“Shuling was outstanding with her loving care for our 4 year old Venus. She followed our feeding instructions and provided pictures and/or videos daily. The pics showed how happy Venus had adjusted in her home with her dog Bear and other dogs at times. Shuling could be a photographer because she took the best pics. I am so thankful for the loving care Shuling provided for our pup. This was the longest we left Venus and she was well taken care of. I believe Venus is missing her new friend Bear because when I mention his name she gives a positive response. We will definitely use Shuling in the future. “WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. About: Before joining Rover I mainly provided my services through word of mouth. I have experience with providing basic medical care for dogs and cats, and training experience including potty training and easing separation anxiety. I have vast experience and knowledge on various breeds and their specific needs, and really just love being able to have the time and availability to be able to provide these services. About: I've started taking care of my best friend's cat while he and his family were on vacation the summer of 2023. His name was Dash and he was a good kitty. I would make drop-in visits and feed him and check if his litter box needed changing. My sister was impressed by my care for Dash that she hired me to take care of her cats. All three of them were named after The Powerpuff Girls, and just like them, they were very good girls! About: I’ve grown up around all sorts of breeds my entire life. I’ve learned different demeanors and picked up on different signs of when a dog is scared or even uncomfortable. I used to volunteer at the SPCA and a pet store when I was still in highschool. Now I am starting college in the spring for vet tech! I work Monday-Friday in ridgely md from 8:15-3:30. I am able to walk dogs on the weekends and anytime after work. If your dog is able to not use the potty for a longer period then I’m able to board during the week! I do have two dogs and a cat of my own so beware if your dog is not dog or cat friendly! My pets in my home are spoiled brats if you ask me. My German shepherd has frequent upset stomachs so it’s always chicken and rice for her. I’m familiar with ensuring the environment is right for your dog. I previously owned a dog with high anxiety and wasn’t friendly with strangers. I understand the importance of making sure your guidelines for your pet are followed. I can give oral medications, follow your training rules, walk large dogs, handle dogs that aren’t friendly with strangers, high anxiety, and have disabilities (ex. Deaf, blind). These dogs are our best friends so I promise to take great care of yours :) If you have any additional questions for me, please don’t hesitate to ask. I am happy to chat or meet prior to booking to ensure I am a good fit for your pup! I believe in open communication to ensure the safety of you, your pet, me and mine. I work fully remote and am able to support daycare and boarding. I usually walk my dog morning, mid day and evening for 30 min to an hour at a time. I’d like to be able to support other people who need assistance. During the week your dog won’t be left alone for more than an hour depending on drop off and pick up time. During the weekend your dog won’t be left longer than 3-4 hours depending. We can always communicate your dogs specific needs to accommodate! About: I've had dogs my whole life and love playing with and training them. I unfortunately lost Axel, my shepherd/husky mix, last year. But I still have Harley (technically my boyfriend's, but we've lived together 3 years now). Harley is a sweet, 4-year-old, 40 lb spayed female mystery mix who loves to play, especially with other dogs. We go for lots of walks each day and we like playing, learning and practicing tricks. She knows the basics and can also spin, place, go around you, and now we're practicing crawl. I think people could learn a lot from dogs if they paid more attention. I've started dog sitting for neighbors the past few years and always enjoy getting to know new dogs. One of my favorite dogs I've cared for is Goose, a 5-year-old male Chesapeake Bay retriever. I also work managing a restaurant in town and do graphic design part-time from home as well. I work managing a restaurant downtown in Annapolis, and also do freelance graphic design work from home. Except for Mondays, my shifts at the restaurant are all p.m. shifts so I'm home and available most days anytime before 3:00. I'm off from the restaurant on Tuesdays and Fridays. I currently have and have always had dogs so I'm very used to going for multiple walks a day. I live in an apartment downtown in Annapolis. We currently do not have a yard; however, we go for a lot of walks and still spend a lot of time outside at parks and just hanging out in front of the apartment to people (and dog) watch. I have a crate, and my dog is crate-trained, so if/when your pup is over, I'm prepared to separate them if needed.

Over the years I’ve owned and cared for many different breeds and personalities, including Saint Bernards, Great Danes, and Coonhounds, which gave me plenty of experience handling large and giant-breed dogs. I’ve also shared my home with multiple cats over the years—many of them seniors—so I understand the patience, routine, and gentle care older pets often need. I’ve spent years fostering animals as well, frequently working with senior pets and dogs that may be anxious or slow to trust new people. I do work Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 12 hour shifts but I wouldn't mind stopping over before work or after work. I will treat pets like they are my own. I will feed them,play with them and make sure they are comfortable and happy before I leave.

About: I have taken care of many dogs from different families! As well as cats and other animals. I am able to give medication to them and meet all your needs. I will stay at your house and love to meet the animals before hand if you would like. I currently work a full time job at a Daycare and part time at my church. When I Dogsit I normally stay the night or come over before work to take care of the animals . Then after work I am able to go and take care of them again. Growing up, my mom had five dogs—some of which had puppies—and I helped raise and care for them. About: I specialize with big dogs and elderly dogs. I'm a taller guy with a longer walking stride so larger dogs can get more for workout. My schedule is daily throughout the whole day. I normally like to plan 24 hours in advance but if my schedule is open I don't mind same day or last minute. At the parents home, I do make sure that the pets are well fed and hydrated before leaving unless otherwise told. About: My next door neighbor had me take care of their dog, Brownie. He was an old man, but still a good boy! I would make drop-in visits to make sure he was fed and given his medicine which he did such a good job with taking it around me, and I would also take him outside for bathroom breaks. Milo was another dog I took care of recently, and unlike Brownie, she was young, and also loud just like any other husky, but similar to Brownie, she was good girl. This time she had to live with me at my house, but she was no problem at all. I would take her outside at least two hours a day and give her walks around my neighborhood. I would also let her sleep on my bed and she'd wake me up by licking my face every morning to start the day. Feeding her wasn't a problem either. In fact, taking so much time out of my day to take care of just any other dog is never a problem for me! My recent pet care was for a Siberian Husky named Milo. After taking care of her cats, my sister asked me to take care of Milo for a friend who was away last December. Milo was a big dog, but she wasn't anything I had trouble handling. She was a fun and good girl, and I made sure she was taken outside every two hours of every day and also made sure she was given food and water and would refill both when I see that they're almost empty. Pet care comes first for me and I would take plenty of time out of my day to give pets the love and attention they need while family is away. I have a yard but it isn't fenced. However, I will be outside with your dog if they ever need to go, and keep an eye and/or leash on them if necessary. I did the same for my own dog, Macy. Unfortunately, my home doesn't have any other dogs that yours could socialize with since Macy passed away, but with me around, your baby should never feel alone! If I were to take care of your pet at your home (and if necessary), I could also tidy up the inside of your house to the point where I was never even there once you have come back from your trip.

“WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior.
