best to keep my calendar updated! I'm also typically not available on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Unfortunately, I'm not able to take care of pets in my own home. I'm flexible with taking care of pets in your home. I'm happy to do drop in visits, stay with your pet during the day, or go for 15-20 minute walks throughout the work day, with a longer morning and evening walk. I love being outside and I love furry friends and am happy to keep you updated throughout the day so you know your pet is safe and healthy.

About: I've taken care of pets almost my entire life, starting with dogs, guinea pigs and rabbits when I was 9. As I got older I also helped care for cats and chickens. Even as a young girl, I pet-sit other families dogs and guinea pigs, and in college temporarily cared for a co-workers kitten for 5 months when they couldn't. I absolutely love having pets, and also chose a career working with animals. Animals have and always will hold a special place in my heart! I am focusing entirely on pet care for the winter through mid February, so I am very flexible and can work around your personal schedule! I have grown up surrounded my pets my entire life, and currently live with my partner who has two dogs and lots of chickens. I understand the trust required to leave your pet with someone else, and will do everything I can to make sure your pets are happy and safe! I'd do anything in the world for my pets, and will do the same for yours.

I spent about 2 of those years at a dog training school specializing in "ill behaved" dogs. Currently don't have a car though so my ability to get to you is dependent on the bus schedule and routes. If you're more than a 30 min walk away from a bus route, $20 inconvenience fee will apply. I am quite good at following whatever instructions you leave behind and making your pet feel as comfortable with your absence as is possible. I'm familiar with a variety of training techniques which help me to individualize my interaction with your unique pet.
