About: I’ve had dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes my entire life, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of who I am. Over the years I’ve owned and cared for many different breeds and personalities, including Saint Bernards, Great Danes, and Coonhounds, which gave me plenty of experience handling large and giant-breed dogs. I’ve also shared my home with multiple cats over the years—many of them seniors—so I understand the patience, routine, and gentle care older pets often need. I’ve spent years fostering animals as well, frequently working with senior pets and dogs that may be anxious or slow to trust new people. I pride myself on being patient and letting animals warm up to me at their own pace so they can feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. My home currently includes an Alaskan Klee Kai and a Border Collie mix, so daily life already revolves around exercise, enrichment, and making sure dogs stay happy and engaged. When I travel, my trips are often pet-focused—I’ve driven cross-country multiple times with my dogs to explore new trails, parks, and adventures together. For walks, drop-ins, and house sitting, I always aim to keep pets on their normal routine so they feel secure in their own home. As a larger and experienced handler, I’m comfortable managing multiple dogs on leash and adapting to different energy levels—whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or prefers relaxed companionship and a calm presence. I’m also experienced in administering most medications and providing attentive care for senior pets who may need a little extra support. I have a very flexible work schedule, and can accommodate most dogs needs! I no longer offer overnight sitting, but can accommodate multiple drop ins and walks while you are gone, start long as early as 7 am and as late as 8-9 ish. Your dog’s comfort and routine are my top priorities. I provide focused attention, interactive play, and companionship tailored to your pup’s personality — from calm evenings at home to energetic walks or adventures at parks and trails. I’m experienced with all sizes and breeds, so whether your dog is a tiny pup or a gentle giant, they’ll receive care that’s attentive and consistent. My goal is for your dog to feel safe, happy, and fully engaged throughout their stay

About: I love playing with dogs and walking them. I've grown up around all types of dogs small and large. I'm very fun and outgoing as well as criminal justice trained ensuring your pets safety. I have taken care of our families dogs as well as watching other family friends pets. I have watched animals with allergies and medication needs. Dogs of all ages are welcome. I will meet any needs of the dog/dogs and ensure to have them back to you safe worn out and happy. I work part time so most of my day is running errands or cleaning the house. If they love car rides they are more than welcome to drive around with me. I will adjust my schedule to meet the needs of the dog or animal. Also absolutely love my kitties. Open to all animal requests just ask! Im a full time optician and part time cook. With plenty of notice I will take off my parttime job to care for your babies. Your pet will be loved as family. Your pet will be able to sleep with me and get full access of my apartment. Toilet bowl lids will always be closed

About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life and have over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for pets. Growing up, my mom had five dogs—some of which had puppies—and I helped raise and care for them. I’ve also cared for cats in multi-pet households, including feeding, litter box maintenance, and creating calm, safe environments for shy or senior cats. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me for years to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their pets while they’re away. I now have a black Yorkie of my own, and I treat every animal I care for like part of the family—whether they bark or purr! I currently work part time- and have lots of free time! I will send out a daily schedule of what I’ll be doing with the pets! I will take your dog out on walks on our neighborhood trail outside! I also have a few ring cameras, and will send a lot of pictures/videos throughout the day.

About: Damola has over a decade of experience caring for pets and is currently available for walks, check-ins and house sitting. She focuses on creating a safe, nurturing environment tailored to each pet's unique needs and preferences, incorporating stimulating activities, personalized care, and open communication with owners to ensure a positive experience for both pets and their human. I attend grad school in the evening from 6-9:30 PM Monday-Thursday, but will be done with classes in early May. On the weekends I am completely free. I can take your pet out on walks multiple times a day. I live with my 2 year old Beagle mix who is very active and friendly with other pets.

About: My name is Taylor and I am a veterinary technician servicing the DMV area. I have been working with dogs specifically since I was 15 and cats since I was 18. I personally have a cat and have had dogs in the past, and I understand the stress put on the importance of finding someone that you can trust to watch your animals while you are away. Safety is my upmost concern and as a veterinary technician and a groomer, I am very experienced in dog and cat care and would love to babysit your little angel! I can't wait to meet you and thanks for visiting my profile! I currently work from home so I have more than enough time to devote to your pet and their individual needs. My hours are not necessarily tied to a desk or computer either, so I am able to do walks freely throughout the day. Depending on the customers request, I am able to accommodate most housing accomodations. There is a room specifically designated in the house for the pet for the duration of the stay, which has toys, beds, food and water as well as a TV. it’s also a daybed for me as well so that I am able to stay in the room with your pet. My backyard is large and it’s open, however I will be keeping pers on-leash anytime they are outside.

As a Biology Pre-Med student at Howard University, I balance my passion for science with my love for animals. About: I’ve taken care of many animals throughout my teen to adult years. I volunteered at a rescue taking care of mostly the cats. I’ve previously helped rescue kittens and dogs. I’ve always had animals around me. I’m a very big animal lover. I currently have 2 cats and 2 dogs and cat sit a kitten from time to time. I give the cats baths maybe once a month and the dogs weekly and I routinely walk the dogs. I watch the dogs while they’re outside while also giving them extra love. I love taking dogs on walks. I play with cats and even bring along toys that I know my cats love.
