“Rebecca and her family took such good care of our pets that we never had to worry that they were not loved & cared for. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a warm and friendly environment for their furry family member.”

“Josh and Cheryl were absolutely incredible with our dog, Tuck. He’s a high-energy, challenging pup who needs a lot of stimulation, and they went above and beyond to make sure he was well cared for, engaged, and happy. They were attentive, active, and cared for him like their own. When his collar broke, they even bought him a new one without hesitation—such a thoughtful gesture that speaks to how much they truly care. We also loved receiving regular updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We couldn’t recommend them more highly—if we could give more than 5 stars, we would!”

“Mary was absolutely wonderful to work with!! She was so accommodating and my dogs loved her! She sent updates every day and I felt so comfortable knowing they were being so well taken care of (and spoiled). Finding a dog sitter that I can trust and that I feel like my dogs will do well with has been a challenge, but I think I have found my "regular dog sitter!" I am looking forward to working with Mary again. I would highly recommend her ~ especially for lower energy, senior dogs.”

“Gillian did a great job caring for our puppy. She asked a lot of questions at the initial meeting so that she could best care for our dog. Our pet has had some health issues in the past, so she’s a bit high maintenance & not yet spayed. Gillian was totally comfortable with all we asked. She gave medications & cared for our puppy as if she was her own. Gillian sent text updates and a lot of pictures each evening.”

“My puppy loved his time at Ms. Monique’s house. He acted like he was at summer camp with all his new friends! Monique was very professional and covered all the bases with information and a meet and greet prior to booking. She provided me with daily updates and truly cared for my baby while I was out of the country. She gave me peace of mind which is priceless. I definitely will be booking with her again :)”

“Diane and Dale went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and care for Oliver. He fit right in with their dog, Lexi, enjoyed the walks around the pond and was well-loved. I highly recommend them!”

“My dog had a wonderful time at this house and I received many pictures of her having fun. The family was also accommodating to our needs when we had some trouble getting back at the time we predicted.”

“Ryan was a great host to my two boys. He was great to work with and went the extra mile to help me out in a diffacult situation where I had to travel with very short notice for work. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking to board their dogs and will be using him in the future again!”

“Brittni & family were the best dog family we could ever ask for! Luna got along great with their dogs and kids. Brittni sent pictures of Luna with the family and out on walks. Highly recommend!”

“Karen and Chris were great with our cat! He can be a bit annoying looking for attention but they were patient and he was spoiled and well cared for. Looking forward to booking with them again.”

“Yolanda was great Milo had a good time to the point he’s been sleeping at home since we got him back lol! She sent pictures and updates , i felt really good and comfortable dropping Milo off for the week and going on vacation without worrying . I will most definitely be returning when needing a rover !”

“Ruthie had the best time with Ann, Arman and the kids! We got lots of pictures and updates and were completely confident that she was being loved and well cared for. It was so nice knowing we didn’t have to worry one little bit! Highly recommend and will definitely book again.”

“Emma was wonderful with Lily. We only needed one night due to a funeral. But she sent pictures and responded to me right away. If you need someone in Fond du Lac she is it.”

“Christiana and her family took excellent care of Nola while we were away. She sent daily pics & updates which made us feel at ease that Nola was being well taken care of and enjoying her stay. We will definitely have Nola stay again! ❤️”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Kewaskum
We will book with Molly again! Our fur babies had to stay with her for 2 days/1 night Molly was amazing with our babies Perrito and Gregorny. We had to find a dogsitter last minute and we found her. The day before we needed a sitter, she offered to do a quick meet and greet to see if Perrito and Gregorny would get along with Skyy (Molly's 3 yr old pet) and it went well. During Perrito and Gregorny's stay at her place, she kept us updated and sent us pictures! It was great knowing that they are all warming up to her, our babies can get pretty shy and easily get scared. I believe they also warmed up with Skyy eventually. Thanks again, Molly!!! 🫶🏽

Molly did a really great job looking after Perrito and Gregorny. I believe our pups love her and Skyy! She updates us regularly about the boys which is a relief, being away from them for about a week. There were some unfortunate things that happened (whining during bed time, and accidents around the house) but Molly was really understanding. Thank you so much again, Molly, for taking care of Perrito and Gregorny for the second time 😊

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
