About: I’ve had the pleasure of caring for dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors, in various sizes and breeds. Plus, I’ve spent a lot of time training them to be the best they can be! I’m working mostly nights and late afternoons right now. So I am available during the day to care for your pets. Late night check-ins in the evening. I will care for your pets per your instruction in your home and strive to keep your pets schedule as close to normal as can be. I’m well versed in crating, training and animal care.
About: I’ve had a pet (or 20) as long as I can remember but I’ve been working in the pet field professionally for 6 years now. Everything from fostering, pet care, dog training, dog walking & sitting, & working in a shelter. I also work with TNR everywhere I go. I love my scaly & feathered friends as well; I have experience across the board. I’m comfortable with bottle babies, seniors, pets with special needs (can administer most medications), & pets with high anxiety/reactivity. About: I grew up with 5 dogs and have been watching after dogs and cats for the last 15 years for friends and family. I always prioritize fun and walks :) I'm currently working part-time for myself growing my small bakery business. I can easily work around your schedule to be there any day/time of week as needed. I am going on 5 years of full-time vanlife so all overnight visits will be in your home. I will go over every detail of visits with you to ensure your pet(s) are comfortable and are able to stick to their routines.

About: My husband Gary and I have owned dogs and cats for 35 years, until recently when our last dog, sixteen year old Bebe, passed away earlier this year. This is our first time without pets and although we are not ready to get a new one of our own, I am excited to join Rover and welcome a furry friend over to enjoy our backyard and belly scratches. We have owned small, medium and big dogs of all sizes, most recently two Peek-A-Poms but have also had a Lab, Golden Retriever, and lots of mutts of all sizes. We also had a cat named Cuddles who lived to be 22 years old. Many of our animals in their old age required oral medication, so this is something I am comfortable administering for your pet. In addition to owning dogs and cats, we have also spent the past twenty years helping friends and family when they are on vacation with pet sitting. Whether it be our daughters 90 pound hound dog for an overnighter or our aunts small but spunky Shih Tzu during a month long Hawaii trip, we have always welcomed our home to doggy friends. I am retired, which means I will be home nearly 100% of the time while your pet is in my care. Beyond the occasional grocery run, your dog will be in my company all the time. This also means in addition to having a big back yard with six foot fence, they will always be supervised during outdoor time. We have a six foot fully fenced backyard and your dog will not be unsupervised during their stay. I am happy to send lots of pictures and updates and if doing drop ins at your home, will follow any safety instructions and can help with additional tasks like checking the mail or watering plants.

About: I have been passionate about caring for animals since my first dog had 12 puppies and needed round the clock help feeding and caring for them all! As kids my 8 siblings and I would rescue any and all animals in need, wild or domestic. I have volunteered at multiple wildlife rescue shelters and always stop to help rescue a stray dog or cat. I work directly with a few local pet sitters to make sure your pets are cared for when you need it. I have experience working with all types of dogs/cats at a local veterinary hospital. I am well versed in dispensing medications, my own senior dog is epileptic and has daily meds and a special diet to accommodate. In our house- your beloved pets are family and are treated as such. We just try to be worthy of the love and joy our animals bring us! I’m home 24/7 as this is my job so I am generally always home. Sometimes my day may include leaving in the am/pm for short periods to care for drop in pets. I have a spacious house on 10 plus acres of property- multiple fenced in areas (inside and out) and tie out leads in non fenced grassy areas for supervised outdoor play. I am home 7 days a week as are my in laws who help take care of the property. My household is non smoking and I use only organic/pet friendly products in my yard. For in clients homes- I can do one or two visits a day depending on your needs. I am not currently able to do overnights in the clients home but can recommend another pet sitter (who is also a vet technician) who can .

I can assure I will care for your dogs as if they were my own. I am currently available all hours on weekends and evenings during the week. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
