“We left our young energetic Aussie mix with Debra for a couple days and it was such a great experience. Her place is perfect for dogs to run outside. Communication was great including pictures while we were gone. Sven seemed to enjoy himself and we found our go to dog sitter for future needs. Thanks Debra!”

Her back yard is divine for zoomies and she even took Uly different places for walks… like a surprise daily field trip!! He was such a happy kid we we picked him up. Barbara’s a gem you can trust :) with your pup!”

“Such a wondering experience . Natalie saved us after our regular gal wasn’t able to take our dog last min. She provided regular updates and was super responsive. Our old guy was well taken care of and will definitely send him back to her next time.”

“Andrea was amazing! We have a senior dog who can be difficult with new people and her deteriorating eyesight and hearing can make leaving her with a new person very stressful for us and her. Andrea had a very gentle and calm approach with our dog which allowed her space to feel comfortable. Her updates gave us peace of mind and when we picked her up she seemed at home in her house. It was so comforting for us to know Riley was well taken care of. We would highly recommend Andrea as she clearly has a great energy and connection with dogs putting them at ease.”

“Thank you Rojin, knowing how much I care about my little Charlie, I couldn’t have chosen a better sitter. What a caring and kind young lady you are. I think Charlie will miss you and your little pooch (Cookie). I will not hesitate to using Rojin as Charlie’s sitter next time needed in Victoria.Top notch care.”

“Damajah was a wonderful and kind pet sitter. She definitely had our dog's best interest in mind. She met us at the dog park first so we could introduce him to her dog and make sure they got along. Damajah was helpful with questions and sent us several photos and videos during his stay so we knew he was doing well and in good hands.”

“Stephenye watched Lola for a week and she took such great care of her. She sent daily updates with videos and pictures. Stephenye was very sweet about my anxiety around leaving Lola, and reassured me. I could tell Lola was very relaxed around her at the meet and greet. She also has two extremely sweet dogs who got along very well with Lola. Highly recommend her services!!”

“Kevin and Kayla were an amazing fit for my dog Bueller, they were quick communicators and Bueller loved sunbathing on their patio. He came back healthy and happy and had clearly been given lots of love while we were away. Would book with them again in a heartbeat!”

“I couldn't be more grateful for Rose and her partner. My pup Kramer was taken so well care of, it literally looked like he had found his second home. They gave him so much attention, love, and treated him like one of their own. He had a puppy friend to hang out with, and lots of toys and walks to keep him engaged and exercised. I can't say enough good things - from the bottom of my heart, thank you!”

“Matt and Sarah were incredible! Ace has almost always stayed with my dad and so leaving him was hard, but he had such an amazing time and seemed to love the whole family. We loved that they checked in and set photos while we were gone, it made our trip so much more enjoyable, knowing and seeing he was having a good time and saw that he was being loved. They were easy to communicate with and drop off and pick up was super easy!”

Taylor came over to meet Ollie, Andy, and I a couple of days before I left and I knew the boys would be in great hands. She kept me updated throughout my trip away. “Karisma brings experience coupled with a love of animals to be the perfect pet sitter! Her punctuality is outstanding, and it's obvious she loves this work. I support her career goals, and am extremely grateful that my schedule and hers were a fine match.”

“Melissa is fabulous! She had endless patience with my super shy kitty and eventually won her over. She was happy to play and snuggle with my far-from-shy guy, too. She’s a great communicator and a very good photographer. It was so reassuring to see pics of happy, bright eyed kitties while I was far from home. The house was also in great shape, so nice to come home to. I recommend Melissa highly.”

“Bevin left my house clean and tended, all linens washed and replaced, the garden watered and, most importantly, one kitty happy and well cared for. Alister obviously had lots of love and attention showered on him and I feel quite confident that if anything had gone wrong he would have received any care he needed. He's actually showing me when in the day he got love and snuggles, when he had playtime, and he's trying to tell me he had treats any time he asked - but I don't believe that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bevin as a pet sitter, and will hire her again.”
About: Don't let my babyface fool you. I have over 10 years of experience in nearly all pet care industries: boarding/daycare, grooming, and training. I spent about 2 of those years at a dog training school specializing in "ill behaved" dogs. Currently don't have a car though so my ability to get to you is dependent on the bus schedule and routes. If you're more than a 30 min walk away from a bus route, $20 inconvenience fee will apply. I am quite good at following whatever instructions you leave behind and making your pet feel as comfortable with your absence as is possible. So M-F I am unavailable from 7:30-2:30. If you live in Joyce, I can check on your pet on my lunch from 12-12:30. I am free all other hours of the day besides those, and completely free on weekends. When in your home, I follow all rules and procedures that you want for your pet/home. Dogs are only allowed on my property if I am there (per rental agreement). I live on 5 acres, dogs can roam on or off a leash when I am there.
“Becca was awesome! Brought some treats for our little prince (of course after asking if he had any diet restrictions) She was willing to help us out even though we were out of her service area by a few miles. It allowed us to enjoy the park with longer hikes while our old man stayed at the comfort of our home. Would use her booking services again if I’m ever back in the area!!”

“Michael watched our dog for the day while we were doing some local hikes that don't allow dogs. He was communicative and flexible. Very happy he was able to accommodate us at the last minute.”

“Jennifer was so sweet and accommodating to our Kodybear! And so flexible, which was really helpful for us and what we needed to do. Very easy communication, her place is made for all kinds of dogs, lots of space in and outdoors, tons of toys, baby gates, blankets, beds.. I know he had a great time. :) She even fed him when we realized we would be a bit late for his dinner time. Too bad we’ll be moving, otherwise we’d definitely book her again! Thank you! :)”

I explained that this was my puppy’s first time staying with a dog sitter, and they were both very understanding, patient, and caring. They kept me updated throughout the day with messages and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing my puppy was safe and comfortable. It was clear that they genuinely cared and went above and beyond to make him feel at home. My puppy received lots of attention, affection, and excellent care. About: I’ve been a dog lover my whole life. Back in Brazil, I had dogs growing up, and for the past two years I’ve been the proud mom of Amelie, a Chihuahua and Pomeranian mix with the sweetest personality! Being around dogs brings me peace and joy. I love understanding their unique personalities, taking them on walks, watching them play, and just being present with them. I’ve also been the go-to pet sitter for friends whenever they travel, and over time I realized I had a real skill for it, that’s what inspired me to turn this into something more. I’m calm, patient, and very attentive to each dog’s needs. I’m also comfortable giving oral medication if needed. Your pet’s happiness and safety are my priorities! Pet care fits really well into my routine! I work part-time as a caregiver. Caring for others has always been part of my life, as I’m also a trained esthetician. My shifts are overnight, which gives me plenty of time during the day to care for pets, go on walks, and be fully present with them. My husband and I do this together, we both love animals and share the responsibility. On the nights I’m working, he stays with the pets, making sure they’re safe and comfortable. It’s a team effort, and we truly enjoy it! I live in an apartment, so I only host one dog at a time (plus my own sweet dog, Amelie). That way, I can give each pet the attention they deserve and ensure a calm, safe environment. I accept small to medium-sized dogs only, as I don’t have a backyard and want to make sure they feel comfortable indoors. We go on regular walks and have a peaceful routine at home. Your pet will be treated like family and always under loving supervision!

About: I've taken care of pets almost my entire life, starting with dogs, guinea pigs and rabbits when I was 9. As I got older I also helped care for cats and chickens. Even as a young girl, I pet-sit other families dogs and guinea pigs, and in college temporarily cared for a co-workers kitten for 5 months when they couldn't. I absolutely love having pets, and also chose a career working with animals. Animals have and always will hold a special place in my heart! I am focusing entirely on pet care for the winter through mid February, so I am very flexible and can work around your personal schedule! I have grown up surrounded my pets my entire life, and currently live with my partner who has two dogs and lots of chickens. I understand the trust required to leave your pet with someone else, and will do everything I can to make sure your pets are happy and safe! I'd do anything in the world for my pets, and will do the same for yours.
About: I am reliable patient and truly love animals. I provide safe and attentive care so your pets feel comfortable while you’re away. Their security happiness and routine come first. I work part-time, but can make arrangements to fit the need for care as needed. Communication is key. I will do my best to accommodate. I care for pets in their own home by maintaining their normal routine, providing feeding, walks and playtime, medication if needed and lots of attention.
About: Growing up in Port Angeles near the Olympic National Park, I have always had a strong love for animals. I received my Bachelor’s degree in biology and would like to attend veterinary school in the near future. Through internships, volunteering, work experience, and personal experience, I’ve cared for a variety of species including cats, dogs, amphibians, reptiles, beavers, big cats, and wolf-dogs. I have 1.5 years experience working as a cat caregiver at a no-kill nonprofit animal rescue. During my time as a caregiver, I worked with special needs cats, senior cats, and kittens. I am currently working as a veterinary assistant at a local veterinary clinic. I have worked with dogs and cats with a variety of health conditions and temperaments. I have two cats of my own. I also work as a veterinary assistant full-time where I provide medical care to animals. This includes giving vaccines, drawing blood, trimming nails, providing food and water, and cleaning cages for animals that are staying in the hospital for extended periods of time. I would prefer to conduct a meet and greet with both you and your animal prior to caring for them in order to establish their trust. I will happily take your dog(s) for 30 minute walks around your neighborhood, and I will pick up after them during walks as well. For in home visits, if I am letting your dog out to potty, I will make sure that it is only within a fenced area that your dog cannot jump, or that your dog is on a leash. I am also a firm advocate for indoor-only cats and I am careful to not let your cats outside when I enter or exit your home. I have experience feeding pets dry food, wet food, prescription diets, and raw food diets, and will be more than happy to keep your pet on their regular meal regiment while you are gone as I understand the importance of an established routine for animals. I am familiar with medicating pets such as giving them eye drops, ear drops, pills, liquid oral medications, and subcutaneous injections. Lastly, I’ll make sure that everyone always has fresh water.
“Becca is amazing with my 2 chocolate chunky Labrador boys! She sends pictures and makes sure they get water and plenty of sniffies on their walks. Becca keeps me updated on how they did on the walk and I feel very comfortable knowing they're with her!”

“Damajah did great with my very shy German shepherd! She won her over and Ava looked forward to their time together. Not an easy task for my girl. Super happy with the attention and reliability of her care.”

About: I have 4+ years caring for cats and dogs alike, specifically in cat care. I’ve cared for kittens and older cats that need extra care and love. I am a registered mental health clinician and have a passion for loving and caring for others, especially the animals! I’m currently a full time state employee and working solely in office. With my hour lunch break, I would be able to check in on the lil babies and be able to be there both before and after work! My home is not suitable for pet care. I live in a home with 2 other animals that are not welcoming other animals into their space.
About: I had a family dog for a while and am considering adopting a pet soon. Unfortunately, my schedule and life don't allow me to have a dog of my own at the moment, but I would love to spend time with your pups and pets. I work from home on M/W/F so have flexibility on these days to check in on your pets and go for walks. I'm also available on weekends. I do have a full-time job and use Rover as a way to spend time with furry friends and get outside - because it's fun for me and I don't use this as primary income I can offer affordable rates and hopefully a great time for your pup or other furry friend. That said, my availability fluctuates a bit depending on my schedule, but I do my best to keep my calendar updated! I'm also typically not available on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Unfortunately, I'm not able to take care of pets in my own home. I'm flexible with taking care of pets in your home. I'm happy to do drop in visits, stay with your pet during the day, or go for 15-20 minute walks throughout the work day, with a longer morning and evening walk. I love being outside and I love furry friends and am happy to keep you updated throughout the day so you know your pet is safe and healthy.

About: —~> Ask about Farm Animal Care <~— Spending time with animals is a gift. It is a joy to meet new furry friends and give them extra love while their caretakers are out adventuring or working. I love to go for walks on the beach or in the woods. I like to chase sunsets and sunrises. All of which are more enjoyable with sweet creatures. I adore giving affection and opportunities to play for both cats and dogs. I have tended to a variety of different types of animals over the years. Some need ample one on one attention. Which I accommodate by giving them solo walks and separate meal times when requested. Others who loved to be social or had other animal roommates that needed plenty of outdoor time. Elder cats and dogs who needed extra special care, medication, fluids, and special diets. Dog and cat drop ins can make a world of difference for an animal navigating extended time away from their people/person. I give them all focused attention, consideration, bonding interactions and love. Dog walks are a vital key to their health and well being. It takes a village to tend to our critters too! Human and animal. I have many special spots for them to enjoy throughout the Olympic Peninsula. Including safe off leash areas when requested. I have a 7 year old dog, Hoodi. She does not come with me for cat or dog drop ins. Dog walks can include her company or not, always at your discretion. She does join me for overnight pet sitting and loves other dogs. She tends towards submissive and loves to chase and play. She is very mellow indoors and enjoys watching the activity of others. Throughout her life she has helped with pet sits. For her first four years of life she lived with two other dogs. She is a great addition to any pack. I have experience farm sitting which includes plant watering of green house, gardens, field and pasture. As well as goat milking, poultry care, and feeding of cows, horses, goats and pigs. Feel free to message me in booking about pricing for full time/part time farm care. Please note my pet sitting is limited to the Olympic Peninsula and Kitsap County. I pet sit most frequently in Port Townsend, Discovery Bay, Sequim, Blyn, Port Ludlow, Brinnon, Port Gamble, Quilcene, Chimacum, Port Hadlock, Irondale, and Marrowstone Island. Occasionally I will work in Port Angeles, Joyce, Forks, Queets, Poulsbo, Kingston, Bremerton, Bainbridge and Silverdale. I prefer extended house sits and like to build solid bonds with animals. I prioritize repeat clients. I have additional references outside of Rover. As many of my clients book me via word of mouth. This profile gives ease of access to my calendar. I currently work seasonally teaching art based school break kids camps and afterschool programing on the Olympic Peninsula. I spend the rest of my time making art from home and adventuring outdoors. This means I can have extended quality time with your pet(s) for walks and/or outdoor play and indoor care. Summer is my busiest season as a teacher. I have less availability during it. I believe maintaining routines and exercise is important for the physical and emotional well being of all animals. I will strive to uphold this and adapt my schedule as best as I can for your pet(s). “Kyle was very responsive and kind, and he lives in a beautiful spot that's perfect for doggie walks. Our pup Kit has stayed with him twice now, and I'm sure she'd love to go back!”

“Belinda was professional, friendly, and you can tell that she sincerely loves and cares for the wellbeing of our fur babies. My doggo had a great experience, feels so good to know I have someone I can trust to call on for pet care when needed.”

“Allison watched our doggo while we hiked the Hoh River trail - no dogs allowed. She was fantastic! Great communication with us and a nice welcoming place for our fur buddy to stay - toys, walks, and cuddles.”

“Such a wondering experience . Natalie saved us after our regular gal wasn’t able to take our dog last min. She provided regular updates and was super responsive. Our old guy was well taken care of and will definitely send him back to her next time.”

“Heather was awesome. Great communication from beginning to end and King was so well taken care of. They accommodated our late return at pick up and even purchased toys to keep him busy. We will definitely reach out again when we need a sitter.”

“Reagen was wonderful! She kept in contact and sent photos with updates daily. My boys came back happy. Our flight was cancelled and she worked with us to care for the dogs. Totally recommend!”

“Kim and her family took such amazing care of Parker while we were away for a couple of days. From the moment he arrived, they treated him like one of their own. He was included in family activities, enjoyed lots of walks, attended the kids' soccer games, and was showered with attention, treats, and plenty of belly rubs. It was clear from the photos and updates Kim sent that Parker was happy, comfortable, and having a great time. Knowing he was being so well cared for gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We are incredibly grateful for the love and kindness shown to Parker and would highly recommend Kim and her family to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and welcoming home for their furry family member. Parker can't wait for his next visit!”

“My partner and I were visiting the east coast for a week and Angela and Gab stayed with our dogs at our home and was amazing! Constantly updating us and kept the house immaculate! On top of that the dogs were extremely well taken care of and happy the whole time! Multiple walks a day and never left alone for extended periods of time. Very pleased with them and we will be looking for Angela in the future if we need these services again!”

“My first Rover experience and a very positive one! Anqian and Alexandre sent sweet updates of my cat Ham and really gave me peace of mind that he was in good hands! Thank you!”

“Stephanie took care of Jammy really well and understood her needs :) Jammy enjoyed her frequent walks and off-leash dog park time. Stephanie updated us with pictures and videos!! Would love to leave Jammy with Stephanie again and highly recommend her if you are looking to board your fur baby:)”

“Moose had a fantastic time with Stacy, and I felt so comfortable knowing she was in good hands! We are visiting from out of town, and booked Stacy to watch Moose so we could explore some areas that aren’t dog friendly. It was a wonderful day for us all, and I will definitely rebook when we come back to this area. Stacy sent several pictures of Moose throughout the day and kept me posted with how she was settling in, we well as gave us some recommendations of things in town to do, eat, and see. Moose didn’t even turn around once she’d trotted off with Stacy, and she seems calm and happy picking her up.”
