About: Hi, I’m Abigail! I recently moved back to the Hudson Valley to develop my career in the environmental field. I’m currently working part-time at a native plant nursery. When I'm not spending time nature and with plants, I love caring for animals! Growing up with animals in my household ranging from cats to dogs (to even turtles and birds) has given me an affinity to not just adore all types of animals, but has given me the proper skills to understand the responsibility of caring for an animal. I understand that all animals are unique in what makes them feel comfortable and loved and will always do what is best to ensure the safety and comfortability of your pet! For dogs: - A meet and greet would be a great idea beforehand to get to know both you and your dog, so I can provide the best service possible! - I love being outdoors as much as I can, so I plan to take your dog for long walks as much as I can! - As for potty breaks, I think three times a day is the absolute minimum. Once in the morning, afternoon, and before bedtime. However, if I am not working, I can take them out as much as you/they desire! - Maintaining your pets feeding routine is very important to and I take special care to be considerate of any special dietary care you dog needs. - Lastly, I know it can be hard for some animals to be separated from their loved ones. I will make sure they are feeling loved while they are under my care. For cats: - I currently care for an orange tabby rescue, named Hugo, who can be a bit needy, (although him being special only makes me love him more!), so I understand that cats can require a lot of attention and love, and I will ensure to give them plenty while they are under my care. - Cleanliness is very important when caring for cats, as the owner and of a cat, I know my cat can get upset if his litter box is not kept in pristine condition, and when caring for your cat I will do the same! - Diet is just as important for animals as it is for humans. Feeding your pet according to their needs is something I will take seriously. I work part time, Wed - Sat, however I can be pretty flexible to accommodate your schedule. If I am unable to meet the needs requested I will be sure to give as much notice as possible. In a clients home, I like to keep things tidy and work within the boundaries discussed with the client. Cleanliness is important to me and I appreciate staying in homes that are kept in generally good condition. I try to mirror the animal's usual routine in a home and prioritize everyone’s comfortability.

About: I have basic obsidian training knowledge and able to provide trick trainings as well! I trained my dog since he was a puppy and he’s the happiest and sweetest little guy I ever met! My husband grow up in a farm with lots of dogs and cats. He loves all animals and we believe in positive trainings. We both work from home and we spend a lot time at home. We will be able to take care of your dog 24/7 and have plenty time to play with your baby! We have a fenced yard and a 3yrs old Maltipoo boy to company your fur baby. Our dog loves to play and meet new friends! There’s always someone at home to watch after your fur baby and we have playpen and crate to use if needed.

About: I’ve owned and cared for a variety of pets. Cats, dogs, amphibians, reptiles and beyond! I’ve been a healthcare worker since the age of 17 and have been a nurse for over 10 years. Litter scooped daily and there’s always time.. for laser and play time! Four dogs whom are all on and off leash trained. Crate trained as well as house broken. All up to date on shots. If the situation allows, the dogs always come on just about every adventure apart from work. My partner trains horses so they are always enjoying running the vast paddocks offered at farms and playing with all of the horses and dog friends! Always stocked up on water with travel bowls and plenty of toys, we always have a blast wherever we go! Ps. They also love water! Fed two meals per day and of course bones and treats!

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life. We have a 2 year old golden puppy. Who rested as if she’s part of the family. She is soo loved and so spoiled. I also worked at a groomers shop so I have a lot of experience with different dogs. I am currently working part time and attending short days at college four days a week. I have a lot of free time though and especially on my weekends I have a lot of time At home my dog has a perimeter collar so she is free to wander about our yard as she wishes. When I am dog sitting I always have the dog on a leash and I stay outside wi he them the entire time they are outside

About: Been around dogs my whole life and love them all. Trained my deaf stubborn cattle dog so I feel confident about taking care of yours!! Work from home and will not leave your pup alone. Love to walk or run and will take your dog out regularly (0-2hours)!! My pup loves to play too! Large apartment that is already dog proofed! You pup will be in good hands with lots of toys to play with and space to explore.

About: I have been around dogs all my life. My dream job is being around animals especially dogs of all breeds and all sizes. I use to board, walk and care for dogs in my neighborhood. My parents breed German Shepards! I helped my dad trained them as well. I love keeping dogs active and showing them all the love. I work full time at the local Hospital and my availability would be Friday to Sunday right now it will open more up in july I would take them on walks. I have big back yard which is fence in. I have other animals that would keep them Company. I will show them all the love is what a dog needs.

About: I’ve been around all sorts of dogs during my whole life, my dad has raised puppies for years, I used to volunteer at animal shelters for years and i started dog sitting for about 5 years now. I’m currently working full time monday through friday and i am available boarding on weekends! I can do dog walking anytime before 8am and after 6pm during the week. I have a very loving home with two cats that will keep your fur baby company. There is a park right down the road we can walk to everyday!

About: Dog and Cat CPR trained April 2023! I have been around and owned all different types of animals all of my life. I have a three year old standard poodle. Experience in administration of oral medications and I am home full time. Potty breaks as needed, walks around noon and play time 24/7 with a very playful submissive standard poodle! She would love to have friend! We live on a dead end dirt road, the only person who drives down is the mail man. Poop-free Yard to play, room for crate training if need be, and a very playful pup that will send yours home tired!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, chickens and more since I was 14. Neighbors, family and friends have relied on me to do many different tasks to ensure the fur babies are well loved and taken care of while they’re away. About: I’ve been in the dog service industry for about 4 and a half years now. I spent the first few training and working at a prestigious dog boarding facility. There I strengthen my skills and knowledge of dog behaviors and body language. The past year I have worked on receiving my CCPDT certification. I am trained to provide a variety of medications as well as handle emergency medical situations. After the last few years pet care has been routine for me. After work I usually let my parents dog out or a dog that is boarding with me. I’ve taken them on walks before my shift in the morning. I always try to make sure that the dogs are mentally stimulated with a puzzle or some sort of enrichment even a walk can not fit into our schedule. I am always mindful of the dog and what behaviors they’re providing me. If they’re not running up to the door with very open loose “happy” body language, I will take my time and give them the space they need to adjust to my presents. A lot of dogs need time to warm up and many people do not give them the needed space to do so and it’s how we end up with these “bad dogs” which they actually aren’t.
